Côté repas c'est très varié et avec un bon rapport qualité pour le buffet du petit déjeuner et du soir. L'emplacement est pratique si l'on veut sortir le soir en ville. Parking privé gratuit.

- Alina (9/5): - A wonderful hotel with a large green area where you can relax on a sun lounger among palm trees and pine trees, listening to the birds singing and the murmur of small waterfalls near the pools. Breakfast buffet - a large selection of delicious dishes. There is a SPA area - sauna, hammam, swimming pools. The sea is not far, about seven minutes walk. The beach is sandy, large, gently sloping into the water. There are many restaurants on the embankment. Not far from the hotel, about five minutes walk, there is a large supermarket. You can go see the old town of Alcudia, it’s very interesting, it takes about forty minutes by bus, the stop is not far from the hotel. I was very pleased with the choice of this hotel! If a person is sitting at the table having breakfast, then asking the waiter to change seats is not appropriate.

Le petit déjeuner buffet est excellent, le personnel du petit déjeuner était pour la plupart souriant et serviable. Le bassin d’eau froide dans le SPA un bonheur!! Le SPA est très bien. Les massages aussi super. Proche de la mer, de commerces et restaurants. Le Parking Le parking est grand mais il est difficile de trouver des places après une certaine heure, il n’est pas sécurisé ni réservé strictement aux usagers de l’hôtel car pas de contrôle. Le hamman n’était pas assez chaud, pas de vapeur lorsque j’y étais je ne sais pas si c’était une panne ou si c’est comme ça toujours.

(5/5): En recepción una mala organización - Lo dejamos todo pagado hacía días por internet y por una mala organización del personal nos pedían que teníamos que pagar de nuevo todo, tuvimos que reclamar que lo revisaran bien y no se creían que estaba pagado; tuvimos que hablar con el banco para que les reenviara el comprobante porque ni el chico ni la encargaba se enteraban de nada; nefasta atención; además era un regalo y los invitados allí esperando que les hacían pagar la estancia. No volveremos.

De bons critères mais pas mal de mauvais qui nous ont un peu gâché le séjour - - le personnel est vraiment adorable et souriant. - le spa est un vrai plus et sauve la note que je donne à l’établissement. Il est vraiment très très bien équipé. Juste attention, les gens ont le droit d’être nus dans le sauna 😅 - l’hôtel dispose de beaucoup d’équipements, il y a largement de quoi s’occuper entre les différentes piscines, le spa, le terrain de tennis etc. - à notre grande surprise le buffet du soir est bon et il y a du choix (sauf certains jours, nous n’avons pas compris pourquoi) - la localisation - parking grand - je n’ai jamais vu un hôtel aussi mal insonorisé. Et pourtant j’en ai fait beaucoup, notamment à Majorque et c’est le pire. Nous vivions avec nos voisins de chambre. On les entendait parler, déménager les meubles visiblement. De l’autre côté on entendait un bébé pleurer et se réveiller en pleine nuit. + les gens qui passent dans les couloirs. Bref on a rien dormi du séjour, super 👍🏻 S’ajoute aussi que quand les voisins de chambres partent, ce sont les femmes de ménage qui nettoient à 7h du matin. Elles font leur travail bien évidemment mais vu l’insonorisation médiocre, c’est comme si elles faisaient le ménage dans notre chambre pendant que nous y étions. - les lits sont vraiment très inconfortables. On dirait des matelas premier prix. - le petit déjeuné est vraiment très moyen. Certes il y a du choix, mais tout est très bas de gamme. - la vaisselle au buffet n’est pas toujours très propre. - il y a un coffre fort dans le chambre sauf qu’on ne peut pas l’activer car il y a besoin d’une clé que nous n’avions pas. C’était peut être que dans notre chambre mais évitez de laisser des affaires auxquelles vous tenez. Tout ces critères ne sont vraiment pas acceptables pour un hôtel 4 étoiles et pour le prix.

Ended up walking to the 4th floor towards the end of my stay because it would keep going down if someone of the first floor pressed the button, also one of the managers wouldn’t allow us to go to dinner with flip flops on. We had to go back and change but once we were in there most people were wearing flip flops. Not sure why he singled us out.

Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut 👍 Hotelzimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hört den Nachbarn schnarchen so das man selbst keine Ruhe findet. Eine Umbuchung auf ein ruhigeres Zimmer war nicht möglich und kostet auch 30 euro Gebühren! Kaffee in der Kanne (Frühstücksraum) schmeckt fürchterlich!

