Guest Reviews

- Rachelle (6/5): - The doors were locked mid afternoon for check in and it was a rainy day. The room was not quite ready, soap dispensers empty and one lamp broken. Also found a global of toothpaste in the sink. For 123euro per night, it was a bit disappointing. The host was lovely, though. Sadly, I won't go back
- Rachelle (6/5): - The area was as rough as expected but felt safe. Violane, the host, is as charming as can be. Careful about being billed twice for your stay.
- Mutsa (10/5): Value for money - This place is good value for money. The room was spacious and had the necessary amenities. Although the furniture was a bit dusty the place was quite clean and in very good condition. The service was brilliant, I asked for an iron and they offered to iron my clothes for free. If you want a good basic place to stay while in Paris, I highly recommend this place!!!
- Sandrine (10/5): - Séjour parfait. Patronne très accueillante et sympathique 👍
- Francois (10/5): - Super... A Conseiller...
- Pascal (10/5): Excellent - Parfait. Rapport qualité prix excellent
grande chambre récemment refaite ainsi que la salle de bain et les WC

- Joe (8/5): - Stayed for work and hotel clean, tidy and warm.
- Maria Florencia (10/5): Nice lace to stay - Amazing attention and Breakfast!!!!!!!!!!!!! totally worth paying the 9 euros.
10 min walk to metro!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Hotel nice. Service nice. Neighborhood Less nice. - The hotel is good for the money. Saint-Ouen and the neighboring Saint-Denise are not the finest of Paris quarters hence the vicinity is not great and this is the only reason not to recommend it. The hotel is simple, comfortable and clean. The hotel service was trying very hard to make my long stay as nice as possible.
The Hotel is right near the Saint-Ouen flee market.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Rapport qualité prix correct - Accueil familial. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Équipement basique. Petit dejeuner à éviter absolument : fruits pourris, café imbuvable, viennoiseries basiques.
- davidsY1759IS (10/5): Great people - This is my third time staying here and I love it. The rooms are clean, the WiFi works, the showers are great but most of all the owners are wonderful people. I'd rather give my money to these people than any other hotel in the area.
When I'm not staying with friends, I'm staying in this hotel.
- DarrenL353 (6/5): Good for Stade de France - We were here for a concert at the Stade de France. It's a cute hotel in a bit of a dodgy area but we felt safe enough. The metro is nearby and plenty of opportunities to walk or cycle into town if you are energetic. The staff are really nice and friendly and engaged with us to talk about or plans. The breakfast is standard French fayre. The room was clean enough and well equipped. For me, it was a little expensive for what it was but as a UK traveller at today's exchange rates, everything is expensive. The main problem was the heat, it was a really hot trip but the lack of air conditioning meant for sleepless nights hence my rating. Thanks for having us.
- Kjcolvard (10/5): Great for Marches des Puces, but much more! - A safe comfortable place to stay near the Porte de Clignancort markets. Family owned with a warm family welcome. Attached, a bistro with great food, live music, and a local artsy crowd. Even alone, I felt very much included. Only on weekends, Sat-Mon.
- Enrique (6/5): I will never go back to this hotel - This is not a hotel, it a an old hous with rooms. The area is horrible and you will feel very unsafe. The walk to the metro is not bad but again, you need to keep your eyes open all the time. We did not have any problem but I will never go back to this area of Paris.
- stuart (8/5): Paris hotel without the Paris prices! - A great find! A little out of the way, but only about a 5-minute walk from the nearest Metro station. Lovely clean, comfortable hotel, the couple who run it are very friendly, and even tolerated my botched attempts at Pidgin French! If you don't mind the minor inconvenience of the greater distance from the centre, offset by hugely reduced prices, then I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
