- Ashleigh (7/5): Great apartment. - Location is fabulous! Just a short walk down to the promenade. The apartment has everything you need, and bonus points for the pool. Not so much the property, but the Nox team who managed the apartment were the reason for a 7 score, not a 9. I followed up for 3 days to get the pool cleaner fixed (the pool was filthy when we arrived). They told me countless times the cleaner was fixed (it wasn’t), it finally got sorted on the last day of our stay. We couldn’t use the pool for the first 3 days of our trip. We also asked for a second set of keys (which they kept telling us they had dropped but hadn’t) and again, that didn’t get sorted until the last day after 3 days of countless follow ups.

- Melissa (4/5): Perfect location, Great staff but not well kept. - The location was beautiful. Had ocean views. The main reason we chose it. The place was fully stocked with cutlery and crockery. Accommodated for extra plugs. The staff did an amazing handover. The place needs a deep clean. The blinds,, sliding doors, windows, and parts of the kitchen were extremely dirty. The couch was broken. We paid a security deposit but the place in itself needs maintenance. The fact that it's an old unit did not bother us. But poor upkeep of the place for sure. The bedsheets had hair strands inside. Our towel had holes.
- Shahad (8/5): - Everthing was comfortable and clean, and they were very responsive, the location was amazing, and the availability of car parking was an excellent point Very small apartment, and the check in was not smooth as i was waiting for them and no one showed up except the housekeeper, and i had to wait for an hour, and the view is not clear on the beach , but overall we enjoyed the stay and their instructions were so clear and they responded on what’sapp so quickly

Even when there was loadshedding, it would not affect using the TV, lights and wifi. Also the place gets cleaned up everyday which is good. The host would take time on responding especially when we arrived to pick up the keys. Also when we awaited for some time to get the extra keys. The place was not ready buy 2pm as that is the check-in time. We had to wait for a few minutes. It was not a huge issue but could do better.

The fridge keeps defrosting and had to constantly clean the melted water from the fridge Lights switch kept tripping however the got sort out during our stay.Communication skills need to improve.

- Christophe (8/5): Perfect situation but no intimity with friends - Amazing view, with a wonderful terrace. The apartment was modern and clean. The bathroom in the two beds room is with glass wall on the living room. Everybody can see your shadow when you are on toilet and have your shower. And the wall between the two beds and the bathroom of the main bedroom is open with glass at the top. So the light pass. And during the first loadshedding we didn't had emergency light.

Compared to other accommodation Ive stayed in in Bantry Bay this one is of a poor standard. Found hair in the bathroom. Blanket had yellow spots on it. When we arrived we were told to pay R750 for insurance which has never been asked before when booking with booking.com. I called booking.com who said it wasn't their policy.

- Shirley (4/5): very disappointed in the unit. - Good location and good outside deck and pool area. Lack of privacy, glass doors from bedroom frosted but disconcerting. Sound carries through from the main bathroom to 2nd bedroom. Main bedroom is very small and sharp wood bed angles constantly bumped into. Not a full set of crockery and glasses and the fridge doesn’t close properly.
