I sincerely hope to be helping them by writing this review. Hope they consider a renovation soon to get even better! The shower space was very tight and had no place to put a shampoo, a soap or anything. Very small space for a shower indeed! Also needs more places to hang the towels (more hooks on the wall for both towels big and small ones. The bed was uncomfortable (old matress and heavy pillows). One of the headboard had mold. Besides that, all was okey! Thank you!

Não fica ninguém na recepção para qualquer necessidade. Não responde o zap apesar de deixar o contato para eventual necessidade.

• Daniel (4/5): Séjour mitigé à l’hôtel Villettà - Situation géographique Nous avons séjourné en groupe à l’hôtel Villettà et malheureusement, notre arrivée a été marquée par des complications concernant l’attribution des chambres. Une fois installés, la déception s’est accentuée : les chambres n’étaient pas très propres, ce qui a terni notre première impression. Cependant, nous tenons à souligner le professionnalisme du réceptionniste, qui a su se montrer très serviable. Il a pris l’initiative d’appeler le restaurant pour signaler notre retard et a également réservé un taxi pour notre départ le lendemain. Un geste apprécié qui a quelque peu compensé les désagréments rencontrés.

I couldn’t figure out if air conditioning was working properly. Even after I set it on 23, I felt no great change. Bugs in the bathroom, mosquitos inside.

• Frederick E. (10/5): - Staff were fantastic. Our train was running behind so we sent the information to the Hotel La Villetta. Within minutes the persons there sent us a message. We were able to resolve the issues and the staff provided us the necessary information to access the hotel after the check in time. The location is great with several restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The Rome airport is easy to get to and is within 15 minutes. The rooms are clean and comfortable. we will definately return to the Hotel La Villetta when we are traveling through and even if visiting Rome for several days. We appreciate that the Hotel La Villetta has helped us and surely will help others because that's what they do best. Thank you.

Il m'a permis de mettre mes provisions dans son frigo et m'a offert des craquelins pour accompagner ma coupe de vin et on a discuté pendant presque 2 heures ! Il m'a appelé un taxi pour le lendemain car je repartais très tôt! Je me suis sentie comme à la maison, malgré mon court séjour! Bravo et à refaire !

• Stephanie (10/5): - This was such a cute little town to stay in the night before our flight home. It is super close to the airport which is very convenient. The hotel is only a block or two away from a cute little strip of restaurants along the water. After we ate dinner, we strolled by the water and stopped for gelato before heading back to the room. This was just what we needed for one night for a family of four. When we checked in, we were handed bottles of water which we appreciated because it was so hot! The little details like that mean the most.

• Laura (8/5): Close to airport! - Room was very simplistic but fit our needs. Close to airport (20 - 25 euro for a taxi). Very close to many restaurants for dinner. Also a quick walk to the beach. Make sure to check in between the times allotted as there isn’t always someone on site to make it happen. Also, remember key code to enter property after hours. Not a big deal.
• Britnie (8/5): - We really loved how nice the staff were. The rooms were also clean. The area was great because it was by the beach, some shopping and some great restaurants. This was authentic and they actually had three separate beds, one for each of us.

• Janet (7/5): Good - Location was the key to us for access to the airport. The instructions for late arrival access wasn't the easiest to follow as we'd had 22hrs of flying and were tired. Several steps were involved, then had very steep steps, to first floor, no lift. Then, an outside verandah access to a room that had no number displayed. We are a bit older than many travellers, so getting 20kg bags upstairs wasn't easy at all. This was very frustrating for a 75 year old. We also found that the shower in our room was very small, with awkward access into it wasn't as safe as it should be.
