• 淑慧 (8/5): - 我不喜歡3樓311房間，還有310房間，因為他在2樓餐廳的正上方，每天清晨4:30就會被吵醒，後來換到405的房間，整個很安靜很舒服，不會在清晨被吵醒了。 我覺得飯店應該要改善311和310房間與2樓餐廳之間的聲音，太吵了。
• 淑慧 (4/5): 整體上還不錯。 - 飯店人員很親切有禮貌，有問題問立即解決。 此次我住的房間位置是311，它剛好在2樓餐廳的正上方，清晨4:30開始到10點左右，都會有2樓工作的聲音穿搭到3樓房間，那個聲音像有人在走動，還有清掃整理房間的聲音。

• ??? (2/5): - 今回大人2名でセミダブルを予約をして、赤ちゃんも一緒に宿泊しようとしたら、人数オーバーでもう一部屋とらないと泊まれないと言われました。 生後5ヶ月の赤ちゃんが人数オーバーで同じ部屋に泊まれないとか本当にあり得ないと思いました。 添い寝で大丈夫なのですから、対応して欲しがったです。 結局、違うホテルに変えました。

• Verified traveler (8/5): Cozy and reasonably priced - The property is located in a convenient location with lots of dining options. There is busy night life in the neighbourhood which may feel dodgy to walk solo at night but Japan is a very safe country as a whole. Rooms are small but clean. We booked separate rooms for each of us and the prices were very reasonable. The rooms were newly refurbished and very clean. Staff was courteous and helpful. Public parking was available within a short walk. All in all, a comfortable quick stop on a road trip.

• Sio Wai (8/5): - 因為參加長岡花火大會而來的，訂房時間太遲，可以選的酒店不多，就選了距離JR站較近的這家酒店。我們自駕前來，泊車只能泊對面停車場，一晚¥1700，房間就是正常的日本商務旅館規格，小小的，但住一晚就還可以接受。

• Mitsugu (10/5): - Very convenient location, across the street from the train station. Lots of great restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and speak enough English to be able to communicate effectively. They helped me complete a shipping paperwork to ship one of our larger suitcase to another hotel in Yokohama. The rooms are standard size for business hotel, but certainly small compared to hotels in USA. That said, comfortable and clean rooms. This is our 5th time staying here and will stay again in the future.
