• Goldsmith (10/5): - I liked Omar the manager, he was great, nothing was a problem for him. I liked the lady who cleaned my apartment, she worked very hard. I liked the rest of the staff that I met. My Spanish is not very good but they made conversation easy. The accommodation is very well laid out and comfortable, it is an exceptional place. All in all I highly recommend this hotel. Nothing with the hotel, but the weather in Queretaro was going through a cold snap for the first time in years, I felt it.
• Mary (9/5): Very comfortable and affordable house in an amazing location - would definitely stay here again! - At check-in the host took us on a tour of the property including our house, the shared patios, and from the patio he pointed out the nearby sites and told us how to get around. It was extremely helpful. We are a family of five, so our four night stay was much more comfortable this way, rather than having only hotel rooms. We all had our own space as well as lovely common space on the first floor and a private patio on the third floor. It was so central - a quick walk in either direction got you to a plaza full of activities. There was only enough hot water for one shower at a time.

• Amy (10/5): Nice stay! - We were very comfortable. The apartment suited our needs offering 3 bedrooms. We used all the rooms and the common areas which included roof decks with lovely views. Also well located with easy walking access to the historic center and driving access to areas around the city. The staff/ owners were super friendly and the maid did excellent work. We parked on surrounding streets without problem. Well recommended.

Omar answered all of our questions very patiently and gave us great suggestions for things to do and places to visit. It was close enough to walk to the historical center and other attractions. We loved watching the sunset from the rooftop patio and felt like this was our home away from home as we explored the region around Queretaro.

Also the house itself is decent with enough rooms and with comfortable beds and showers. Location is good as well, like 10 minutes walking to the center of Querétaro. Really recommend this hotel if you look for a good price-quality place to stay! It was a little noisy at the nights: you can hear the train loud and some dogs barking at night. For the price you pay it is still a good place, but I can recommend to put earplugs in the nights.

You can walk 5-10 minutes in any direction and find sights to see, and great food and drink options. We also really enjoyed the views from the shared rooftop patio.

While the apartment was clean, it is quite outdated and could use some updates, especially in the kitchen (very limited counterspace).

• Lise (10/5): - J'ai passé un très bon séjour a l'hôtel Méson de San Andrès à Querétaro. Cet hôtel est très bien placé à 10 minutes à peine à pieds du centre historique. Les Proprietaires et employés sont charmants et attentifs. L'hotel est très propre et les chambres décorées avec goût. J'aimerais juste faire une petite remarque: Il me semble que pour la chambre que j'occupais, au rez-de-chaussée, il aurait été plus agréable d'avoir un lit double...au lieu d'un lit Queen ou King size qui mange toute la place et m'a donné l'impression d'être un peu à l'étroit, alors que la chambre est assez grande.. Il faut dire qu'en vacances on passe peu de temps dans sa chambre, mais l'impression d' espace fait partie du confort. Le rapport qualité/prix m'a semblé excellent ... merci aux adorables hôtes prets à aider en toutes circonstances. L.D.

Las instalaciones no son nuevas y es más tipo como una casa grande con habitaciones con baño, pero todo muy limpio y acogedor.

Close enough to walk to the historic centre. Gloria explained in detail how to get there with a small local map. Every attention to detail, room was comfortable and had a ful size fridge, microwave, coffee machine with everything provided. We would recommend this hotel and if we come to this area again, will definitely stay here again.

• CLAUDIA (8/5): Acogedor y centrico - Tienen una excelente atención al cliente lo problematico es un poco que se escuchan los pasos de los huespedes en el pasillo y si son escandalosos te despiertan y el estacionamiento, sin embargo se esmeran por facilitar los movimientos de los autos y la ubicacion del hotel hace que no requieras el auto para turistear por el centro. Las habitaciones son muy acogedoras y tienen amenidades que hacen comoda la estancia. Claro que volveriamos.

• Ed & Denise (4/5): Disappointed - Firstly, no one was at reception at our scheduled arrival 5 pm and building locked up. No answer from doorbell and no one answered multiple phone calls, so stranded on street with our luggage. Eventually someone showed up to let us in. No apologies. The apartment was on 2 levels facing the noisy street, and terribly outdated. Must say that the bed was super comfortable and the fridge, stove and microwave were brand new. Everything else (furniture & decor items were a Mish mash of garage sale rejects. We stayed 5 nights and were glad to leave. Not sure but I think all the other units are single level , better furnished and quieter because they were at the back, away from the street We had unit #1, so AVOID that one. The rooftop terrace was nice for sunbathing and city views in the evening. There are definitely much better places to stay nearby.
