- alisa (8/5): Beautiful hotel with a view, amazing staff and delicious breakfast. - We liked the room a lot regarding the view, comfort, location at the end of the hall and the top floor. The bathroom was nice and clean, although would've loved a soaking tub and some bath amenities for the price. We loved the front desk staff, who were very helpful and sweet and had some great local food recommendations. They also arranged last-minute for a local tour company to come pick us up to get us to the excursion so that we had something to do on our last full day since other plans fell through. That was great! I loved the massage therapist and her services but definitely needed more availability of staff for services since she was completely booked the day I had free. I didn't appreciate the neighbors being out on their patio and being able to see right on our patio and into our room. The barrier between the rooms is pretty but is see-through and should provide for privacy. For the price, I expected to have complete privacy. It was also disappointing to find out that the water isn't drinkable and besides the 2 provided bottles, we had no access to clean water to fill our bottles, with the only option being to purchase more bottles from the bar or the market. With regard to our coffee maker in the room, we only had 2 regular coffee pods the first day and they were never refilled - a complete disappointment. I loved the two services I received from the massage therapist but only having one therapist whose schedule was full on free wasn't really ok. How about a 2nd therapist for additional hours?

Pán čo robil ráno omeletu bol neskutocne ochotny a stále usmievavý. Ranajkovy personál milý, ochotny, usmievavý. Dievcata na recepcii stále ochotne a veľké profesionálky. P.S. - Magdalena (10/5): Ogromne polecam i z chęcią wrócę - Fantastyczny hotel. Bardzo czyste pokoje, sprzątane codziennie. Cudowny widok z balkonu na morze i szum fal. Pokoje ślicznie urządzone, wygodne, przestronne. Wygodne łóżka. Personel bardzo pomocny. Śniadania i kolacje przepyszne, z ogromnym wyborem dań i tematycznymi wieczorami. Obsługa w restauracji błyskawiczna. Lokalizacja przy samej plaży i dodatkowo dobra baza wypadowa na wycieczki rowerowe. Hotel posiada zamykany parking rowerowy. Po wymeldowaniu hotel oferuje przechowanie bagażu i możliwość wzięcia prysznica w przygotowanej dla gości łazience. Nie ma takiej rzeczy. Jedyne małe zaskoczenie, to podział godzin kolacji na wcześniejszą i późniejszą „turę”. Późniejsza tura rozpoczynała się bodajże od 19 i dla nas osobiście to było za późno.
- Monique (8/5): Schönes Hotel- Top Lage direkt am Meer - Schönes Hotel am Meer mit kleinen Abnutzungsspuren ( Badezimmer ). Handtücher waren reichlich hinterlegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, man wurde mit Sekt empfangen. Super war in der Lobby das Badezimmer wo man sich vor Check in umziehen konnte sowie nach Check Out bei späteren Heimflug nochmal duschen konnte. Das Essen war immer reichlich vorhanden & Abwechslungsreich. Die Betten waren sehr bequem & es war stets eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Der Außenbereich des Restaurants war super mit Blick aufs Meer🌞 Die Zimmer hatten zwar Seitlichen Meerblick jedoch war genau das Nachbarhotel gegenüber - wo man ständig der blicke der Gäste dessen Hotel ausgeliefert war. ( kleiner Punktabzug ) Abendessen wurde in zeitlichen Kategorien eingeteilt - 20 Uhr erst Abendessen war dann doch Recht spät zu dieser Jahreszeit wo man nicht mehr so lange am Meer liegen kann. Ich hätte mir den Wellnessbereich etwas größer vorgestellt - jedoch ausreichend- es ist nun mal ein absolutes Sommer Hotel.

Amazing views, comfortable place, pretty design with sea theme. Concerts in bar in the evening Cleaning can be improved at times. Rooms are quite small for 2 people.

Das Design des ganzen Hotels..sehr schön auf das Thema "Meer" abgestimmt. Der Begrüßungs Sekt. Das Abendprogramm am 2. Abend..Sologeigerin..sehr schlecht und nervtötend, habe es leider noch auf meinem Zimmer gehört. Zimmer insgesamt sehr hellhörig. Keine Kosmetiktücher im Bad. Die Hotelliegen am Strand sind kostenpflichtig.

Accueil très professionnel avec un petit verre d'accueil et toutes les explications. Concernant le repas, buffet, vraiment trés trés bon. Des légumes frais cuisinés, une table thématique chaque soir, du choix à la plancha, on y trouve vraiment son bonheur, un effort de proposer des spécialités locales. Le MUST cela reste tout de même le petit déjeuner pris face à la mer le matin. On a du mal à repartir du petit déjeuner. Service en salle très attentionné, pour moi aussi un sans faute Salle de Gym testée, complète, lumineuse, agréable et bien tenue Cela reste un détail. Nous prenions le ferry et devions partir à 7h. Le petit déjeuner était servi à 7h30. On avait compris la veille que nous pourrions accéder à un café. Ce ne fut pas le cas. Je pense que la jeune dame à la réception au moment de notre départ ne connaissait pas cette possibilité d'accéder à la salle petit déjeuner avant l'horaire (même pour un accés très partiel au buffet).

