Verified traveler (8/5): 被遺忘的珍珠 - 棲蘭山莊是一個私房景點和親近大自然絕佳景點。大自然環境清幽，鳥叫蟲鳴處處可聞，位處蘭陽溪河谷，放眼河谷氣勢磅薄，找一處大樹下，靜坐迎著河谷吹來的清風，展書閱讀，怡然自得，夫復何求！山莊已經完成整修，住宿條件提升許多，還會計畫前往渡假一週。
Chris (4/5): - 當天洗澡就發現沒有三合一沐浴乳,一催再催一直到我受不了要求自行去取時才立馬送來, 房務人員也不夠專業, 一進門問我進房要脫鞋嗎? 林間小屋整個屋頂都是蜘蛛網,燈光也不是很亮,燈泡壞了也沒有在補的,房價根本不符合水準

Verified traveler (6/5): 設備和餐廳達不到收費水平 - 相比十年前，木屋的建材已經更新，雖然是簡約的汰換，但是墻壁是乾净的木材，浴厠也是乾净的瓷磚，床鋪的支撐也讓我們睡得不錯。不過，餐廳的早晚餐只是一般大鍋菜，也許從神木園下來能有乾净的山莊可以就近歇脚療飢，就不能抱怨設備和餐飲達不到收費的水平。不過就是因爲收費讓我無法給高評分。
Liyu (8/5): - 訂了4人房，實際入住可住8人的小木屋，寬敞度很棒；小木屋會有一股潮濕的霉味，算是一點小扣分；浴室只能淋浴，蓮蓬頭的水流量太小，而且每個人洗澡要間隔10~15分鐘(等它加熱水)，稍稍有點不太方便；住宿只附隔天的早餐，餐廳的晚餐費用稍貴，建議不想額外花錢的人可以自行帶泡麵去；入住的人建議可提早跟櫃台報名神木之旅(神木區是管制區，只能搭園區交通車)，值得一去
Pei-Ju (10/5): - 因為同行人數多，分了兩個網站才訂足需要的房型。然而飯店前台的服務人員竟然主動安排相鄰的房間給我們，服務相當貼心！咖啡廳假日有戶外現場演奏，氣氛極好！因為入住小孩多，蠻擔心木地板走路的聲音及玩鬧的聲音吵到隔壁，但實際上房間的隔音效果相當不錯！夜晚風雨不小，但房內也完全聽不到睡得很安穩。餐廳在園區的獨立建築，在山林中用餐別有一番風味，豐富的清粥小菜，連小孩都大讚好吃！

Verified traveler (8/5): 服務很好 - 訂不到太平山莊時的好選擇！因為比較晚入住被升等到閣樓套房，空間很大，但也許是比較潮濕，很多傢俱跟木製品看起來很舊，雖然櫃檯跟我們說泡湯只剩下女生名額可以預約，但到了溫泉館，接待人員讓我先生使用男湯非常感謝，服務非常好！

wunan (6/5): 極需加強改善的住宿環境，解決人力短缺問題 - 住宿的環境好山好水很舒服。只是飯店本身有些老舊欠缺維護，飯店的人力明顯不足，每位員工都呈現一種過勞的狀態。飯店提供的早餐極需加強改善。連住兩天都是同樣的菜色，而且只有少數幾項，選擇性太少。應該能提供當地特色的餐點，或是符合節令氣候的食物，來增加顧客再次回流的意願。畢竟好吃的食物也是旅行中重要的回憶，館方應加強改善。

Bigwood (4/5): - 我們有一個房間是抵達前兩天訂的, 但是現場在櫃台約20+分鐘找不到check-in訂位資訊。查了兩台電腦後, 終於有check-in資訊後<房型>也不對。換到正確房型後，小木屋漏水, 還請客人自己回櫃台換房間鑰匙（因為人手不足）；經堅持後來了一位服務有禮貌的工作人員，但是連續兩間小木屋進水，第三間有很濃的煙味；最後換到第四間小木屋終於能好好休息。如果要跟國際的平台接軌, 看來有很多空間可以進步。

Ching Yee (8/5): Worth to stay - Cozy and comfortable. Service is good. However, the transport is inconvenient. The hotel should provide transport to the YiLan train station as only public transport once a day. And there should be triple rooms provided as we four people can only stay in a four people room.
