• Anthony (5/5): I would never book at this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone. - There was no breakfast. Not even a cup of coffee Courteous staff. Stairs are horrible and unsafe. Railings are not in code. Stairs are not safe for anyone. Seniors should not book at this hotel because of safety of steps. This is three story building with no fire escape.

• Nicole (8/5): Great staff and more facilities than most - Location was a bit of a walk to the strip. Staff was wonderful! Pool was nice and cool! Jacuzzi was a bit cold. We had a jacuzzi suite on the second night (the first night we just had a regular room but used the small jacuzzi along side the office. The jetted tub…jets worked great but sadly, the water wasn’t hot. We waited hours hoping we’d get a chance to use it but sadly, the water never warmed up and I really like it hot hot! The price was around 250$ for one night. It is a beach town, so naturally prices are a bit high, but they are comparable to other hotels nearby with more facilities! Room was nice and clean. Air conditioners on the wall. Nice deck to sit and breathe in the ocean air. Been coming here since I was a teenager. So many fond memories of Hampton. 💕

No coffee or ice. We had to go to another hotel to get key for are room and return key to that other hotel a distance from booked hotel. Most hotels have discharge time at 11AM .We had to be out by 10AM

They wouldn't come in and clean it!! I asked 4 times The bathroom had broken handrail. Towels had black stains on it. I was really disappointed. Most places with come in everyday and clean. The room was not clean when we got there from previous people.and it was supposed to be clean I really wonder if they changed the sheets!!! And no parking!! And Other guess told us they had cock roaches and spiders. !! And the pool we asked to usr it , they didn't vacuum it. They said oh its not dirty I was!!!! I will never stay again!!

Narrow Stairs are tough climbing up to 3 floors with heavy luggage. Have stayed there at least 5 times over the years. Good value.

After speaking to them the first night and nothing changing I asked to move rooms and was told that couldn’t be arranged. After the second night I decided to cancel the rest of the vacation and we went home Neighbors and unwillingness of the staff to move my room. There was rappers behind the night stand and food under the bed from a previous stay

• Melanie (10/5): Quick beach trip - The place was great, everyone slept comfortable. Fluffy towels, nice linens. Location was great, 5 min walk to the beach with good restaurants close by. The waves were huge with the hurricane off the coast so it was nice to have the pool as an option too.

It smelled so good when we first opened our door. I don't think I'll ever forget it! It was a nice, nice place to stay, and i think we'd definitely stay here again.

• Nataly (2/5): - The hotel was absolutely unfit for any accommodation for overnight stay and felt life a biohazard. The cupboards were dirty with many dead bugs and dust inside. The bathroom smelled of chemicals and mold, and the smell was so overwhelming that it caused allergies and breathing problems. The smell of other substances are also present and the ceilings were covered with dust and painted in patches. Beyond disappointed at the price too, the price felt like a bait and switch where it costs so much you’re thinking you’re getting value but instead it’s a total sham which is unfit for any traveler.

Les vénitiennes qui cachent les fenêtres sont très mals ajustées et de l'extérieur on peut facilement voir à l'intérieur des chambres. Nous avons accroché des serviettes dans les fenêtres pour corriger ce problème.

Chambre avec mini frigo et micro ondes Pièce avec glace , grille pain, café... BBQ à la piscine. Lits confortables. Piscine et autour = très propre Jacuzzi: chaud et avec vapeur. Moins inspirant. Manque parfois d'eau chaude dans la douche. Il est permis de fumer sur les balcons et j'ai trouvé cela dérangeant. Plusieurs personnes y fumaient du pot dont certaines constamment. L'odeur venait dans notre chambre. Avec les + et les - , j'y retournerais volontiers.

• Mrs. Jennifer Rodriguez (5/5): Septic Smell - I liked the beds. I liked that they had an area where you could help yourself to coffee. It was a clean room I kept smelling a septic smell or backed up pipes ... Something. Ohh it was awful, the smell of shit. I had to check the bathroom to make sure nothing was backed up and coming out of the pipes in the tub or the toilet.. this was the 2nd time I stayed here .. the first time I never smelled anything and NO it wasn't the marsh water behind us.

Found some food between the beds behind the nightstand. Bathroom was not good. Toilet didn't flush well. Not very clean. Parking was tough. Not enough spaces for the amount of rooms. Hot tub and pool were okay. Sorry to be so negative, but sometimes the truth hurts. One positive: very good location. Will not return though.
