- keithaH4074GH (8/5): 2nd stay at Macarella Suites - Hotel rooms cleaned every , staff very friendly and helpfull. We were given what seems a superior room with very large sun terrace. Had an issue with a faulty toilet seat that was dealt with immediately. However, water pressure in bathroom for toilet was low, and they do not have any english tea bags which they had last year, but given some by other guests.

- Skipton1234 (10/5): Very friendly hotel in nice quiet resort - Just waiting for our airport transfer....after a lovely girlie week in this excellent hotel. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, particular mention to Cynthia in the restaurant who was a delight, and Dario and Sonia in the bars who made our evenings playing cards in the hotel very enjoyable. There is musical entertainment 3 evenings a week which were very good. The breakfasts are the best we have had and we had a couple of evening meals which were also good. The rooms are excellent and spacious. The lovely marina and beach are only 5 minutes away. Plenty of good restaurants round the marina. We walked in each direction which were nice walks and went to Cuitadella on the bus. There's not a lot else to do particularly if weather not great but we had a lovely week.

Els llits separats i poc comfortables. Pocs utensilis de cuina a l’apartament i cap material fingible ni fregall ni sabó de cuina ni sal ni oli. Uns minims indispensables. Tv sense connexió a internet ni accés a televisió local.

(Accueil, nourriture,spa,parking) - L’accueil, le service,la qualité du petit déjeuner du dîner , le calme de l’hôtel, la propreté de l’ensemble des espaces, le confort des lits , l’espace de l’appartement. L’accès au spa inclus, le parking gratuit. Des détails: un parfum d’ambiance peut-être diffusé avec la Clim ou la ventilation. dans l’appartement?( gênant si on y est sensible pour dormir) , la douche de la salle de bain pas toujours à la même température. La douche du spa pas toujours chaude. Les « pâtes « souvent tièdes ou froides au buffet du dîner .

- Jill (9/5): Heel fijn verblijf! - De kamer was super schoon. Het hotel was net weer geopend voor het seizoen. Groot hotel met alles wat je nodig hebt. De kamers zijn groot, leuk zwembad, leuke bar en vlakbij tal restaurants en een supermarkt naast het hotel. Op 5 min lopen sta je op het strand. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en van de barman hebben wij een paar goeie tips gekregen om heen te gaan. Het water van het binnenzwembad was koud. Wij hadden juist het hotel uitgekozen om in de avond nog lekker te zwemmen, maar dat hebben we niet meer gedaan. Ook miste we een flesje afwasmiddel en een sponsje. Dit zijn van die dingen die je dan zelf moet kopen.

Des grands parking pour garer sa voiture gratuitement..et l hôtel vous prête parasol pour la plage et serviette de bain gratuitement! La nourriture de l’hôtel est très varié ce qui est bien pour manger équilibré. Le personnel est au petit soins et est très souriant. Dommage qu’il y avait le sauna en panne, mais sinon rien à reprocher. Les matelas sont un peu souples car sur ressort donc selon les gens il faut aimer

- timw00dhead (10/5): Lovely - The hotel is lovely with a slight colonial feel. The staff are very friendly and always ready to engage in conversation. The weather wasn’t the best whilst we were there but that didn’t spoil our holiday as the hotel rooms and communal areas were very comfortable. The hotel has a great position being only a few minutes walk from the beach and marina with all of its bars and restaurants. The pool area is great with lots of comfortable sun beds available.

- LFCChelmsford (8/5): Good location for bars, restaurants and beach. - Very nice hotel, spacious suites, separate bedroom, lounge (which can so sleep 2 more people), good bathroom with 2 showers and a bath. Fully equipped kitchen. Entertainment a few nights. Very good breakfast. Less than 5 minutes to beach, 5 minutes to marina with bars and restaurants. Good size pool. Friendly staff.

- A6535GRsuej (10/5): Fabulous stay - we will be back! - We have just returned from a ten-night stay and absolutely loved the hotel. We had a very spacious suite overlooking the pool, very clean, and with comfortable beds. The food was excellent and, although we had only booked bed and breakfast, we ate dinner in the restaurant several times and were impressed by the quality and wide range of different dishes. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and we really couldn’t fault them. All in all, a great holiday and we are already planning our next visit!

- Victoria (10/5): Me quedaría allí a vivir - El desayuno buffet es increíble, lo que más me gustó fue la estación de huevos que hacen al momento ya sea huevos a la plancha, tortilla o unos pancakes. Había mucha variedad y todo muy bueno. Los trabajadores son encantadores, no podría destacar ninguno porque cada cual era más simpático que el anterior. La habitación preciosa, espaciosa, con vistas al mar y sin nada de ruido, tal y como lo pedimos. Tuvieron un detalle con nosotros al ser el cumpleaños de un huésped, se agradece mucho su atención. Está a 3 min de la playa andando. Tiene parking, piscina, piscina climatizada, gimnasio... Apetece estar en el hotel. Las instalaciones del spa podrían estar mejor, muchos aparatos fuera de servicio. Lo importante, la sauna, sí funcionaba muy bien.

