Guest Reviews
- kevinsN2642QE (4/5): Ok - Check in and check out easy. Stayed in Ty back was a cool court yard Room needs updating. Some what clean
I would stay again for. A cheap stay
- Kevin (4/5): - Didn't like. Could not lock door with the dead bolt from the outside. No instructions on how to use TV. No tissue paper in bathroom.
- Sylvia (8/5): - Very convenient location next to Hampton Beach Park. Staff was really nice.
The room was a bit outdated but clean in general.
- Victoria (2/5): - One bed had dry blood on box spring protector. Air conditioner falling spart. Not working fridge.
- Maria (10/5): - Nice
- Justin (8/5): - Great location
- Kathleen (10/5): - Great place
- junior (8/5): - 5 minutes walking to the beach
- Teaghan (8/5): - We only went for a short weekend. It really wasn’t that bad. We got there and 2 of the lights weren’t working so the man at the desk came and changed them. But there was some garbage under the bed. When we woke up in the morning we wanted to use the pool and we were told we had to pay an extra $15 to park there for the day even though we were paying to stay there. The pool was nice, most of the workers other then the older women at the front desk was nice. We will probably stay again if we go on short notice again.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Would not stay here again. The building I was in had like people living there. The towels were full of hair, and looked like what was to be blood in the bathroom. Do not recommend
- Tamara (6/5): - The property itself was fine. The issue is that at the time of booking no where did it state that there was a 1 car limit for 1 room. They charged us an additional $30. The pool could use a good cleaning. Overall it was not a bad stay. They just charge extra for every little thing
- Christie (10/5): - First time staying at flagship. Front desk woman was very friendly and super helpful. I didn’t have to drive all weekend. Everything was within walking distance. Loved sitting by the pool after a day at the beach. The room was immaculate upon entering. The AC cooled the room perfectly. Thanks.
- Eric (2/5): - This is a prime example for You pay for what you get. Theres is no parking so dont go with extra cars cause they will not accommodate you. You will have crack heads outside your door picking there scabs smoking at least 100 cigarettes within a hr. Room 113 smelled like musk. Asked for a refund they would not. The microwave is from 1947 so do not plan to bring food either. I left and went to the Sands Resort & wow what a difference.
- Kevin (2/5): - Do not stay here if you have a truck parking is a joke they rent out spots to beach goers and don't even have enough parking for there own guests my truck has 2 new dents and plenty of new scratches the staff was friendly we stayed 3 nights no room cleaning had to track down house cleaning to get towels hard to catch anyone in the office when I told them about the dents in my truck they said call the police and file a report they are not responsible for the dents
- Steven (10/5): - Very good I haven’t stayed at this place over 10 years much better this time very clean and friendly it’s nice that they renovated over the years I’ll definitely come back
- Christine (8/5): Clean! - Cleanest room I have ever seen with the exception of the carpet, which looks clean, but left my feet dirty and felt sticky. I am thinking it needs replacing.
This was not a quiet place, as people were outside their rooms both early and late and cared nothing about those trying to sleep. So you turn on the AC. The TV needed to be switched on by a wall switch. No notes to help, so I had no TV my first 2 nights.
- Charlene (8/5): - The stay here was ok. Friendly staff , nice pool area. The shower water pressure is awesome & great hot water . The AC’s could use updating ours was not clean had a musty odor. Worked great otherwise , the beds were comfortable .
- tacem (8/5): Affordable, Clean, and Quiet - The price is right and location is a 10 minute walk from the beach. The room we had was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It appeared that there had been some updates based on previous pictures. The woman working the desk was friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early for a fee and parked under the motel.
The negatives were minor. The TV didn't work (not a problem for us), the bath drain was really slow, and the plastic bench chair outside of the room was broken. The microwave looked very old (we didn't use). I wrote down the negatives and left in the room, so hopefully they will be addressed. This is not the Hilton...but it's extremely affordable and was available two weeks before our August visit. We hoped for clean and quiet and we got that.
- Karen (2/5): Old motel not worth half the price - No toiletries. Only hand soap. No hair dryer. Bed wasn't made. Too much light in RM. Was woken up At 12midnight to people talking with outside. A/c did t work well. Office wasn't open til 10 am for checkout..
- Al (8/5): - Great spot easy walk to beach and restaurants
- lisa (8/5): - No coffee maker . Not enough outside seating. Microwave was out dated
- TIFFANY (10/5): - Very much enjoyed the staff 💜 very clean
- Philip (10/5): - Room was nice...pool clean ...enjoyed our stay, thx!
