Guest Reviews
- Cruz (7/5): -
- Josh (9/5): Wonderful staff and very clean rooms for a great price. - Very clean! The he staff was super nice. Only this uncomfortable was that the pillows were very flat. Everything else was clean and comfortable.
- Zavian (4/5): -
- Frauke (8/5): Bestes Hotel zum kleinen Preis - Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Schönes großes Zimmer, super sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das alles zu einem sagenhaft günstigen Preis.
- Susan (10/5): Enjoyable - Breakfast was great. Rooms were great, clean. Person at desk was great. Would stop there again.
- Douglas (9/5): Excellent facility especially as it is nor part on the big chains! - Breakfast was lean cuisine (cereal and yogurt) and the breakfasr area is a single table. Beds were very sofl but comfortable.
Room was very clean and everything (WiFi, etc) worked! Breakfast fruit would have been nice.
- claton (9/5): -
- Susan (8/5): The motel is not the newest but it was clean and comfortable and a good value for the price. We would stay here again. - The bed was comfortable and the environment was clean. The AC was a bit noisy.
- Maurice (8/5): It was everything we expected; no complaints. - Check in staff was very courteous. Nothing
- Amanda (7/5): Very good place to stay for the money - My room was sparse but very clean. There was a super comfortable easy chair.
- Jeff (8/5): - Cleark wasvery nice and helpful,, keep her!!! I like the way the beds were made, tucked in tight... thanks breakfast.... but who';s counting haha
- Kristina (7/5): If u need a place to sleep, sleep here - I liked the price, the staff was kind. The office wasn't wheelchair friendly, I took a shower to discover the towels were dirty & the tub bubbled.
- Sara (9/5): - There was no soap. Some one forgot to fill the dispensers I think.
- Doris (8/5): It was a convenient location, fair priced and clean. The staff was helpful. - I really liked the ceramic mugs in the room. I really don’t like disposables for making/drinking my coffee. The room was clean and we got enough towels, some places I’ve stayed were very stingy on the towels ! The parking wasn’t helpful. I have a mobility issue, and when we returned fairly late at night, someone was parked in the space in front of our room. I had to park across the lot, & it snowed overnight, making the trek to my car in the morning, a bit tricky. But it wasn’t impossible. Thankfully, the vehicle was gone when we were ready to load up and I was able to park my car close to the room.
- Jeff (8/5): Good for basic lodging - Clean and comfortable
- Craig (8/5): Clean and with good air conditioner. Sinks, lavatory, commode all clean and functional. - Breakfast was adequate for me because I like raisin bran and yogurt. Not a hot breakfast but adequate for me. I was happy with the hotel accomodations especially for the price.
- Cisco (6/5): -
- Cliff (9/5): - I didn’t have it
- Miriam (5/5): -
- Cris (3/5): -
- Sharon (10/5): I will definitely stay here again. - Great value! Very clean and comfortable! Friendly staff :)
- Sabrina (8/5): Great value, clean and comfortable - Stagecoach is no-frills, but always a pleasant stay. The room was very clean, the bed was super-comfortable. I have stayed a couple of times and will return the next time I travel to La Junta.
- MERVIN (6/5): -
- Luanne (8/5): - The staff was really nice, I had my support animal with me, he let me keep him with me. Really understandable about my anxiety. Sticky carpet, and things need to be updated. It looked like they were trying to update the office at least.
- Dena (8/5): Economical and convenient - This was our second consecutive stay at this hotel. Economical and convenient. The hotel is dated, but they have made some improvements since last year. I'd stay again. Can't be helped - but the train horn is quite loud. Be prepared to be woken at 7am
- Shelley (9/5): Wonderful friendly staff. - The staff was very welcoming and friendly. He made our check in and check out very pleasant. The rooms were a little outdated.
- Bonnie (8/5): - Breakfast was good. Nice variety.
Rooms were clean as expected. Reasonable cost and the location was good. Room accommodations were as requested. Worth your consideration. The batteries in the TV remote were dead. 😒
- Ann (9/5): -
- Harold (8/5): -
- Trudy (10/5): - Room was clean and they had bottled water in the room. Bed was not the most comfortable, but I was still able to sleep well.
- Karl (10/5): -
- Jason (2/5): -
- Susan K. (10/5): - Very nice clean room, great staff, very comfortable bed, well lighted parking lot and a great location right on hwy 50.
- Robert (10/5): - Front desk was very helpful and friendly.
- Marcia (6/5): - It was ok for a place to spend the night. The continental breakfast was only cold cereal, yogurt and some meager pastries. However, it was quiet, clean and was ok for the price.