- Lynncuz (10/5): Room 221 - Just had a lovely two week holiday. We were greeted with a friendly smile and check in was quick. The receptionist was only small and helped us down a small flight of stairs with our suitcases. I think a porter would be better to help. The room/ apartment was spacious and comfortable. There were 2 balconies and 2 TV'S. The kitchen was well equipped, so very handy for making lunch( we were half board) The bathroom was a little outdated and there was a step up to the toilet and shower which I thought could be dangerous if you forgot the step was there or if it was wet. There was plenty of sunbeds around the pool so no sunbed wars here. Although the pool was cold, but to be expected for October. The food was very good and plenty of choice. Augustin and team are a credit to the hotel. A special thank you to Ania and Antonio who looked after us and also a mention to Desiree and Cynthia. The harbour is only a 5 minute walk around the corner to the hotel where there are plenty of restaurants and a few bars if you prefer to do bed and breakfast. There are some nice walks if you like walking. You can walk along the headland where you can get some lovely views and photos. There is entertainment in the hotel if you prefer and the drinks are very reasonably priced. Our only gripe was the room cleaning. Our room was always the last one of the day to be cleaned and it seemed as if it was done in a hurry. The bed was made and toilet was cleaned but I don't think the floors were mopped over all the time we were there. Apart from that, everything was fine and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Maccarella for a lovely holiday.

- R.H. (9/5): Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Wir hatten ein großes Appartement mit Wohn-Ess-Zimmer, extra Schlafzimmer und Bad. Zugang zum Garten. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Frühstück kann auf der Terrasse eingenommen werden. Strand fussläufig. Supermarkt in direkter Nachbarschaft. Am Frühstücksbuffet viele gesüßte Speisen. Auch der Cordato aus der Maschine schmeckte gesüßt. Espressotassen wären schön. Frühstücksraum ist sehr groß und wirkt dadurch hallenhaft. Zusätzlicher kleiner Topf in der Küchenausstattung wäre sehr gut.

Le buffet du petit dej est copieux avec des bons produits frais. Le personnel est disponible. - MAYTE (10/5): Buena estancia - Los trabajadores del hotel en general todos muy amables y educados. Cualquier duda que tuvieras te la resolvían. Muy poco menaje de cocina, aunque si lo pedías te lo proporcionaban.

- Bucketandspade1 (10/5): Everything you need firca relaxing holiday. - What can be said about this lovely hotel that hasn't been already said, which is why we booked it and why we're booking it again next year. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Staff so friendly. Our room was groundfloor with a pool view block B and spacious. Great to have a separate shower to the bath as I've mobility issues. Kitchen was very equipped and a spacious roomy apartment and bedroom. Very convenient location for marina and beach. Buses too. Breakfast was great so much choice. We did b&b. Convenient supermarket next door. Alas, there's only one teeny niggle. The hotel could do with a porter to help with cases on arrival and departure as we found the only route to the reception up a stairs a struggle being senior citizens. No apparent lift? Please correct if wrong Maracella as we loved you. Highly recommend though.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Merci pour surclassement de la chambre . Rien de particulier pour ma part. Mais c est vrai que certaines chambres peuvent être mal situé
- Maribel (9/5): Super hôtel proche de la plage - Tout le personnel est très agréable, à l'écoute. Une belle équipe !! La propreté de l'hôtel, tout est très propre. Les chambres spacieuses. Le duplex très bien aménagé et avec de belles terrasses. Literie très confortable. Les soins du visage et de massage du Spa à faire sans hésiter. Piscine du Spa très agréable. La proximité de la plage Cala en Bosch, des commerces et des restaurants à 5 mns à pied. Dommage que certains équipements du Spa ne fonctionnaient pas.

- Beatrice (9/5): - Le personnel est très aimable. Le logement est spacieux et confortable. La propreté est impeccable. L’eau n’est pas comprise dans la formule demi-pension et le tarif de la bouteille de 50 cl est démesuré, dommage !
- THIBAUT (8/5): Bien mais des améliorations seraient nécessaire au niveau de l’équipement de la chambre - L'emplacement géographique correspondait à nos attentes . Le SPA petit mais correct, la piscine, les soirées musicales et la gentillesse du personnel. Notre réservation était une suite avec kitchenette et terrasse et nous avons eu un duplex avec une terrasse où vos voisins de gauche et de droite peuvent vous serrer la main ( terrasse sans intimité petit muret sans occultant). Une deuxième petite terrasse avec les même inconvénients de proximité avec vue sur les poubelles d'un super marché. La cuisine dispose de très peu d'ustensiles ( 1 poêle, 1 marmite, même pas de casserole et 2 plaques de cuisson trop petites pour être utilisées simultanément). et sans kit de nettoyage . Absence de bonbonne d'eau et distributeur de café gratuit dans l’hôtel. Un coffre fort payant 20 euros pour 8 nuits Je me permets de répondre au commentaire de l'hôtel, nous avons dit notre déception à la réception de l'hôtel , mais il nous a été répondu qu'il pouvait pas nous changer de chambre .Quand au QR code , nous ne l'avons pas effectivement regardé( aucune information en français bien qu'il soit indiqué que le français était pratiqué à la réception )

- Laura (10/5): - Hemos pasado una semana muy agradable en este hotel. Lo mejor, el personal, todos son muy amables, sobre todo en el restaurante. Quería agradecer lo bien que nos han tratado. La zona está muy bien, tiene una cala y un puerto con muchos bares y restaurantes alrededor. Nosotros hemos ido al final de la temporada de verano y estaba todo muy tranquilo. La animación del hotel un poco floja, pero supongo que ha sido por fin de temporada y en el spa no funcionaban varias cosas.