- Francine (10/5): - It was nice
- SARAH (4/5): - Room was "clean" as compared to other reviews. However, they did have roaches as we found out at night. There is no courtyard as advertised, parking is horrible and check in was not friendly or inviting. Never would stay here and do not recommend.
- Allen (10/5): - It was great
- Jonathan (6/5): - The door to the bathroom was sticking on the floor
The door to the outside you could see through the gaps
The room was clean
Fire alarm missing with wires hanging down
For the price it was good if you can tolerate the doors
- Kelly M (6/5): - Everything was great for the value. We have been here before and travel with small children. In the past, we ate in the courtyard and let the kids play there. This time, it was full of cigarette smokers. It exacerbated my asthma, gave my sister headaches and we didn't want the kids around it. Please make the courtyard non-smoking.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Neighbors loud and not respectful for other.loud music
- Eileen (2/5): - We were very disappointed with the accommodation. In order to use the air conditioner i needed to climb up on a chair to get onto counter that needed I needed to stand on to reach the conditioner. The shower did not have any bars or shelves to put toiletries on or to balance yourself. Never located the lawn with chairs and grills for guests use. The pictures in the Expedia advertising were very deceiving. The second night (which was one the hottest day/nights of the month, so far, the air conditioner started banging making very loud rustling noises. turned it off and pulled out the plug. Called and informed no one is available after day shift, have to wait until the morning. I will never use Expedia again or recommend Expedia to other people.
- Juana (10/5): - Nice and clean place to stay
- Shelly (10/5): - Staff is very friendly. The rooms were clean and the property is well taken care of.
- Kathleen (4/5): - Cheap hotel. Dirty and falling apart. Get what you pay for.
- Destiny (10/5): - Very friendly staff!!
- Amy (8/5): - Book reservation online and asked for a ground floor room due to mobility issues and they made the accommodation
- Roberta (10/5): - Very accommodating, not a 5 star hotel but definitely a positive experience.
- Mickey (2/5): Rude woman at counter - Asked woman at front desk about parking for an additional vehicle, she said yes, $35, but 20 minutes later when my other vehicle arrived she told me sorry but you cant have 2 vehicles, and explained a parking lot that was over a mile away, then had to pay $70 to park it there, the woman behind the counter was very rude and unapologetic, i will never stay at flagship motor inn again
- Naomi (4/5): - The bathroom door did not shut the toilet felt like it was going to come off the floor and the doors weren’t very secure
- Shawna (6/5): - Room had old food under bed, that was visible when walking into it, trash in a draw. Bed was not very comfortable. Room was convenient to beach and attractions. Common areas outside were clean.
- Constance A (10/5): - Walk to beach, ,good parking. Quiet as near beach can be.. occaisonal noise but nothing continuous or invasive.
- Ronald (4/5): - It was very noisy after 1:00 am
- Yazmin (10/5): - Excellent and accommodating services
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The property was fine. The room had what we needed. But, we arrived 2 hours before check-in and the manager told us our room was ready but asked for $20 cash if we wanted access. I’ve never seen this before. We refused and went the beach leaving everything in our car instead. Also, we had no housekeeping service whatsoever for our Mon-Fri stay. I had to ask for toilet paper, fresh towels, garbage bags, soap.
- Christine (10/5): - Great place to stay- close to everything! Reasonable rates
- David and marlene (6/5): - Nothing special about the property. Old and needs updating.
- Verified traveler (2/5): No caring!! - An awful stay! Noisy, dirty!!
- marcel (4/5): - Needs updates and needs to be cleaned bettor
- Nicole (2/5): - I went to check in and got attitude from the lady at the front desk. She was telling me not to speak to her and that she was only talking to my boyfriend. Told me to stop talking she doesn’t want to hear me speak. Telling me she doesn’t want to let me in the room with the others I was with because I told her I have every right to speak. It was disgusting in the room there was black mold in our room. Complete waist of money I would have has a better experience the hotel over.
- Suzanna (10/5): - We liked the fact that the rooms were very clean. The bed blankets were very cute, although there was alot of stairs.
- Herbert (10/5): - clean and pool
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Black mold filled the air conditioner that was less then a foot away from the bed the cups were dirty the fridge was not plugged in the floors had your feet black within 3 minutes with no shoes. You pay 4 hundred a night for 2 adluts but can only park on car unless you park down the road and pay for parking so another 60 a day for parking.just terrible
- Jean (10/5): The Flagship.. - Well we arrived shortly after check-in time so we did have parking. The room was very clean considering. The sheets were fresh, the toilet n shower were clean. The refrigerator was clean and cold. Their were plenty towels. The room was walking distance to the casino. It was nice
- Deborah (6/5): - Property is old and in need of updated plumbing . Lack of cleaning the rooms and replacing towels.Convenient location to the beach and strip
- Kayla (2/5): - #1: put sign out twice for maid service. They were working on the room nextdoor when we left both times and both times, got no maid service. The excuse Head Desk gave was the maids don't speak english? We needed to ask Head Desk for towels.
