- Jess (2/5): Rip off - Horrible staff and Management! They changed the price when I arrived to check in and they also locked me out saying my checkout time was a day before it was supposed to be. Rooms were trashy and gross

- Larry (6/5): - They will not honor online reservations through any website! They are in a small town that seems to be literally dying on the vine. The motel is the same - baseboards were missing or disintegrating, wires were routed around the baseboards, a/c is very loud. It is fairly clean with newer vinyl flooring and faucets. For the area it is about what one would expect.
- Whitney (2/5): Don't stay here! - DO NOT BOOK HERE! I booked and paid for a room while traveling. When we got there, the lady said there was no reservation because the site we used was out of business (hotels.com). They tried to have us pay for 2 rooms since they didn't have any 2 bed rooms available. That would have left at least one my children in a room alone - unacceptable. I left and stayed at Western Inn nearby. I also paid for trip insurance, but havr not received a refund yet for this nightmare booking.

- Stephen (4/5): - On day 2 of a 7-day stay, discovered that contract work in local area was cancelled, which required an earlier than expected departure. Property refused a refund for the 6 days of the stay that were no longer needed or used. This was not a cancellation of the reservation but an early departure. This is wrong. Future customers beware if your stay in the area is for business - early departures are penalized.

- Allen (2/5): - I can't believe Expedia would offer this hotel. I am thinking about using a different booking app. If you don't own a gun do not stay here. I stayed 3 nights and had people knocking on my door every night. Expedia should have to warn you about these hotels. The key card holder has a warning on it. I grew up in a bad town as a kid but someone that aint familiar with it would have been traumatized.
- Arthur (6/5): - one small ceiling light, no bedside or table lamps, needed password for wifi and had trouble getting into the system. room was clean and shower worked.
- Linda (2/5): Horrible stay - Rooms were horrible, had to exchange rooms 3 times upon arrival. 1st room was very unclean and smelled like someone had just smoked a whole pack of cigarettes. 2nd room was also, not clean and smelled of mold and mildew like room gets wet. 3rd room was not up to par, one of the beds had dirty linen and bed coverings and towels were dingy. Rooms need renovation, i dont see how they are passing inspections.

Incredibly noisy, there's a small dog and a big dog on the property next to the hotel and they keep barking at each other. The guests in room next to me kept screaming, arguing, slamming room door, car doors, etc. all night long

It would have been better if I had stayed in Hattiesburg and drove the hour here to begin the ride. Plexiglass sign in with condoms on the counter. Filthy awful bedding towels and room conditions. Awful unwashed smell.

- walrec (8/5): Close to everything in prentiss. Prentiss not that - In the same parking lot as Williams buffet. They're only open for lunch but its the best home cookin youll find outside your moms kitchen. Hotel staff is attentive and polite. Its less than 50/night,, not the hilton,, comfortable and never felt unsafe.
- Steven (10/5): Great for the price! - I came to this out of the way location from Florida to ride out Hurricane Irma. It's in a very small town but their are places to get food nearby. I recommend 84 Wings just up the road a short distance. Great food and great prices. But the room was worth every penny and at night my ceiling lit up with planets, stars and shooting stars! It was pretty cool! The bed was a bit harder than most with unfitted sheets but quite ample for my needs. Also it was very clean! The air conditioner is up high on the wall and is controlled by a switch on the right side of it, The staff was very friendly but could use some improvement on their English speaking skills. Overall, I recommend this small out of the way motel. For me it was perfect for my needs! The room included a Microwave oven and 3.3 CU. Ft. Fridge. I've paid more for a lot less in other places! Also, they allow pets and with the exception of a dog barking on other property in the middle of the morning, it was alright. It happened on my last two evenings.