- Douglas (10/5): - This facility is clean with the best beds I have had in a motel.
- Kathy (5/5): Nice , except breakfast. - Breakfast was way below expectations- very poor. At least they could supply Half & Half for the coffee instead of the powdered crap in the breakfast room, if not in the rooms as well. That’s my only complaint- breakfast and powdered coffee creamer. I just told you.
- Katharine (8/5): - Definitely an older facility but well maintained. Bed was soft and squishy but fairly comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Price was very good and location convenient to our visit.
- Sabrina (10/5): - Old school charm and comfort with a really kind and helpful staff. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. I will definitely stay here again when visiting La Junta!
- Nancy (10/5): A clean, well kept, bargain - An older motel but, very clean. Everything worked as it should, which is important. I'm a diabetic. Insulin needs to stay cold. I do a lot of traveling and many motels have bad refrigerators. The refrigerator here even had a working freezer. The people here were friendly and helpful as well.
- Frank (10/5): - This is a very nice place to stay. Reasonable rates, clean roms, and friendly staff. I recommend this establishment and will stay here again when I am in the area
- Zachery (10/5): - Very friendly staff. Perfect location. I would definitely stay here again.
- Linda (8/5): - Room was great except door lock didn't work well.
- Leslie (10/5): Great choice for a traveler. - One of the hidden gems for the budget traveler. Enjoyed the stay, and it was perfect staging if you want to tour the history of the area.
- Shawn (10/5): - I’ve stayed here twice now and the only complaint I have is the flies and flying insects that probably can’t be avoided in this area of the country. Staff were excellent and the price was right.
- Marcus (5/5): -
- Easton (10/5): -
- Sabrina (9/5): - Everything Smoking rooms weren't available a
- Nancy (6/5): - Older property with wearing facilities.
Lekker bed.
Supermarkt in de buurt. Het geluid van het nabij gelegen treinstation / rangeerterrein was goed te horen.
Gelukkig viel dit in de nacht erg mee.
Tussen 23:45 en 07:00 redelijk rustig.
- Jacob (10/5): - The last minute availability was great, we had a room at room at stagecoach inn but later found out there were no pets even though we canceled through the property they charged us for the night anyway.
- Leoncio (10/5): - Updated and clean
- Steven (10/5): - Front desk was very helpful. Very friendly. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was just okay. Front desk kept it well stocked. We would stay here again.
- Justin (9/5): Was a good stay, definitely for the price. Would absolutely stay there again if in the area. - Clean and staff was great Couldn’t change volume of the tv
- gonzales (10/5): -
- Vicki (10/5): - Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable, room clean. Great price!
- Karl (7/5): -
- Teresa (8/5): - Room was neat and clean.
- Joy Lee (8/5): - Staff has always been great
- Holly (10/5): - The staff was friendly and helpful. The building and furnishings are very dated. But the rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and the area quiet. All-in-all a good value.
- Jeannie (10/5): - I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms were. It felt like a high end hotel. There were steps down and out of the breakfast area. We chose to go to a restraint for a better breakfast as all we saw available were carb laden foods.
- miller (1/5): Don't do it! - The room smelled like urine, the mattress was so bad I felt like I got hit by a bus in the morning. The train was blowing it's horn all night and one of the blankets on the bed had what one would only guess to be man splooge all over it. How in the hell this place has a 7.9 rating is beyond me. Only positive was the staff was pleasant.
- Florine (10/5): - It was very clean and comfortable to be so inexpensive.
- Dale (9/5): This is our 3rd time staying at this location and we will return next year. - As always it is very clean and it was very quiet. the staff was friendly, and the guests were very quiet (not always the case). Asked to be away from the ice machine bottom floor and they put in a room on the lower floor. The bathroom in our room needs some professional love. It wasn't terrible, but it will be if they do not give it some attention soon.
- Sandra (10/5): Excellent price, very nice hotel, very friendly - very nice N/A
- Stephen (8/5): I had a pleasant, relaxing stay. - It was easy to find, very clean, the staff were very polite and helpful.
- Armando (10/5): - The staff was excellent. She was very friendly, helpful and courteous.
- Dawne (8/5): - The staff is friendly and helpful
- Lillian (8/5): Just stayed one night as we were traveling - Very friendly staff It was a little out dated but not complaining great place
- David (8/5): -
- Vermette (10/5): Exceptional - The receptionist was very nice and pleasant to talk with. Great job and thank you for the kindness! Everything was just fine. Can't complain
- Kay (10/5): Exceptional - The staff were very friendly and helpful. This is an older motel but the room was immaculate and the bed was so comfortable. Will stay here again if in the area.