- una (10/5): The Sea Hotel, keep up the great week - amazing hotel and staff - Fabulous hotel with amazing staff, everything about this hotel is great. Quality and selection of food for breakfast is great (I didn't have dinner). The hotel bar had a large menu of drinks, cocktails and wine, the staff were very knowledgeable about their wines. There is nothing not to like. Everything about this hotel is amazing, from the moment you check in until you leave.

- Mihaela (7/5): Beautiful island, poor choice of Hotel - The location is good as a home base for exploring the island. We had a car, which was important since we drove every day to another town, area, or place of interest. Also, it is right on the beach, so if you fancy a quick dip in the sea right after breakfast, you are set. The water is super clean and the beach is flawless in every way. The hotel offers a well-equipped gym that I used every morning, and it is open 24/7. The staff were outstanding, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They speak multiple languages fluently, which makes communication effortless. Except for one person, but more on this below. Overall, the atmosphere is warm and filled with good vibes. The whole experience feels premium enough, the hotel is very well maintained, the food selection is very good, and the serving is pristine. The hotel is adults-only, but it is surrounded by two other hotels, located just meters away, that are not adults-only. As a result, the guests mingle on the beach and in the immediate surroundings, making the adults-only concept somewhat pointless. The hotel doesn’t have a private beach, just 10 or 12 sunbeds located before the public beach, which you have to pay for, even with all-inclusive. They are not easily available as there are too few for all the guests. But you will find sunbeds on the public beach right outside the hotel without a problem, at 18.50 EUR per day. With half board (so breakfast and dinner), you have to pay for water at dinner, which is mind-blowing, as water is included with breakfast but not with dinner. It doesn’t make any sense. Also, apparently it is acceptable to serve alcohol with breakfast, but not to offer water with dinner. Weird. One person stood out in a very bad way: Ms. Carmen, who was serving in the dining area. She was actively rude and made it extremely clear she despised us for no other reason we can think of, other than the fact that we were the only Romanians in the whole hotel. She was very charming towards all the other guests (mainly German), which makes it even worse, as it was clear we were singled out. She even threw a tantrum when I politely asked for a knife that was missing from the table. She got very upset and actually threw a napkin on the floor in rage and mumbled something irritated, while she thought she was out of our sight. We were nothing but respectful towards the whole team there with no exception, so this behavior is totally unacceptable. We travel and vacation a lot around the world, and this has never happened before. I mentioned this at reception when checking out, and I hope it was addressed and a follow-up would be in order, because this is very serious imo.

Great food restaurant on site. Perfect location for beach and also to walk into town shopping and restaurants. Easy street parking nearby, plenty of spots to choose room within a couple blocks of hotel if have car rental.

The food was very well presented and tasted great. The list of drinks on the AI package was vast and served by wonderful staff. All the workers I encountered had a smile & can do attitude. Made to feel very welcome. Super location at the end of the prom ,20 yards from the beach/sea, so calm & tranquil. What a fantastic hotel with wonderful staff. Very happy to recommend. An hour by coach from airport.

La literie n etait vraiment pas bonne, matelas trop mou et des que quelqu'un bouge cal fais bouger tout le lit. Le prix des chambres est élevé et je trouve scandaleux qu il faille encore payer pour des boissons sans alcool lors du repas du soir. L hotel a qu un tres petit nombre de transats sur la plage 15 euro par jour et il faut réserver via une application. Nous n avons donc jamais pu en louer et somme aller un peu plus loin et pour 3.5 euro de plus.

Themed nights and excellent choice at both breakfast and dinner . Hotel clean and modern . Had a side sea view room with a balcony . Beach quiet in the early mornings - beautiful for a swim before breakfast and a coffee on the balcony just listening to sound of the sea . At end of main beach shopping / eating area so relatively quiet but lots of shops restaurants and supermarkets within a short walk . Live music some mornings at breakfast and in bar at night .Bus stop outside hotel if you fancy exploring or going to Palma .Pool isn’t big but v clean and worth spending time there and going in the spa area adjacent ( free of charge ) . Had a fantastic stay at this up market hotel on the beach . Fabulous ! Would definitely return .

- Samir (8/5): Agréable séjour - Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel idéalement situé en bord de mer. Le personnel de la réception comme du restaurant a été particulièrement accueillant et chaleureux, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très plaisant. Les chambres étaient propres et fonctionnelles, on a même eu droit à une décoration spéciale pour notre anniversaire de mariage. Les buffets du petits déjeuner et du dîner étaient excellents et variés. Seul petit point d’amélioration : nous n’avions pas été informés à l’avance que les transats de plage étaient payants (15 €) et soumis à réservation, et lors de notre demande, ils étaient déjà tous réservés pour la journée. C’est un détail qui pourrait être précisé plus clairement, car nous pensions que l’accès aux transats en bord de mer était inclus comme c’est souvent le cas dans d’autres établissements.