#2: We had no shampoo or conditioner at all 1st day. Nothing on website said we needed to bring our own, when we asked Head Desk we were given used bottles and the day they gave it to us from a personal supply in a plastic glass because they had no more of the ones you could buy for 1$.
We were there for 5 days.
I also tripped on a loose tile outside and bruised my leg.
The shower was a little rusty.
We will not be coming back here again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Island goer - Pool area was in the parking lot, not very pretty or private. Grills and picnic tables for guests to use in the courtyard were nice and convenient. Pool should be in this courtyard area.
- Chad (4/5): Very disappointed - The pool looked disgusting, we had 3 rooms and the fridges in 2 of the rooms were very rusty, the trim was rotted around the doors, the carpet in 1 room was torn, 2 of the rooms had a horrible odor, the air conditioners in 2 of the rooms were falling apart, the electrical panels had no covers and we had to keep playing with a breaker in 1 room for the barhroom lights to work.
- Julie (8/5): - Honestly, the place was fine. Clean enough, was a quiet week actually (no loud drunk partiers) so again, it was good. No complaints...
- John (8/5): - The owner was very nice and helpful. She obviously cares very much about her customers. I'm very grateful to have found this place.
- Miranda (2/5): Not worth the cost - Listing does not mention there’s a one car parking rule per room. Will not make exceptions even though there is a lack of communication. Threatened to cancel reservation because I told them they needed to update their listing to mention parking restrictions. Management is very rude and unprofessional. Beds were very uncomfortable. Everything was unplugged. House keepers were very nice and accommodating!
- Lindsay (4/5): - Parking was terrible. Staff tried to get extra money at every avenue of the stay. They considered my 17 year old child an adult and wanted an extra $10 for him. They charged us extra money for the parking.
- Lyne (10/5): Très bien et propre - Motel très propre nous étions coté cour en bas très bien table à pick nik bbq les petites familles se fesait de la bouffe
Cuisinette très bien
À 2 coin de rue de la mer et des beach ware
J y retournerai
- Derrick (10/5): - Awesome place to lay your head, everyone’s friendly!
- Paulette (10/5): - It was great but no place to park if you come in after 5pm from the or etc. The office is closed so how can you get any help?
We were placed in third floor too high for I didn’t complain but next time I will want first floor @71 my legs just can’t do it
- Joshua (6/5): - It was very clean. The bed was very hard. Close to Bernies Beach Bar and the beach.
- Charlene (10/5): - We had a Awesome time.
- Mary (2/5): - Could not even get a place to park very noisy. The rug in the hotel was filthy. Just not kept the property at all. Definitely would not go back or recommend it.
- Karen (8/5): - To hard to park our truck. Way to tight!
- Chad (2/5): Rude Owner PLUS Hidden Fees! - While most hotels let you park for free until check in the flahship used this as their FIRST oppuritnty for hidden fees. Went from $15 to $10 to $5. My car had actually broken the night before so my 60+ retired Mother had to come with us making my trip from 2 people to 3 (other being an 8 yr old child) UH OH ANOTHER FEE! THIS OWNER WAS RUDE RUDE RUDEEEEEEE! Been coming up to Hampton for 30+ yrs...I will NEVER stay nor reccomend the Flagship to ANYONE! DONT STAY HERE! Dirty pool, uneven floors...ect.
- Sarah (6/5): - Room was clean other than one of the bed sheets.. I would stay here again though
- Cynthia (10/5): - Our stay at Flagship Motorcourt was great. It’s not the most modern hotel but our room was nice and worked for what we needed.
Bed was very firm in my opinion, as were the pillows. If we return I’d definitely bring pillows from home.
Fridge and kitchenette was a great option to have and allowed us to bring our own food and drinks.
Would stay again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - All was good, clean.....parking an issue, got charged for second car, cheaper if I parked public. Pool needs a cleaning n more chairs for peopl to sit, maybe umbrellas as eveyone was cramming in small spot of shade.
- Tamara (10/5): - The room was great! Lots of room and comfortable beds. Only downside was how bright the rooms were overnight from the outside lights.
- DINA (8/5): - Convenient to everything. Just is what it is. Not Fancy! The ceiling in the bathroom was cracking and pieces were falling. Tub took a few hours to drain after a shower.
But it was tidy enough and a place to sleep.
I did not love that they charged me cash to park because I was a few hours early before checkin even though there were spots open.
