Verified traveler (6/5): Not clean - This is my second time staying because of the convenience of the location. Both experiences have been similar. Rooms are outdated. Bathrooms were not clean & had hairs in the corners. Carpet was dirty & had a giant toe nail in the middle of the floor. Staff is extremely friendly BUT Managment is NOT flexible when it comes to rebooking/cancelling a month in advance. I did appreciate that the ac was on before we arrived & the room was cool.

Daniel (8/5): Bad Breakfast Experience - Breakfast setup was very poor - only 1 guest eating , yet nothing on breakfast buffet, only 5 sausage links , 4 biscuits and a very low waffle pour that was running out, no syrup available for the one waffle I did get to make , no butter, coffee was cold, I only drank 3 glasses of OJ to at least help. At least keep it fresh 1/2 way , this was the most dissatisfying stay here, I cone into town for business, not no more

Breakfast was of but pastries were noticeable old. I would had avoided this hotel if other optiones were available in this little town.

MAYRA (8/5): - Good in everything except that room had no hot water. Tried calling front desk and no phone in the room either. Called front desk from my cell phone and notified receptionist, receptionist came to the room and checked for herself that there was no hot water. Receptionist left and after a while my husband went to the front desk to check what they were doing to solve the issue. Receptionist told my husband somebody will come to the room to check again. Waited some time and nobody came, It was almost 12 am and we were tired. Next morning we showered, water was warm but not hot. husband showered 2nd and water got cool, water was cold for children to shower.

Donna (10/5): Great Hotel - This is my second stay here and I was not disappointed. They let me check in an hour early. Breakfast includes Waffles. Lots of dining options nearby. My only complaint is the limited parking and the spaces are very narrow for all the trucks and SUVs.

I was delighted to see several dining options close-by, but the area was hard to walk, and all were very crowded, catered only to dining apps or drive-thru. I had to dive into heavy traffic (making a left turn from the entrance was very difficult) just to obtain a bite to eat.

Charles (6/5): - This was a lot of money for a lot of disappointments. First the room smelled like someone perfumed it to remove a smoker’s odor. I had to open the window to air it out. The road noise is about the same as a motel 6. The outlets and lamps on the bed’s end tables don’t work. The weekend breakfast is an hour later. For over a hundred a night in off-season, I sure expected more.

Jorge (10/5): Will definitely stay again - We are in rio all the time usually stay with family. This time we opted for a room, this was a great choice the pics on google must be old. The room we experienced was clean didn’t smell bad and seemed recently painted and updated was very impressed especially for the price!! Will definitely stay here again especially the given proximity to restaurants stores etc there was free breakfast. We did not wake up in time for that lol parking lot was clean pool was clean lobby area was immaculate. The only thing we didn’t like was in the room there is a door that presumably leaves to the next room. This door was unlocked and opened that was a bit concerning for my family: luckily I carry around a small wedge for situations as such we moved the coffee table and chair and a lamp to the door as an extra precaution. There was a few ants in the restroom but they seemed to go away and we didn’t notice anymore once we had settled in. As far as aesthetic goes didn’t much like the green chair or the top blanket of the bed which was green it didn’t match the rest of the modern room. But it was still very nice l. Another plus for me was the ac blew extremely cold! I travel with a fan everywhere for these exact situations didn’t need it here.

Verified traveler (8/5): - Pleasant gentleman when checking in. Room was clean except for some ants around bathroom sink. The rooms have been renovated since the last time we had stayed. Breakfast was from 6am-9am yet at 815am when my family and I came down for breakfast, everything (all the hot food) had already finished and when the man at the front desk (not the same one from the night before at check-in) was notified, all he said was sorry and that it had finished. With 45 minutes til 9am, you’d figure they would make one more round of food, ESPECIALLY if families were still coming down for breakfast! There was no one in the breakfast area attending to it either. Needless to say, that was disappointing

Will give the check-in clerk credit the room I booked was sold out and he upgraded to a suite as same price, however on check out clerk did not seem to understand the concept of a CASH payout so to avoid frustration left it on my card.