The food was amazing and the buffet in the evening is restaurant quality. Every staff member was so friendly, always smiling and efficient. This is how a hotel should be. The food and drinks are amazing, there's attention to detail and everything is top quality. We will definitely come back. The area is lovely, on the beach, fabulous views but quiet and there are lots of shops, restaurants and bars close by. Can't recommend this hotel and it's staff enough. Never have I been as blown away by a hotel or wanted to go back as much.

- Felicitas (10/5): Ein modernes Hotel, das sich durch die direkte Strandlage und das liebe Personal in unser Herz geschlichen hat. - Die Lage direkt am Meer ist fantastisch. Das Hotel ist modern und stylisch, uns hat besonders gefallen, dass sich das Thema „Sea“ passend zum Namen und zur Lage thematisch durchs ganze Hotel gezogen hat. Das Frühstücksbuffet war zudem absolut fantastisch! Und nicht zu vergessen all die zauberhaften und herzlichen Mitarbeiter:innen, die unseren Aufenthalt versüßt haben, angefangen von Marga an der Rezeption bis zu Antoska, der die leckersten Omelettes gebraten hat. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!

Los detalles de bienvenida…. El hotel es bueno pero tiene detalles que no corresponden con su nivel y con lo que se paga. Que te den un vaso de agua con limón en la bienvenida y te lo nieguen cuando llegas cansado no me parece del nivel del hotel cuando otros de menor nivel las tienen en cualquier momento y de más sabores. No preparar desayunos picnic, solo el día de salida, tener que pagar las hamacas de la playa… Además no llamaría Spa a una sauna dos duchas y unas camas calientes…ni siquiera un jacuzzi. Si todavía la piscina exterior fuera interior… La zona de la piscina necesita más mantenimiento.

Having to pay 15Euros for a sunbed in front of the ocean was a bit of a bummer and we decided to use the free sunbeds by the pool and walk to the ocean (1min walk in bathing suit).The beach is narrow and crowded but the water is amazing, with a VERY long stretch of shallow water to walk into. Buffet was excellent. Gym a bit too small to accommodate the morning rush.
- Tamara (1/5): Dank Booking konnten wir eine Kulanzregelung erreichen, da der Aufenthalt insgesamt enttäuschend war und die Erwartungen - Das Personal war freundlich, wenn auch sichtbar angestrengt. Die Betten waren bequem. Das Hotel wirbt mit Adults Only, tatsächlich sind jedoch links und rechts angrenzend keine Adults-Only-Hotels, sodass überall Kinder sind – der Effekt geht damit völlig verloren. Das Zimmer entsprach in keiner Weise einem Vier-Sterne-Standard: es war klein, das Bad extrem winzig. Zudem läuft ab 21 Uhr bis Mitternacht extrem laute Musik – entweder aus dem eigenen Hotel oder von den Nachbarhotels – so stark, dass man selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster auf dem Bett sitzend nicht normal miteinander sprechen kann. Auch wenn gesetzliche Regelungen hier eigentlich anderes vorsehen, scheint es für die Hotels selbstverständlich und lohnend zu sein, diese Grenzen zu überschreiten. Das Essen entspricht keinem guten Standard, auch wenn die meisten Gäste das vermutlich nicht bemerken. Insgesamt kann man das Hotel nicht empfehlen, wenn jemand ein echtes Vier-Sterne-Adults-Only-Haus mit einem gewissen Anspruch sucht – dieser Standard wird hier schlicht nicht erfüllt.
- Wai K (6/5): It was satisfactory but not somewhere I go back to. - Most of the food served for breakfast and dinner are frozen food (eg fish and meat). The beach is only 100 metres from the hotel which is the only advantage the hotel has. Only a small spa pool available for swimmer and loungers are limited. The spa facilities advertised does not really exist (only a small sauna). The food and lack of facilities. You can get better holiday in many hotels in Tenerife for less money.

Obwohl sich das Personal am Morgen sehr mühe gegeben hat, ein Espresso zu machen, waren leider diese Bohnen nicht für ein schmeckhafen Espresso geeignet. Was sehr schade ist. Die Gaggia Kaffemaschine ist aber Top. Für Gäste wie wir das am Morgen praktisch nichts essen und nur ein richtigen Espresso trinken möchten wäre es top wenn man es entsprechend vorbeteiten könnte. Ihr wisst ja was ich meine.

High Quality Ingredients for food. Minibar included and daily refilled. Very good breakfast, we ordered Cappuccino for breakfast because we didn't like the coffee and it was also included. All food on the menu for lunch is inclusive in AI, the Pizza Ruccolina is perfect. Dinner also very good, lots of food and desserts to choose from, mostly very tasty. Reception very professional friendly and always helpful and available. All other staff also very friendly and professional. Good cleaning service, rooms are very clean. Very nice private beach Area where you can enjoy drinks delivered from the Bar behind you. 1st Floor has free sunbeds with a beautiful view, but we prefer the beach. For Lunch the waiting time was quite long unless you came first, the chef clearly needs some help when there's lot of guests, which also results in steak ordered medium-rare to be served as well done, which is really sad considering the high quality the food served has. Can't blame the chef, it's just to much work for one person. Sunbeds are not included, but considering the fair price that's acceptable. We also received a free Upgrade on Seaview from Side-Seaview.
