- David (6/5): So so ... - The building is becoming rather dated now and the rooms and corridors are in need of refurbishment. The bathroom especially could do with modernisation. Breakfast is a bit ordinary too. However, there are three excellent restaurants sharing the parking area. The steak house is the best, although, a bit on thr expensive side.
- Alex (8/5): Post soviet inspired simple academic stay - Simple post soviet style inspired student or professor type accommodation. You have everything you need, the University is in a walkable distance. Food options are available as well. The stuff is nice.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - My Korean fellows. Do not choose this hotel. Reception service was terrible. I had two rooms for my family. Keys of the room door looks like broken. Front service (wo)man had strong streotype on East Asians. Koreans don't go there.

- Verified traveler (8/5): В общем, нормально - Персонал вежливый и приветливый. Заезд/выезд на отлично, никаких проблем. Номера нормальные, но санузел... маленький, старый, неудобный. Нет кондиционера, нет фена. Завтрак вполне нормальный, кроме кофе. Кофе никакой. В общем для деловой поездки на несколько дней вполне подходит, если у вас не завышенные потребности, а тем более если вам нужен этот район. Но для отпуска или романтической поездки , по-моему нет. Да, WiFi —это нечто! В комнатах он просто отсутствует почти что полностью, пока не купили местную симку, приходилось выходить в холл или коридор, чтобы отправить или получить сообщение. P.S. Да, и мне достался номер эконом (поздно заказали, прямо перед поездкой), возможно в номерах другого класса всё по-другому.
- Alexander (6/5): The only hotel near the Moscow State University - I stayed there many times. Rooms definitely require substantial renovation. The only improvement compared to mid-2016 is WI-FI, which is now fast (Russia has one of the fastest and cheapest internet in the world, and one can now enjoy this fact in this hotel as well).
- Alexander (6/5): Short stay near Moscow State University - My son is a student at Moscow State University and this hotel is located 3 minutes walk from his dorms. It was very convenient for me to spend a night there since I wanted to be near my son. The hotel is OK. Not much improvement since my last stay there in September 2016, except for one: their WI-FI worked perfectly fast and was stable this time.

- Javier (6/5): Practical hotel - Practical hotel, not the best and it is about 30 minutes to city centre or so, but it is not to expensive with an acceptable buffet breakfast. In my opinion, the hotel needs a deep refurbishing, but the room is big and good views to the University, one of the most beautiful buildings within Moscow.

- Alexander (4/5): Close to Moscow State University, but very bad - I came to Moscow with my son who got admitted to the Moscow State University. It was important for us to stay close to the university. However, the hotel facilities are very bad. Everything is old and needs to be substantially renovated. In addition, their WI-FI simply does not work.
- Tsukasa (6/5): 大学に近い便利なホテル - フロントの女性はあまり英語を話すことができない。 しかし、何とか状況を理解するように努めてはくれる。 ビュッフェ式の朝食はレパートリーこそ少ないが原則美味。好みのものを選ぼう。 6階の改修済みの部屋だったが、初日は水道から汚れた泥水が出てきた。 ホテルに隣接するロシア料理屋はとても良い。
- Niko (6/5): Preis und Lage machen vieles wett - Die Begrüßung war sehr Freundlich. Der Schlafbereich ist ok, sauber und angenehm groß. Das Bad ist sehr klein und nicht wirklich hygienisch, was Preis und Lage in jedem Fall wieder wettmachen. Bis zur nächsten Metrostation sind es 10 min. mit dem Bus und 30 min. zu Fuß und von dort aus fährt man nur 5 Stationen bis zum roten Platz. Die Zimmer werden täglich sauber gemacht und frische Handtücher gebracht. Beim Frühstücksbufett ist für jeden was dabei, von Rührei und Speck, über Käsekuchen, bis zu Brot, Salami, Käse, Marmelade, Grieß / Buchweizenbrei, 2 verschiedene täglich wechselnde Säfte und Kaffee nach Wahl aus einem Vollautomaten. Für mich eine der schönsten und sehenswertesten Hauptstädte in Europa.
- Martin (6/5): - The hotel is apparently used by pilgrims who visit Russian religious sites - there are icons on every floor. My room was fine but I booked a double room for single use; my colleagues who had booked single rooms all felt that their rooms were too small. Everything else about the hotel was satisfactory - not good not bad (except the wi-fi was almost non-existent in my room).

- Verified traveler (6/5): Reasonable and bearable - I chose this hotel for attending the conference held at Moscow State University in summer 2015. The hotel is located close to the University and a small supermarket, 20-30 minute walk or 5-10 minute bus-ride from the nearby station (depending on the traffic). So the location is good for activities at the University. I booked an air-conditioned room which is tiny but renovated, clean, and quiet. The room rate (buffet breakfast included) is fairly reasonable compared to other more expensive hotels in the city center. The problem is inconsistent room service; they sometimes forget to make a bed, replace towels, supply body soap/shampoo, or clean the toilet during the week of my stay. Buffet breakfast and other restaurant food are bearable, similar to the lunch served at the University cafeteria. I guess this is a Russian standard.

Всё в худших совковых традициях. Сидят администраторы везде. Противно. Обходите за версту. За те же деньги можно жить в Холидэй Инне.