- Pat (10/5): - The pool is junk fill it in make it a patio
- Gail (8/5): Very good - The staff was very friendly and helpful.
- Florentino (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alberta (10/5): Nice surprise - The room was so clean it sparkled. The stay there was one of the nicest surprises of our vacation. It's an older hotel that is remodeled and updated. Very nice people. Nothing
- Phyllis (8/5): Good value. Breakfast looked pretty minimal, I didn’t stay - Good lighting in the parking lot. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was great. Old-style locks and generally older looking property but with some good updates
- Mat (2/5): Stained blankets, blood on comforter, brutally hot for about 4 hours until in room AC cooled down room. - Very friendly staff at checkin Very outdated and not well kept
- Patricia (8/5): Like this place! - We always enjoy staying at the Stagecoach Motel when on our way to the mountains. The room is clean and inviting. The price is right.
- Sue (9/5): Excellent value for the price - Not a 4 star but is a 4 star when it comes to price,Clean , comfortable and can’t beat the price. Great staff
- David (10/5): - Good place to lay your head when you get to Colorado from the east.
- Bonni (10/5): Exceptional - The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and made us feel welcomed. After getting in our room, we discovered the cable wasn't working and he immediately came to fix the problem. When it couldn't be fixed he moved us to another room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The AC worked well and is quite The motel is in a great location, it was easy to get onto the main road of the town. It's close to restaurants and sight seeing locations. If ever in the area, I would book a room here without hesitation. We never felt unsafe. The breakfast consists of cereal, muffins, toast, various breakfast bars, pastries, fruit, coffee and juice! Nothing, we enjoyed our stay!
- Davis (3/5): Poor - Easy location on our route. Beds and bathrooms could be much better. Breakfast was kind of a dud.
- Lizeth (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jason (8/5): Nice hotel for the price if you're a sound sleeper - Nice hotel, my only real issue was the road and train noise. I'll probably go back to the less nice hotel again next time just because it's a bit quieter.
The diverter valve on the shower leaked so much that I think more water went straight down the drain than went through the shower head.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Excellent value; very low price and solid amenities
- Fine (6/5): Very relaxing and staff was very friendly - All around just a friendly place Just a little run down but it wasn't bad
- Gerald (6/5): Pleasant -
- Margarita (10/5): - We loved our cabin stay. A true escape into the mountains, yet close to Ouray and day trip to Telluride for fun exploring. The cabin is as described clean and secluded. We recommend it and look forward to staying again.
- Sway (8/5): Very good -
- dougk573 (8/5): More than adequate for a small town motel. - The motel fronts on Route 50, the busiest highway in La Junta, but is fairly quiet. The rooms are amply supplied with electrical outlets and a desk, chair, coffee maker and frig. Coffee and a cold breakfast is supplied but is not served until 7AM. Parking space is limited for the number of rooms at the motel and stairs are required to reach the second floor..
- Douglas (8/5): - The motel is adjacent to Route 50 so there is some road noise. Breakfast is not available until 7AM but is adequate.
- Debbie (6/5): Pleasant - Air-conditioner work well Air-conditioner from other rooms were noisy. It was easy to hear the people upstairs., as were the showers.
- Laura (6/5): - train tracks with crossing nearby
- Terri (9/5): Good price for one night stay. Friendly staff. - No frills, clean. Ice machine is on the upper level and you have to climb stairs to get to it.
- Donald (9/5): Very pleased. - I know this motel is old. I think it was here in the 70’s when I lived in LaJunta for several months. I was extremely impressed considering the age. It has evidently kept up with changing times. Again, we were completely satisfied with the stay. Nothing
- Anthony (7/5): Good -
- Jennifer (8/5): Reasonable for a one night travel stay. - This is an old motel, right along Hwy 50, so easy access on/off, and two large gas stations nearby. The rooms and bath are well lit, and baths have newer tiled tub/showers, vanities and wall mounted soap/shampoo dispensers. There is ample storage space in the bath, good thick towels, and plenty of outlets...albeit provided through extension devices. The AC worked well; adjustable with a remote. Wifi worked, but isn't fast. Beds are comfortable; made with one blanket. Lots of good pillows. Faces the highway, and just asphalt/concrete around. It was surprisingly quiet, considering it was Memorial weekend and completely full. Wouldn't recommend for accessibility, as it is two floors, without elevator and no bars in the shower. Location as in just located on asphalt. But for Hwy accessibility it is good. Also close to food, etc. The rooms are just pretty old.
