Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich und die Reinigung perfekt. Ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön an Nomvuyo !!! Das Appartement ist in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. Auch die Elektrik ist nicht auf dem neuesten Stand. Mehrmals täglich sind mehrere Sicherungen herausgesprungen.

• Charlotte (8/5): Very good - The view from this suite is amazing! It’s a great sized apartment for just 1 bedroom. Great location too and felt safe and secure. We even saw whales from the balcony one day!! Our only constructive feedback was that the bed isn’t very comfortable and the aircon in the bedroom is very loud.

• Saahil (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was perfect - great size with lovely views of the sea, a great balcony with a mini pool, and a 5 minute walk down to the beach and restaurants. Massive bonus to also have a washing machine and dryer available to use. The service was exceptional, especially our housekeeper who went above and beyond in keeping the place clean (and even dealing with laundry without us asking!)
• Holger (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Camps Bay - The view is breathtaking, and the property is conveniently close to the beach and restaurants. Despite its central location, it is remarkably quiet. I always felt very safe during my stay. A lovely housecleaner came every day except Sunday, and a housekeeper was present daily to maintain the pool and other areas. It felt almost like staying in a good hotel. I’d love to come back! The mattress is quite firm and surely perfect for people who sleep on their backs. For those who sleep on their sides, it might feel a bit uncomfortable. However, this is a very subjective impression. With slight adjustments it’s even comfortable for people who sleep on their sides.
• Sonya (7/5): An apartment with excellent amenities and location, yet subpar customer service and lack of effective communication over - • Lovely Accommodation: The apartment was charming, featuring spectacular views and being well-equipped. The kitchen had most essentials, and the inclusion of a washer and dryer was particularly convenient. The private plunge pool and outdoor dining area added to the overall appeal. Negatives:• Poor Communication: Despite informing the accommodation via Booking.com’s chat about my delayed arrival due to a rescheduled flight, I arrived on Christmas Eve to find no one there to meet me. I waited outside for nearly two hours, during which I repeatedly contacted them through Booking.com and by phone. Each time, I was assured someone would arrive shortly (, but no one did. The driver, also booked through Booking.com, waited for almost an hour, missing one of his pick ups, because he did not feel it was safe to leave me outside with my luggage looking like a Target. however, eventually he had to leave, as I stood out there with my luggage. This experience was distressing, especially as I was alone with my luggage as night fell. • Lack of Follow-Up: The agent who eventually checked me in was helpful and mentioned he hadn’t been informed of my delayed arrival. I requested that someone from the office contact me regarding the ordeal, but no one did. As a marketing professor specializing in customer service, I found the lack of follow-up and compensation—be it a refund for the missed day, a gesture like a bottle of wine, or even an apology—unacceptable, especially considering I had a subsequent 11-day booking with them totaling nearly $4,000. • Inadequate Support for Luggage Storage: Upon checking out, I inquired about storing my luggage before moving to another property managed by the same company (Nox). I was offered a late checkout until noon and told I could store my luggage at their office for two hours, but there was no place for me to wait. Additionally, I was informed there was no storage or waiting area at the new property. It was only through the proactive assistance of the check-in agent and the cleaner that I discovered there was indeed storage and a waiting area at the new location.

• Jonathan (1/5): Ruined our holiday in camps bay. - The view Dirty not cleaned properly or maintained. Pool was a health hazard- not clean but green. Mould on curtains in bedroom, broken tiles in bathroom and kitchen and toilet leaked. This property is advertised as luxury.
• Evgeniya (9/5): Perfect place but watch out the stairs - Sooo our first appartment in South Africa. Perfect location: 5 minutes down the road to the Camps Bay beach and all the restaurants and bars. Very spacious and clean with lots of plates and kitchen stuff. Cozy living room and comfortable bed. Clean bed sheets. Amazing view and no noises from neighbours. We did bbq on the terrace watching the sunset. That was ultracool. You can also enjoy the Table mountain with all the clouds coming down and up. When you travel winter&spring you will feel cold in shower, so take time to warm the bathroom with hot water. The Stair down to appartment is VERY steep. Very. If you cary large bag you need to be very careful not to damage your legs. Definitely don't recommend for elderly people.
• Chloe (9/5): Beautiful stay in a perfect location - A really lovely apartment in a perfect location in camps bay. We loved being able to walk just 5 mins down the road to the beachfront and restaurants. The view out on the terrace was stunning, and the apartment is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for self catering. The bed was very comfortable and everything was lovely and clean and tidy. The WiFi wasn’t the best and the plunge pool was far too cold for us to be able to use

• Nikki (10/5): We absolutely love Cape Town and being able to stay in such a central property in camps bay very reasonably priced is am - The views were amazing and the location is literally 5 mins walk from the front of campsite bay beach . It’s safe to walk day and night to and from this apartment . It’s owned by a lovely couple whose house is just above and who are very knowledgable about Cape Town. Would 100 per cent recommend this apartment for a couple wanting to stay in Camps Bay. They even have UK adapters in the aprtment. There is nothing not to like apart from if you are a little unsteady on your feet there are steep steps down from the road . But other than that it’s faultless.

• Ian (8/5): Superb location for exploring Camps Bay and surrounding Cape - The location of this apartment is superb. You have an ocean view without a road in front of you like many of the other apartments in the area. Stunning views of Seven Sisters and the bay. Perfect for a couple. Needed better bedding like a duvet. With the aircon on, just a sheet and blanket not ideal. You'll need to be OK with stairs as there a lot of steep ones to get down to the apartment, but it's worth it

• Henry (9/5): A pleasant surprise. Great location and comfortable accommodation - A great self catering unit with a well equipped Kitchen. The suite was beautifully presented and very clean. It was in short walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Steep stairs to the apartment. Load-shedding, which obviously is of no fault of the owners.

• Yael (10/5): perfect for a 4 nights stay for couples - Beautiful terrace with amazing view, property is well maintained and house keeping was included on our stay which wasn’t obvious for us, as usually house keeping is a standard in hotels. Siphokazi was one of our hosts and she was lovely, overall staff were friendly and helpful, we enjoyed every second Everything was perfect
