Moreover, there were issues with the room: curtains and shower had Mold all across it. Bed was not that comfortable, and the pillows were just for representation, super hard and not possible to sleep. Breakfast and room cleaness.

Έχει αρκετή φασαρία τη νύχτα από τα clubs όμως δεν είναι κάτι το οποίο μας ενόχλησε γιατί στο δωμάτιο μπορούσες να κοιμηθείς άνετα .

Due to the recent floods, the rooms all had a damp smell and some still had mould on the walls. We had to swap a couple of rooms around because of this and the fact that one room had no windows. The photos have obviously all been through Ai, especially the front of the hotel photo! The front desk staff were ok, but not very friendly.

L’accès à l’hôtel se fait par une rue piétonne, se qui rend le lieu un peu plus calme par rapport à l’animation autour. Traces de moisissures au plafond. C’est un peu bruyant quand on a une chambre qui donne sur le rue.

He didn’t speak English nor understood translate well enough, we found mold spots on the bedding and he said he couldn’t do anything about it. The breakfast was alright but nothing special.

When we got there my daughter was given a room on the ground floor and was told that the day after she could move rooms. The room she was given was awful. No shower , florescent tube light, rock hard bed and tiny. When we went to complain we were told that we had cancelled 1 room that morning which was rubbish. The day after they were given the room next to ours , eventually, as there was no hot water in that room and they spent all day fixing it so it couldn't be used. It must have been out of use the day before and the cancelled room was just an excuse. They were given 200 dong back as a gesture but were told it was that or a full refund but go elsewhere. Now its a cheap and cheerful hotel. BUT I don't like lies being told.

Got to sleep after 3am. The second room was a bit less noisy but was on the first floor with lots of mold and humidity. Smelled like cellar. Quite awful.

- ZEHRA (10/5): Harika konum harika fiyat harika kahvaltı - Tesis temizlik konusunda iyiydi, karma yatakhane de olmama rağmen oda temizdi ve gürültü yoktu. Bu birazda kaldığınız insanlara bağlı şansıma hepsi bu konuda saygılıydı. Banyo odanın içindeydi güzel sevdim bunu. Tesis nehre çok yakın ve çevresinde bir çok uygun yemek yiyebileceğiniz mekan var. Hemen yanında bir mini market var ihtiyaçlarınız için. Personeller saygılı ve ilgiliydiler. Ve o muhteşem açık büfe kahvaltı gerçekten Asya bölgesinde bu fiyata bundan iyi kahvaltı bulabileceğinizi zannetmiyorum. Yumurtayı kaç tane isterseniz hemen pişiyorlar sıcacık yiyorsunuz. Es fehlte für das geteilte Zimmer die Möglichkeit der Privatsphäre. Die Betten standen offen im Raum herum, ohne das mn die Möglichkeit hat, Gardinen o.ä. vorzuziehen.

- Tony (10/5): Great location. Would stay again - It’s not the hotels fault but there was a marathon that was going to start in the early hours of the morning. What the marathon event sponsors decided to do was blast music via speakers to energize the marathon runners. The music was projected across the river or lake. I woke up at 3:30 am thinking that there was a club next door. Check event schedules for marathons before booking. I checked in on a Saturday

Lovely and helpful staff. Breakfast is good with daily hot soup and egg station. The noise from the events by the river can be heard. There is also no elevator so request a lower ground floor if you cannot climb stairs

Since it is close to many bars and restaurants, the nights can be very very noisy and difficult to get a good sleep. Otherwise its a good place for a couple of days. The noise at nights from the bars around the hotel makes it difficult to sleep

- Quek (8/5): - I like the staff, they are gracious & helpful. We all like the balcony too, and the location is super good,is just besides the tourist attractions. The basin tap is hard to close tightly, if you were not closed properly it would leak & hard to control the hot water too.

- Leanne (4/5): The location is good, but overall it’s a very basic accomodation place. - The location was good. We booked online through bookings.com and when we got to the hotel, we were told we could only pay in cash, then they over charged us for the taxi from the airport. The breakfast was not very nice. It would have been better for them to give us a choice of several items and cook it, rather than having food out that was cold and not very nice. The room was not the greatest.
