• Schoenegger (8/5): - Die Pension ist sehr gemütlich, sauber und liebevoll inhabergeführt. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das Zimmer war äußerst gemütlich, ruhig und bestens gepflegt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das leckere Frühstück, das frisch zubereitet wird und einen perfekten Start in den Tag bietet. Auch die Lage überzeugt: Die Pension liegt nicht weit von den öffentlichen Anbindungen entfernt und ist sehr gut erreichbar. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen diese Pension uneingeschränkt weiter.
• Roberto (8/5): - La struttura è facilmente raggiungibile in auto, dispone di un parcheggio interno, è molto vicina stazione della metro, le camere sono pulite e abbastanza confortevoli, la colazione è abbondante e varia, i gestori sono persone gentilissime e molto disponibili con gli ospiti. Data la classificazione dell'alloggio, non sarebbe male avere nelle camere un bollitore per l'acqua con caffè e tè.
• Aida (10/5): Nagyszerű, ár-érték arányban kifejezetten jó :) - A szállást imádtuk az első perctől. A recepción kellemes karácsonyi hangulat volt, a recepciós hölgy pedig végtelenül mosolygós és segítőkész volt mindenben. Kaptunk tőle térképet rajta a teljes metróhálózattal és wifi kódot is egyből. A szobában kellemesen meleg volt és este volt melegvizünk is! (Ezt azért emelném ki, mert több bécsi szálláson is tapasztaltunk már ezzel kapcsolatos problémát, még 4 csillagos szállodában is). Teljes tisztaság volt, szépen megágyaztak és volt 2in1 sampon+tusfürdő és hajszárító is a fürdőben. A szomszéd szobákból nem hallottunk zajongást, a folyosóról hallatszott be néha hangosabb beszéd, de ez ugye a vendégeken múlik és nem a szállástól függ. A szállás könnyen megközelíthető, 8 perc sétára volt a metró, amivel gyakorlatilag bárhova el lehet jutni. 5-7 perc sétatávolságra pedig két Billa valamint egy LIDL is rendelkezésünkre állt. Kicsit már külterületnek számít, így a forgalom szerencsére nem volt nagy, valamint a szobák a belső udvarra néznek, így nem volt semmiféle gond a kinti zajokkal. A kijelentkezés pillanatok alatt meg volt, gyorsan leadhattuk a kulcsot és még kaptunk egy cuki ajándékcsomagot is karácsonyra :) Esetleg az ágyat említeném meg, amelyen a matrac kissé túl puha volt. Ez a derékfájásra hajlamos embereknek hosszabb távon nem előnyös. Persze ez egyéni preferencia, akinek nincs ilyen problémája, az élvezni fogja a pihe puha ágyikó kényelmét :)
• Tamás (10/5): Egy igazi gyöngyszem Bécsben - Nagyon tiszta, rendezett hotel, remek helyen van, közel az U6 metró, ami közvetlenül a belvárosba visz, vagy villamos, ami szintén gyorsan beér a városba. A közelben van két Billa is, hentesüzlet, bevásárlóközpont, LIDL. Ingyenes parkolás a zárt udvarban, a környék biztonságos és csendes. A szálláson vannak prospektusok, térképek, bejelentkezéskor pontos információkat kaptunk mindenről. A szobát minden nap takarították és elvitték a szemetet, kaptunk új törülközőket is, nagyszerű tisztaság és rendezettség volt. Az ágy kényelmes, a szoba tágas, a fűtés kellemes, jó meleg volt bent. A szobában volt egy kis hűtő, a fürdőben hajszárító is. A reggeli bőséges és finom, minden friss volt, még január 1-én is friss pékárut kaptunk. Minden nap külön sütöttek nekünk tojást frissen. A tulajdonos család egy nagyszerű, vidám társaság, mindenki kedves és mosolyog, szívből jövő szeretet van bennük, látszik rajtuk, hogy szeretik a kis hotelt és szívük-lelkük benne van. Minden nap kaptunk kis ajándékot a reggelinél, finom keleti édességet., a távozásunkkor pedig egy újévi kis ajándékcsomagot. Ritkaság, amikor azt érzed, hogy nem muszájból adják, hanem szívből jön a kedvesség! Ez a szállás igazi gyöngyszem, nagyon ajánljuk mindenkinek! Ha Bécsben járunk, biztosan itt szállunk majd meg! Nagyon köszönjük az itt töltött napokat!

