• Linda (1/5): An unsafe place to stay - Nothing Everything Was so unsafe and badly maintained Dirty pool Metal blinds in a casing that were locked and therefore no access to windows. Second door out had a large unmovable cupboard blocking it No fire alarm Inly 3 wooden slatted sun-beds allocated (for 5 adults) of which 2 were broken 3 parasol bases but no umbrellas Broken and raised patio tiles too many to count Safe in main bedroom allocated in bottom of wardrobe but could not access without moving bedside table every time Garden filthy and not maintained Gate access bolted with no key to lock Concrete fire surround with no safety gate very dangerous with a baby in our party Water pressure very low Couldn’t get tv channels to come on Missing hairdryer in one of the bedrooms Broken handle on lounge coffee table Internet not consistent Had to call maintenance team out on more than occasion of which majority of issues could not be resolved. After 3 days had to demand to be moved to a safer place to stay. Our first 3 days were wasted as we had to wait for maintenance to arrive Would never recommend this property

• Kgaladi (1/5): Not pleasant at all. The house not maintained, therefore prices charged is not value for money. - Nothing considering the property was advertised as Camps Bay Tendai, the staff members be that received us to hand the key was unprofessional. The house was dark, blinds and windows were closed. The house was dirty. The dish cloth / swap turned from white to brown We had to wash all crockery before use and use paper towel to wipe as we could not risk using dirty kitchen cloths. Cushions were placed against the sliding door obstructing our views and aesthetics. We found the toilet was un-flushed after someone relieved themselves. Swimming pool was dirty and not serviced, we were woken up by unprofessional maintenance /pool guy who marched towards the pool without greeting. We asked Unathi why the pool was being serviced during our stay, she claimed the pool was not working due to dust. It was evident the pool was not backwashing. Most windows are not in working order, we could not close them after opening them, so had to sleep with open windows. Some windows including bathroom window in the master bedroom was damaged. Unathi came to the house after we called the office to inform them about the condition of the house. She wanted to intimidate us and demanded we inform her of all problem experienced. We told her we had already reported the matter to her office and expected solutions since she was at the house. she insisted we tell her what the issues were now that she was at the house. Our plans were delayed as we had to repeat everything explained to the call centre. The house was definitely not inspected prior to check in. Property advertised as Camps Bay whereas it is in Bakoven. Tendai and Unathi from Not Properties downplayed the matter when we asked them about it. We have since informed them we will be reporting it to the Avertising Regulatory Board.

Nedisua the housekeeper is very good and very professional .when we come back to the house every day everything was super clean . Big thanks to Nox team Abraham and unathi for their profesionalism . We had great time .thanks again we look forward to coming back Was ok . May be a hand rail on the stairs outside would be great

• Julia (10/5): A perfect place to complete our trip in Cape town. - Fantastic location just outside of camps bay but in easy walking distance in the day. Coffee shop across the road. Incredible sunset views from the terrace and of lions head and twelve apostles directly behind. Villa was perfectly equipped and rooms were huge and comfortable with 3 separate bathrooms. The Nox team were super friendly and helpful. Was a perfect base for our 3 days in Cape Town to end out 2 week SA trip! It’s a little noisy with the road below and traffic as it’s the main road in and out of bakoven and camp's bay.