- Johanna (8/5): Beebiga hea peatumiskoht. - Personal oli väga sõbralik. Basseiniala väga mõnus ja suur, privaatne ning mõnus lapsega puhkamiseks. Laps sai vankris varjus magada ja oli ka jalutamiseruumi. Hommikusöök oli maitsev. Asukoht oli suurepärane, parkimisvõimalus olemas ja palju maitsvaid söögikohti lähedal. Tuba oleks võinud olla natuke rohkem renoveeritud ja kaheinimese voodi olemasolu oleks olnud palju mugavam. Duširuumis olid dušisegistid natukene vanaaegsed ja kulunud ning kohati hallitasid.

Not having a double bed instead of two singles, missing slippers and other amenities, bathroom door made out of glass and not at all soundproof, as well as general missing soundproofing.

- austriakam (9/5): Empfehlenswert - Ruhige Lage, da die Flaniermeile zum Strand erst gegenüber dem Hotel beginnt. Weitläufige Gartenanlage mit 4 Pools und vielen Liegen. Nur sanfte Animation,, sehr entspannend. Wellnessbereich mit Sauna, Whirlpools und Indoorpool nutzbar. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücks- und Abendbüffet, abwechslungsreich und einiges frisch zubereitet. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Kostenlose Privatparkplätze auf dem Hotelgelände, teils überdacht. Bad beengt,da sich Badtür und Duschtür zueinander öffnen. Kommt man mit dem Auto erst gegen Abend, kann es schwierig werden zu parken. Der Manager sollte ein leiseres Gerät zum Schmutz wegblasen kaufen, das jetzige macht einen Höllenlärm.😉
- Monica (7/5): Overall a good stay - All staff is very friendly, from receptionist to waiters and cleaners. Cleaning of the apartment was done very well. The resort looks well maintained. Good parking area, although you have to be lucky to have a spot. Overall we had a good stay! Just a few small improvements.. Thin walls, which led to be woken up every early morning by our neighbors. It would already help if the resort communicates to be quiet between certain times. There was a lot of bird poop on the walking paths towards the apartments, which is annoying to avoid multiple times a day. Temperature of the shower stays cold for 5 min or longer, then it becomes very hot. We also found the perfumed scent in the reception area very strong and unpleasant.

- Maïlys (6/5): Le séjour s’est très bien passé dans l’ensemble, côté négatif pour le bruit - Bon emplacement, personnels gentils, beaucoup d’activités au sein de l’hôtel (spa, salle de sport, mini golf…) Petit déjeuné très varié ! On y trouve de tout Insonorisation des chambres : les chaises sont lourdes et pas de patin au niveau des pieds résultats les clients ne les lèvent pas et le bruit est insupportable. Pareil au niveau du couloir, on entend à tout heure le passage des autres ainsi que les portes qui claquent. Chambre côté rue : nous entendions beaucoup la circulation malgré les fenêtres fermées. Hôtel avec parking oui mais places très limitées, si vous ne rentrez pas tôt vous devez vous garer dans les rues plus bas..

Petit-déjeuner et repas du soir au top, les repas sont variés, très gros buffet. L’hôtel , les chambres , les repas , les piscines , spa sont très propres. À côté de l’hôtel une petite plage, un petit centre ville avec pleins de petit magasins et de très bons restaurants. Je recommande. RIEN À DIRE

- Chien-yu (7/5): 性價比很好，但是設施標示不清楚，飯店內部比較舊 - 我很喜歡大廳服務人員的幫助，他們服務品質非常好。也很熱情推薦說明各項設施開放時間。 早餐選擇豐富，spa浴池的設施功能齊全，戶外曬太陽的區域也很舒適，房間有陽台很有海島風情。 價格很有競爭力。所在的區域走路可以到沙灘，也舒服。 飯店內部設施老舊，吹風機非常不夠力，要吹乾一般女性的長髮，大概要吹到手舉起來到有五十肩。櫃檯人員也沒有其他可以租借吹風機的選項（雖然他們盡力了）。 從飯店內部走到spa的路線很模糊，雖然入住時發了一張地圖給你，好像什麼都說明了，但實際上走下去卻什麼也不清楚，也沒有告訴你要借用置物櫃要自備零錢。 房間內部很悶，開空調可以暫時緩解，但睡眠舒適度會打折扣。幾乎每個服務人員都衝著我的臉講德文，我也很困擾。