- Cathy (8/5): - Convenient to fishing pier and beach. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms
- Kimberly (6/5): - Door was very hard to open and close. There were dirty towels in our bathroom. We really arent picky, we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back
- Angela (10/5): - It was situated right in the middle of everything walking distance and the staff was very nice
- Rowena (10/5): - We liked it all
- Lorraine (2/5): - The window was broken. The bathroom light didn’t work. They changed the light @7. I was trying to get ready for dinner. Very rude
- Cristina (10/5): - Loved the pool and how close walking distance it was to the beach
- Danielle (4/5): - Parking was terrible for larger vehicles like our truck!!
- Charlotte (8/5): - Our room was quiet, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It’s clear this is an older building which has seen modest improvements. Our room had a fresh coat of paint and the towels and bed clothes had been recently purchased.
The woman at the front desk was kind enough to put us in an easily accessible room when she saw I had a boot on my left foot.
All in all we had a pleasant stay at Flagship Motor Court!
- Michelle (8/5): Very good - Check in was fast and easy, the pool looked nice but not very clean, rooms were very good size and it was pleasantly quiet at night!! Easy to walk to the main strip. The hot and cold water knobs were reversed in the sink which is in the room and not the bathroom. We'd return again bc the price was very good for a large comfortable and clean room
- Amber (8/5): - The room was a great size. The carpet should be removed entirely, it was stained and needed vacuuming under the beds. Pool color didnt look appealing.
- Michelle (6/5): You get what you pay for - The room itself was clean, but no hair dryer in room but went to front desk and gave me one to borrow. The check in was smooth and woman at desk was very helpful!
- Melissa (2/5): Poor - AC lights and all amenities were unplugged and not very user friendly. AC onced plugged in didnt work great never cooled room down, shades over windows were broken. One lamp was all their was for lights. Shower was very outdated. Hotel needs alot of repair.
- Kelly (8/5): - Should check microwaves and showers for cleanliness
- Susan (6/5): - Property was dated .. could use some upgrades .. beds were comfortable
- Sheila (10/5): - My room was clean and well maintained. The office staff is very helpful and friendly.
- Maria (2/5): - First they advertise three was pool that’s why I reserved this place
And then I go with my two daughters and I had to pay an extra 15 a day for an extra person
Went I rented a room with two queen size bed
Which they shouldn’t have charge because the pool was not in working order
I was upset and my two daughters
- Renato (8/5): - Good place
- Keila (10/5): Great place - Very clean and had a pleasant stay
- Yashira (4/5): - Poor keeping. Blinds broken, wall AC unit with broken exhaust. Bolt lock on door was painted over and unable to use. The only lock was the one on the knob but the door did not have a seal to the door frame. When closed and “locked” you could still see the light coming in.
TV on wall mount had to be slanted in order for plug to reach the wall outlets.
- Robert (8/5): More of a 3 season setup. - I’m grateful to find this room available on a random trip. I was tired of traveling and needed to sleep. The room was very clean but not well equipped for October temperatures. A sheet and one skinny blanket did little to keep me warm enough through the night. Otherwise, I had a terrific hot shower in the morning.
- angela (2/5): - We rented 2 rooms outside on the balcony other guests were smoking Marijuana not even 2 feet from my grandsons, cigarette smoking all night. Our door did not close completely and our window was cracked so it was freezing
- Iris (6/5): - A little too expensive for what you’re getting
- Verified traveler (2/5): Rude property manager - The bath tub wouldn’t drain, air conditioner wouldn’t work. The property manager said everything was fine. This was our Third year going to Hampton beach.
- 817pollyb (8/5): Best little place in town - The reviews we not the greatest but this little place was a good over all place. Hot showers plenty of pressure. Clean beds. Cleaned rooms. Nice cold ac.Pool area was clean and the owners are very kind people. I would stay again
- Verified traveler (6/5): Mold and musty - The room was located on the bottom floor which was nice. As soon as we opened the door you could smell the mold. The fridge had been unplugged and smelled of rotting food. The very old AC unit when turned on blew out mold as you could smell it. The front desk wasn't very pleasant to deal with at all. Other than the location which is a bit of a walk to the beach, this place is not good. We will not be returning.
- Belinda (6/5): - Easy check in and check out. Didn't go in the pool but it looked ok. If you happen to stay in room 208, tread very lightly while navigating to the kitchen area. The bedframe is rather close to the corner and we basically ran into it about 50 times. Our room was clean and smelled great upon entering. We had all the towels we needed. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Pillows were a bit flat but we made it work. Staff members we encountered were all friendly and offered to help with our bags. We felt safe and would recommend staying there. (Note: we only stayed one night)
- Catherine (10/5): - Perfect place for the price !!!
