• George (10/5): Welcoming staff, spacious room layout, good restaurant, basically overall excellent hotel! - I had such a great experience at Zenheria Hotel, mostly thanks to the people there. Right from the jump, the front desk team was so welcoming, and I really appreciated how understanding David the GM was with everything. The service kept getting better at the restaurant too, Dennis was our waiter and he was honestly wonderful, just so attentive and kind. What really sold me though was the room itself. It was excellent and so much bigger than I expected, with the bedroom being completely separate from the living room, which made it feel way more comfortable and private. It’s rare to find a place where both the staff and the layout are this good, so I’ll definitely be back. The TV could be revamped and they should consider adding a baby chair at the restaurant but those are very minor things though, good place overall.

And the hotel was very clean and rooms were in excellent order. Me and my colleagues were very happy. And will definitely be going back again Only down points is breakfast was not to my liking but that’s personal preference and I guess uk eats different things compared to Kenya But still have enough get by

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. we will formally report this case to the Kenya Tourism Regulatory Authority (TRA) also to Booking.com We have clear photo and video evidence of cockroach infestation, severe hygiene failures, broken bathroom facilities, dirty windows, mosquito problems, and unacceptable room conditions. Everything is documented. This hotel is dirty, poorly maintained, and completely unacceptable. There were cockroaches in the room and even in the breakfast area near the toaster. The rooms smelled strongly of dampness, the windows were extremely dirty, mosquitoes were everywhere, towels were missing, and basic cleanliness was clearly neglected. Several things were broken, including toilet seats, and no proper action was taken. The staff were not helpful, and the overall service was poor and unfriendly. I would strongly warn anyone against staying here. This hotel does not meet even basic hygiene and maintenance standards. Please do yourself a favor and do not book this place.

Also the room has a kitchenette, which may be ideal for long stays, or for people with special meal preferences. Booking.com billed my card, which seemingly was not the expectation of the hotel. It was especially helpful as I was in town for my NCLEX examination. The staff were exceptionally professional, welcoming, and attentive, creating a calm and supportive environment. The property’s location is excellent — within walking distance to person VuE testing center and centrally located with access to numerous services, restaurants, and banks. It is also conveniently close to Sarit Mall, one of the largest malls in the city. Security was reliable, and I felt safe at all times. I highly recommend this property, particularly for professionals or students visiting for exams.

A special mention goes to the bartender, Wycliff, who truly stood out with his professionalism, friendliness, and outstanding service. • Kanter (8/5): Will definitely visit again - Loved the friendly staff and the swimming pool. Staff are always willing to assist and makes up for any inconvenience. Location was perfect and near a great shopping mall. The building needs a lot of attention, my toilet continued to run throughout and made a constant noise, my shower leaked water all over the floor and my lounge aircon did not work at all. Breakfast was nice, but limited in choice.
• Sadie (10/5): - The hotel has everything you need, a little gym, a pool and breakfast. My room was clean and spacious. Lovely reception and extremely attentive staff. Big shoutout to Wycliffe for the amazing service and Eliud for helping me with attractions and trips. The location is grate, everything in manageable distance. Would definitely recommend! -

• svenb258 (8/5): Very good value for money - just organize your own arport tranfer with an Uber - This Hotel is definetly worth to be recommended. The rooms may not be the most modern ones, but it is clean, the staff is very friendly and the common areas and pool are great. Most of all: Fantastic location, and the showers have proper pressure and the water is hot - what more do you want. I would suggest that you organize your airport transfer with an Uber if you have the chance - much cheaper than the 40 USD if the hotel organizes it.

The service was excellent, and Wicliff our waiter truly stood out—friendly, attentive, and professional throughout. He made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Highly recommended for great hospitality and a comfortable stay.
• Grace (8/5): Lovely stay! - Location is near Sarit The rooms have good blackout curtains and we also loved the food. Staff are very pleasant, proffesional and helpful. There is good AC The bathroom and toilets are a bit dated and yellowish... but the cleaners kept them clean
