Bon rapport qualité / prix : suite avec balcon donnant sur la piscine et la plage (prix correct), beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner (oeufs sous toutes les formes : durs, brouillés, omelette). Hôtel très bien situé ; à peine 10 minutes de marche suffisent pour atteindre le centre ville de Santa Maria avec ses restaurants et ses boutiques. Plage de l'hôtel équipée avec des transats et parasols très proche de l'hôtel (chemin à traverser). Ce chemin permet d'aller au centre ville en longeant la plage. Beaucoup d'animation : tournoi de beach volley, de pétanque. J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'animation à la piscine : animateurs sympas et super musique sur les activités (initiation à la danse, aquagym). Em frente ao bar existem dois bares onde existe festa até às 3 da manhã. Os restaurantes e a comida são razoáveis mas ao fim de 3 dias já parece repetitivo. Definitivamente um 3 estrelas em Portugal.

• Laura (10/5): Amazing Stay - Loved our 1 week stay, everything was clean (rooms and social spots were cleaned everyday), the staff is polite, the food amazing there was always something you could eat even if you are picky - great fruit and vegetable tables too, good facilities and easy beach and pool access. Had security in multiple places and I loved the animation team (both the beach activities and nocturnal performances). I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Cabo Verde! We had no issues with the food or the Ice in the drinks, but obviously avoid pipe water. Although there were many different desserts, I would say this was the most disappointing part as they were lacking a bit in taste but the fruit was amazing.

The noise and constant animation are difficult to avoid, given the hotel's compact size. Lots of stairs, no elevator, and closed doors, which can be uncomfortable if travelling with small children or if you have a physical disability.
• Klaudia Angela (9/5): We absolutely ❤️ it - I loved everything, the position, the food (we also tried the poolbar sandwiches, pizza and hamburger), it is absolutely not true that the pool is cold and the bed materass is too hard. I was travelling with an 11 year old and it was all perfect 🇨🇻🇨🇻🇨🇻 I really don't understand people who complain. What are they looking for? I especially loved the cat living in the garden 😻 so cute and I appreciated the kindness of our cleaners ❤️ we must come back!!! Maybe you can improve the quality of coffee at breakfast ☕️

• Silva Simone (10/5): Férias em família (casal + 2 crianças) - Somos uma família ( casal + 2 crianças ) e gostamos muito da estadia. Comida era muito boa. Os empregados são muito simpáticos e todos muito atenciosos, nomeadamente, com as crianças. A localização é muito boa. Estava com receio da limpeza, mas era feita todos os dias e a senhora limpava bem. As piscinas podiam ser aquecidas, à semelhança do Riu Palace. O sinal da internet no quarto era fraco. Falta elevador, o nosso quarto ficava no topo, virado para o mar, todos os dias tínhamos de carregar o carrinho da bebe porque não tem elevador para 2 andar. Quando fiz a reserva questionei o hotel pelo Booking se tinham transfer e nunca responderam. Enviei duas mensagens e não obtive resposta. Acho que para um hotel como este devem ter mais atenção em responder as mensagens. O problema da estadia foi mesmo o vento que se fazia sentir o que não me faz voltar novamente, mas obviamente é algo que vocês não têm culpa. No entanto, recomendo este hotel para quem quer ir para ilha do Sal!
• joaopmalmeida78 (9/5): - Todos muitos prestáveis e simpáticos a resolver qualquer situação. A limpeza dos quartos e estavam sempre a limpar as zonas comuns. Comida em abundância e variada. O nosso quarto era mesmo por cima da esplanada por isso em algumas noites houve barulho depois das 24h . O hotel deve salvaguardar um horário de silêncio nas zonas comuns apartir de um determinado horário.

• Moulin (8/5): Très bon séjour - La chambre, une confortable suite avec belle vue sur la plage et un vaste balcon. L'accès direct à la plage et les jardins de la structure. Le nombre de transats suffisant sur la plage pour ne pas avoir à en chercher ou attendre qu'ils soient disponibles (qu'ils sont impolis ces vacanciers qui réservent leur transat en y déposant leur serviette de bon matin!). Un grand merci à l'équipe de ménage qui est très discrète, ce qui nous a permis de prolonger le repos le matin (ces professionnelles sont délicates et ne font pas de bruit lorsqu'elles interviennent dans les chambres, elles ne s'interpellent pas dans les couloirs; elles assurent avec efficacité l'entretien). Nous avons également apprécié la réactivité des serveurs dans le débarrassage des tables, ce qui est appréciable dans un hôtel accueillant beaucoup de personnes et complet. Leur discrétion là aussi est à souligner et encourager. La salle de restaurant principale est trop bruyante (surtout à l'intérieur). Si l'offre de plats est assez diversifiée la configuration de la salle ne permet pas de mettre en valeur cette variété. La qualité de plusieurs produits/mets n'est pas ce que nous attendions d'un cinq étoiles (même normes locales). Nous avons eu la possibilité de diner un soir au restaurant "le Morna" sur la plage, dommage que le repas n'ait pas été à la hauteur (entrée tiède, plat trop cuit et sec, présentation peu alléchante)
• daniela (4/5): da evitare - La posizione è buona a santa maria, la camera sono grandi e discretamente tenute. la maleducazione del personale e in particolare della persona che si occupa del booking, un hotel a 5 stelle deve avere delle persone qualificate che rispondano a qualsiasi domanda. ho chiesto alla responsabile delle prenotazioni alcune informazioni sulla mia prenotazione mi ha risposto scocciata e quasi irritata. un altro problema è il totale da pagare sul sito booking c’era un valore quando saldi la cifra aumenta.

