Simelane (6/5): Fair experience - The hotel was good, very clean rooms and staff was quite friendly. It is a good place for a short stay. It is within a walking distance to fast food places. The hotel is next to a very busy road so the noise was quite unpleasant through the night.

Jonah (1/5): This Hotel is one of the worst. - This hotel portrayed online to be neat, clean. My hotel door would not close properly, the restroom was not properly clean. The overall Hotel did not look anything like the pictures and ratings online. Infact I checked out of this Hotel and went to find another nice Hotel to stay for the rest of my time in Zimbabwe. This Hotel is horrible I would never recommend nor will I ever stay at this hotel.

Mabel (6/5): It was pleasant. - I loved the location & cleanliness of the room. The staff wasn't bad,on average I would give them a 5 out of 10. They can do better though. I was a bit skeptical about the security, due to an incident I happened to bump into as I walked past reception going to my room. I heard a guest complaining to reception,that, the staff member had allocated the guest to a room that was already occupied. Apparently,the,guest only realized that after accessing the allocated room. So he & his woman,had come back to reception to be allocated to a vacant room, as he made these remarks,asking how the staff member would do such a thing. I felt very uncomfortable about that,but I did not comment.

Room for improvement here and there - I never had breakfast at the hotel but that's a good place to be especially for the first timers like us The rooms needs a revamp, the taps and the rail in the bathroom have rusted they need to be cleaned with a chemico liquid. I can even take them step by step on how to get them sparkling clean again. Side tables are still beautiful and usable they just need to be repainted and hanger rail can use some paint.

Major issue was some of our party had electronic goods damaged in one room when plugging into a socket. Other rooms were fine. Well gated secure facilities but very busy area, especially in weekends but limited food options in close proximity.

They were able to connect to their destination as well as reconnect with their return journey back to Bulawayo. They said there was no breakfast available from N1, but were able to get their meals from the food court downstairs on the premises Nothing. The hotel staff attended quickly to every need they had, including moving them to a different room when they were not happy about the door security in the booked room
