Great pool room The food is not very good the staff acts in different to the patrons the casino is super tight and gives no comps it's sad it used to be fun to come here now it's just expensive I also had no hot water for the second time staying here. 40 minutes waiting for maintenance to come back...never happened never got hot either but they did comp my room this time nothing last time was down.

- Joseph (10/5): Overnight for an event in the ballroom - Now open 24 hrs and available food until 1am. Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. Bathrooms are clean and properly stocked with some basic items. Overall a good experience. Floor staff are awesome, very friendly and accommodating. 👍👍 Can't think of anything.

- Dianna (5/5): Not what it used to be - I have always loved the view here and the pool room They charge way too much for the balcony rooms now that used to be the same price. My room on the concierge floor had a broken lamp a messed up shower head and a turned off ice machine. Your key only allows access to your floor do to get ice you have to go back to the lobby and get a one time key to another floor,????????

- Chelsey (9/5): Very pleased with our stay and we will definitely be back! - It was spacious and very clean. Lots of fun options to do downstairs and the pool was amazing. They don’t have very many carts to hall your luggage but not a big deal. There was also a $25 resort fee that I wasn’t told about until after but again I was fine with the price after I got a breakdown of what all was paid for!

Inside our room were on a master switch and we couldn't just turn on the bathroom lights separately...so in the night my handicapped son got up and had to be in the dark....along with myself who ran into the desk chair and the other counter. Weird

Separate sink/bar area with nice highball glasses. The rooms are quiet. I like the idea of when you get into the elevator you have to use your room key to activate the elevator.

Our standard room was large and the bathroom had a separate shower and tub. The pool area is large and inviting. The salmon dinner was very tasty and well prepared. We certainly look forward to having it again. We plan to return.

- Patricia (2/5): - -the water in the shower was either scalding or cold. -the AC in the room turned off during the night so we would wake up sweaty. - two of the pillows on the bed became a flat nothing when the pillow case unfolded. - the TV did not provide a listing of programs, just a list of channels. Therefore had to spend lots of time watching commercials to find out what program was on each channel. -the evening dining option to bar hamburgers is an overpriced restaurant offering "fresh" mussels and other seafood. "Fresh"???!! This is the high plains in Colorado. The cafe with only acceptable food closes after breakfast. The Hotel is priced right there with the large hotel chains but with very little consideration for patrons.

- Daniela (2/5): - I have nothing good to say about this hotel. The employees are really rude. The manager of that night was straight clear saying he thought my accent was the reason his other employee had a racist atitude towards me. It was a nightmare the only night my family and I stayed there, he stopped threat me only when my brother showed recording the situation. He was trying to kick me out of the hotel and being aggressive in words because I was in the front desk by myself. Again, they are racist and I do not recommend this hotel. It was the worst experience I ever had in my life!

- Bijou (10/5): - Clean place to stay. The rooms are very nice with big bathrooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. They accept dogs which is a plus for those with fur babies. Had a low tire light come on in my car and security got me arranged with Blake from maintenance to get my tire aired back up. I would recommend this place to stay. Nice walking trail for walking your dogs around the hotel too.

- dorothea (10/5): Schone ruime kamer in Casino nabij Durango - ongeveer 30 minuten van Durango, Casino met ruime schone kamers met comfortabele bedden. Staff is vriendelijk Was een speurtocht waar naar binnen te gaan voor het hotel. Casino en restaurant etc staat goed aangegeven maar de ingang van het hotel was lastig om te vinden en je wilt niet lopen slepen met koffers.( na 2 rondjes rond het complex toch geveonden)