• Tiago (8/5): - Acredito que o hotel esteja no top-3 da ilha do Sal, sobretudo para no contexto de uma viagem familiar. Um dos grandes pontos favoráveis é a localização - muito próximo da vila, a uma curta distância a pé. Com uma criança pequena isso é uma grande vantagem em face da concorrência (ex. Hilton e sobretudo RIU). A animação era num horário favorável para as famílias. Existia tentativa de diversificação do bufete ao jantar, com a alimentação a não ser, de todo, um problema. O tamanho do quarto era bom, a casa de banho era grande. O hotel era muito limpo. Consegue competir facilmente com outros hóteis do género mesmo em outras latitudes. Existem aspetos que julgo que não custariam muito a mudar e que poderiam fazer a diferença. É verdade que o hotel estava lotado, mas era, por vezes, difícil arranjar lugar na piscina - seria melhor que existissem mais. O bufete do pequeno almoço era um pouco repetitivo e relativamente curto. Não faço ideia se seria ou não possível, mas a diferença entre um bom sumo ou um sumo de máquina seria notada. As almofadas e os colchões não eram de topo - embora os colchões cumprissem. Um problema é a rede de wi-fi. Relativamente boa nos quartos - não tanto na varanda - era bastante mais precária nas outras zonas do hotel e, no bar da praia, quase inexistente. Acho que talvez fosse o ponto pior. Depois, algumas lacunas nos horários do all inclusive. Por exemplo, o pequeno almoço fecha às 10h, e depois o almoço começa às 12h30. Nesse período, os bares estão abertos, mas apenas está incluída uma seleção (relativamente abrangente) de bebidas mas não de comidas. Outro exemplo: no lobby do hotel, se quiser ver um jogo às 19h00, posso beber mas não tenho qualquer snack a acompanhar, para isso tenho de ir a outro restaurante, ao buffet e levar para aí. Acho que fica uma sensação, aqui e ali, de com um pouco mais de esforço e foco no cliente poderia a experiência passar de um sólido 8 para um 9 ou até um 10 com pequenos custos ou mudanças. O comentário mais longo, não é depreciativo, até porque gostei muito e voltaria ao hotel mas demonstrando que pequenas mexidas poderiam ter um grande impacto.

L'animazione Italiana veramente penosa a confronto di quella portoghese solo la mattina e freccette, bocce, pallavolo, carte.. Paragonarle sarebbe come vedere una recita di 5 elementare contro il Circ Du Soleil.. Imbarazzante!

• Marine (10/5): Une semaine famiale en all inclusive. - J ai apprécié : - La qualité de l accueil, Jasmine a été d un professionnalisme extraordinaire et d une grande gentillesse et de façon plus générale, l ensemble du personnel est tres investi, accueillant et attentionné. - La propreté de l établissement et l excellent entretien du jardin et des plantes. - La grande réactivité de l hôtel pour trouver un médecin dont la pertinence des soins a permis une belle poursuite du séjour. - La chambre tres bien située, belle, spacieuse, propre avec une literie très confortable. - L emplacement de l hôtel sur cette somptueuse plage de Santa Maria à quelques pas de la ville (5 minutes pour le distributeur bancaire le plus proche) et des infrastructures de loisirs nautiques notamment Ion Club sur la plage devant l hotel permettant de pratiquer surf, windsurf, snorkling avec un staff et un instructeur Dju, au top. - La qualité du spectacle de danse Mama Africa des animateurs et des musiciens venus jouer une soirée. - Le dynamisme et la bonne humeur de l equipe d animation - les 2 boutiques de souvenirs et affaires de 1ere nécessité usuelle pratiquant des tarifs tres convenables - la possibilité une fois la chambre rendue d avoir un espace douche pour se changer avant de prendre l avion - Le service de bagagerie fermé permettant de laisser ses bagages en toute sécurité une fois la chambre rendue avant le vol de retour Je n ai pas apprécié : - Le gaspillage alimentaire par la clientèle de l hôtel. - L impossibilité de joindre l hôtel depuis la messagerie de la plate-forme booking et le tel indiqué sur booking (les réponses à mes questions ont pu être resolues sur place)

• Davide (8/5): - Struttura dir recente costruzione nel complesso gradevole, posizione ottima, non merita 5 stelle.. necessiterebbe di un maggiore manutenzione, comincia a denunciare segni di usura dovuti sia alla posizione vicino al mare che all’uso vero e proprio. La stanza assegnata al piano terra / interrato non è la miglior scelta , forte odore di umidità e scarsa ventilazione , abbiamo avuto qualche problema con le dotazioni della stanza, risolti non proprio rapidamente. Per il resto soggiorno gradevole, personale gentile e disponibile, cibo buono e diversificato nella scelta .

• Nuno (10/5): Amazing location, staff and food - The property was in a beautiful calm place just by the amazing beach of Santa Maria with amazing blue waters and within walking distance to the city. Everything was clean and in good conditions. The room we stayed was one of the basic ones so we were positively surprised when we realised we had a balcony with a side view of the sea. The staff was always super nice and the food very good. Highly recommend. Nothing.

Gentilmente a equipe da direçao nos ofereceu um jantar bônus num restaurante (incluindo o restante de nossa familia). Jammer! Dit was onze tweede vakantie in dit hotel, en ook definitief de laatste. Volgend jaar gaan we naar Hilton of Riu, dat lijken betere opties. Hotel Salinas is wel mooi dicht aan het strand gelegen. Maar dat alleen is te weinig om ons nog een keer over de streep te trekken.

Yes, there are flies. Its Afica for goodness sake! 1 week in early October. Hot day and night. Breezy but warm wind. No issues with anything. Entertainment every evening if you want it. I would return for a good dose of winter sun. Nothing much to do other than swim and sleep. Did the horse riding with Teo from Botanical Gardens. Can highly recommend