• Racheli (8/5): Nice and kind family. - Marianne and her daughter were very kind. They let us more than 4 hr. earlier check in. The breakfasts were rich and very tasty. A small christmas present waited for us when we checked out. I find it very nice. I wish, the bathroom would be a bit bigger.

Would highly recommend it as it even is near to public transportation by bus and train. Highly recommend it. Even so visited for the holidays, and the owners gave us a nice treat as we were leaving 😊 Great place with reasonable price All was great.

We were warmly welcomed by an incredibly kind gentleman at the reception, which made us feel at home right away. The interiors are very clean, and the staff during breakfast was extremely kind and professional. Additionally, we received a gift with holiday wishes upon check-out, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The prices are affordable, and the quality of service exceeds expectations. I highly recommend this place!

Was very quiet. It is in rather a dull area of town but very quiet and only 5 minutes walk from metro, giving quick access to city centre.

The only thing is, you need to change two public transportation in order to get city center. However the public transport is easy. Metro station is only 5 - 6 mn away from the pension. And with two changes, you can be in city center max 20 25 mn.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, and breakfast has a great selection. Would very highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Vienna .

• Verified traveler (2/5): - Hi everyone, I want to make sure whoever is considering coming here is aware of all experiences at Pension Erlaa, especially if it’s your first time visiting Vienna. I came with my grandmother who had visited Vienna before about 6 years ago, we are from the U.S, she’s 78 years old now. There are sensor lights in the lobby that ended up turning on as my grandmother fell going down the stairs near the entrance (it was dark outside already). We turned on the lights in the hall and there was some lighting in the stair well- the lights turn on and off- even when going up the stairs too if it’s not sensing motion as you’re walking. Therefore, it’s a major potential for physical injury that Pension Erlaa needs to take responsibility for. No elevator either as you can see in their description. Anyways, management got defensive when we asked to leave and get a full refund. We had only been there for about 3 hours or so in total, so we didn’t even spend one night. No towels, we asked twice- you have to go down the stair well to ring a bell to get assistance. They were very rude, raising their voices- especially a man who kept interfering, cursing in German. We called our booking company and were only given only 2 nights refund for our 8 night stay per the decision given by Pension Erlaa. We left not only due to the poor treatment by staff, but also due to our events being far away for my grandmother to walk on a swollen ankle and now needing a hotel with an elevator.

• Dirk (10/5): Excellent great value hotel - This is an excellent hotel for the price and also includes free parking which was our main requirement. The room was clean spacious and well appointed. This is a family run bussiness and our host Marianna was extremely helpful providing us all the information on getting from the hotel into the centre of vienna. This hotel is located a bit out of town, however, the city is easily accessed by train within about 15-20 minutes with trains running about every 6 minutes. Breakfast was included which consisted of an assortment of meats, cheeses, breads and cereals as well as freshly made scrambled eggs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone requiring quality accomodation and service for a budget price, we would definately use this again if we were ever to visit Vienna again.

• Susan (10/5): On outskirts of Vienna - Very pleasant stay at this accommodation. Very accessible by metro from the downtown core. Lovely quiet area. There are two very good restaurants within close walking distance. The neighbourhood is safe and calm. If you wish to have the Hilton kind of accommodation, then stay at the Hilton. If you wish an authentic, personal experience in your accommodation choice, there is none better than Pension Erlaa. Excellent people offering a homey and warm atmosphere. Highly recommend.
