- RYUSEI (7/5): サービスやアメニティなど満足のいくものでしたが、ベットのだけは残念でした。 - 息子の受験で前泊しました。 予約は6階のエレベーター近くのお部屋でしたが、フロントの方が受験生ならばとエレベーターから離れたお部屋に変更して下さいました。ホテルとしてできることはこれくらいなのでと仰っていただき、初めての受験、初めての1人での宿泊でしたが心強かったです。ありがとうございました。 ベットにダニがいたらしく、夜中くしゃみが止まらず良く眠れなかったようです。

- Miki (10/5): とても良かったです。また機会があれば是非宿泊したいです！ - 初めての子連れ旅行で不安でしたが、スタッフの方々がとても優しく丁寧だったので安心して過ごせました。口コミに書いてあった排水口やシーツの匂い、床の汚れなど全然なく綺麗でした。 子連れであることを伝えていたら、預けていた荷物を部屋まで運んで下さっていたり、２つのベッドを１つにくっつけて下さっていたり、オムツが匂わないようにオムツ専用のボックスを置いて下さっていたりとても助かりました。また、多目的ルームにはお湯を貰える所があり外出の際はミルク用にお湯を貰って出ることができました。ベビーカーの貸し出しもあり外出の際は毎回借りることができました。部屋の乾燥が気になっていましたが、加湿器の貸し出しがあったので助かりました。 強いて言えば、シャワーの使い方が最初分からなくて戸惑ってしまったので、説明書があれば助かったかなと思いました。
