Dank der Qualität der eingebauten Fenster, kriegt man beim Schlafen fast nichts mit von draußen. Super hilfreiche Rezeptionsmitarbeitetin inkl. WhatsApp-Support. Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Kleiner Innenhof vorhanden. Gemeinschaftsküche im Flur. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

El personal nos facilito mucho para dejar el equipaje antes y después de la estancia. El apartamento es muy amplio. Los baños necesitan un buen repaso, uno se sale el agua y el otro tiene mucha humedad por tanto moho. El sifa cama tb necesita cambio, 2 noches y agotados dormimos del tiron pero para muchos dias…

Bagno grande e comodo, dotazioni comodissime di bagnoschiuma, shampoo e balsamo ( è la prima volta che mi capita che lo forniscano) direttamente applicati nella doccia. Dotazione anche altri articoli di cortesia e di bottigliette d' acqua. Personale gentilissimo e preparato. Un veto punto di riferimento per i prossimi viaggi a Roma. Stra- consigliato. Niente, tutto perfetto.

• Marianne (9/5): Very nice accomodations, nice staff, great location. - Everything was great. The only downside was the small elevator. We couldn’t fit our whole party in it and when we had luggage, we needed to make several trips. This may be an American luxury, so I could be missing something but a microwave would have been nice. If we could have had a microwave that would have made it a perfect room but maybe that is an American luxury so I am not using that to rate the stay.

El apartamento está bien equipado y tiene una decoración acorde al barrio. Los sofás camas de los niños no eran tan cómodos, sobretodo uno que estaba inclinado. La nevera hace algo de ruido por la noche y las cortinas que tapan la luz no se podían cerrar. También de una ducha salía algo de agua por el baño y podría tener más detalles cuidados pero está muy bien valorando la ubicación y el precio.

We were 2 couples and went for the 2 bedroom executive suite which was perfect for us - small kitchen,dining table and living room along with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Loads of storage and the bedrooms are a great size and much better than you would normally find in Rome. The location is excellent. There was a smell from the drains in the bathroom.

• Charlotte Hanson (9/5): Perfect for a family city break - This is an apartment rental rather than a hotel. The apartment was spacious with plenty of room for us to relax after a hard days sightseeing. It was well equipped with small kitchen area, two bathrooms, towels, heating and comfortable main bed. Sofa bed was perfect for the children but may not suit adults. The location was amazing. Just a few minutes walk from the Spanish steps and the underground station there and walking distance to pretty much everywhere. We didn't use the metro as much as we thought we would. There is Carrefour Express around the corner and plenty of local cafes, ice cream shops, restaurants and shops nearby. It's on the main shopping street so very quiet at night. Alessandra who welcomed us to the apartment was super friendly and helpful and gave us lots of advice for places to visit. Lighting was a bit gloomy during the day (perhaps just compared to what we are used to). You need to be able to carry your luggage up a steep flight of stairs. Fine for us but just to warn other travellers who may find it more difficult.

Inclusive é bastante movimentada. Fizemos todos os passeios a pé sem usar sequer um ônibus, táxi/uber ou metrô. Inclusive o passeio ao Vaticano. Tudo que precisa tem perto da acomodação, como restaurantes, mercados, farmácia, cafeteiras, etc. Local onde toma banho é muito pequeno. Poderiam aumentar para tornar os banhos mais confortáveis uma vez que o banheiro é grande e tem espaço para a melhoria.

• Alexandra (6/5): Περάσαμε υπέροχα και αν βελτιώσουν το κομμάτι της καθαριότητας σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθω γιατί όπως προείπα η τοποθεσία είναι - Η τοποθεσία ήταν ότι καλύτερο ,κεντρικά κοντα στα περισσότερα αξιοθέατα ,σου έδινε την ευκαιρία να βγεις έξω ότι ώρα ήθελες για φαγητό ,καφε ,ποτό ψώνια ,είμασταν και με δύο παιδιά 12 και 13 ετών ένιωθες απόλυτη ασφάλεια ! Το ατού του καταλύματος είναι η τοποθεσία και οι μεγάλοι του χώροι . Μείναμε 4 νύχτες 2 ενήλικες ,2 παιδιά Το κατάλυμα Σου έδινε την αίσθηση της προχειρότητας σε όλα ,φαινόταν ότι είχε να καθαριστεί πολύ καιρό ,τα σεντόνια ήταν φθαρμένα και γαριασμενα για να μην πω βρώμικα. Κάτω απ το καναπέ κρεββάτι είχε πάρα πολύ σκόνη βδομαδων όπου επειδή ήταν καναπές κρεββάτι(δεν ενδείκνυνται να κοιμηθεί ενήλικας σε καμία περίπτωση ) σημαίνει ότι παρέμεινε ανοιχτός πολλές βδομαδες για να μαζέψει όλη αυτή την σκόνη . Η Alesandra που μας παρέδωσε το κλειδί ήταν πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική !

The room was comfortable and spacious; however, the lighting in the room was very poor. Furthermore, the room was advertised as having a panoramic view, which was not the case at all - This was very misleading. The room was equipped with a radiator that could not be turned off despite several repeated attempts. As a result, the excessive heat caused my wife and me to experience discomfort, including flushing and headaches. We brought this to the attention of management.

• George (3/5): Will be presenting a report where it matters. Defiantly, will not recommend. - We have booked this accommodation based on the location and on the pictures on the Booking.com site. These pictures over rate this property. Unfortunately, this property was not worth anywhere near the price we paid. Upon arrival, the person who welcomed us had very limited knowledge of the property and provided no clear instructions. After leaving our luggage and going out for dinner, we returned at around 23:30 to find that our keys did not work. As the reception is unmanned at night, we were locked out of the property with no assistance available. The emergency phone numbers provided were unanswered, and we later discovered that the mobile phones were left hidden in a cupboard at reception. Only thanks to another family staying at the property were we able to get inside. After multiple attempts through Booking.com messaging, we were eventually given an access code, which initially did not work either. This issue persisted for several days. Although we were told we would be moved to another room, this never happened. In addition, there was a strong and worsening smell of blocked drains in the room and at the entrance level. We later identified water backing up behind the toilet when using the sink or shower, which is unhygienic and unacceptable at this price point. The explanation given was that this is “normal for old buildings,” which is not an acceptable standard for paid accommodation. We were also offered a one-night refund only on the condition that we leave a positive review, which is highly unprofessional. I would not recommend this property unless major upgrades, proper maintenance, and improved management are carried out.

• Helga (7/5): We enjoyed our stay. - Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Grand Master Suites. The suite is listed as having three beds, but the sofa bed in the main room was very hard, uneven, and unfortunately not usable. We ended up sharing the main sofa bed, which wasn’t ideal. We really appreciated having two bathrooms, though they could be cleaner. The staff was generally responsive and helped address some of our needs, though the WhatsApp responses were a bit slow at times. Despite a few issues, we had a pleasant stay. Location was great! Sofa bed in main room was not usable.
