• Markéta (8/5): Mariánské lázně 😊 - Hotel na kopci, v docházkové vzdálenosti od centra i od nádraží, probíhá rekonstrukce pokojů, ale pobyt to nijak nenarušuje. Pokoj vybavený, povlečení čisté, postel pohodlná, denní úklid. Koberce by potřebovaly vyměnit. Snídaně dostačující, průběžně doplňované, personál na snídani milý, ochotný, recepční nebyly tak přívětivé.

• Olga (9/5): Good - The hotel is in good location, not too far of a walking distance to the city centre, next to beautiful park. The hotel has outside patio and garden. The room was big with mini bar, breakfast was very nice, coffee available for additional payment. The hotel is dog friendly. In the room description it was saying that room would age a fan, there wasn’t one. Rooms on the first floor don’t have AC. Parking is available, but a bit pricy, over 300 czk per night. No water bowl available for dog in the room, even though the dog can be accommodated at additional fee. The windows are not very well noise cancelling. Around 11pm there was bus at parking load beeping annoyingly, not allowing to sleep

• Alan (7/5): Given the choices, I won't be coming back here. - Well located for our needs and in a very quiet area above the main street. The balcony was nice and we had a nice view of the beautiful city. The hotel wanted to charge us 15€ per day for parking. The website says 8,50€, but the reception said that was out of date. One can park on the street for less money and we found a free place to park. The breakfast buffet was ample but the quality was not very high, especially for a so-called spa hotel. Don't expect any of the famous spa baths here, they don't have any and our tour of the their facilities did not encourage us to sign up for anything. The beds were soft and they don't have queen beds, just two twin beds pushed together. This was not very comfortable for a couple to sleep on.

• Feller (3/5): Einmal und nie wieder - Frühstück sehr gut, Speisesaal ordentlich und sauber Sauberkeit im gesamten Haus lässt zu wünschen übrig, schmutzige und fleckige Auslegeware Ausstattung in den Zimmern abgenutzt und Schmutz in den Schubladen, Fenster schmutzig sehr kleine Badewanne und für ältere zu hoch Kühlschrank nur gegen 4,20€ pro Nacht (gehört eigentlich bei einem 4* Hotel dazu) Zimmer angeblich mit Stadtblick, Zimmer 301 dunkel mit Blick auf eine Mauer und zum gegenüberliegenden Fenster hoteleigener Parkplatz viel zu teuer Sauna extra 16€ für eine Stunde für uns kein 4* Spa Hotel Wir waren schon oft in in Karlsbad und Franzensbad, aber so enttäuscht waren wir noch nie!

• Natalia (7/5): Gutes Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt - Das Hotelzimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles war sehr sauber, und da wir eh die ganz unterwegs waren hat uns das nicht wirklich gestört. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und alles war frisch, also das war wirklich super. Der Speisesaal ist renoviert und sieht sehr einladend aus. Personal an der Rezeption war super freundlich. Als Wellnesshotel würde ich es nicht empfehlen aber wer viel unterwegs ist, ist das Hotel super geeignet. Abendessen haben wir nicht gebucht deshalb kann ich nichts dazu sagen. Bei dem Preisleistungsverhältnis ist dies Hotel empfehlenswert. Die Sauna ist meines Erachtens nicht empfehlenswert, ist wirklich sehr klein da passen gerade mal zwei Leute rein, im Ruheraum gibt es keine Möglichkeit sich hinzulegen, das ist ein riesen Nachteil, und der Preis mit 16 Euro die Stunde ist für so eine unkomfortable Sauna überteuert.

• Jens Pohl (10/5): - Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Nettes Personal und komfortable Zimmer. Das Frühstück war reichlich und lecker. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum war sehr aufmerksam und stets bemüht. Auch das Personal im Spa Bereich ist positiv zu erwähnen. Sie leisten sehr gute und professionelle Arbeit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Totel Devin Team !

Parking was mentioned amongst the facilities the hotel offers but not a word was mentioned about how ridiculously expensive it is The man at the reception on 20.2 was unfriendly, unpleasant and unprofessional. I suspect i was charged excessively for parking. 700kc for two nights on a weekend.

• Christine (6/5): Hotel in guter Lage - Super Lage, tolles Frühstück mit sehr großer Auswahl. Neu renovierter schöner Früstücksraum. Wir hatten die günstige Zimmer Variante, es war OK und sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist leider sehr langsam, ungewöhnlich für ein großes Hotel. Der Check in war Zeit aufwendig.

S ohledem na probíhající stavební práce považuji za naprosto nepochopitelné inkasovat 100Kč/den za parkování. Navíc s bonusem, že nezaparkujete. Lépe parkovat v parkovacím domě a projít se. Parkování v parkovacím domě vyřídí recepce, 200Kč/den.

Uns wurde unbekannter Weise,eine Aufbettungsgebühr in Höhe von 160Euro auferlegt,leider haben wir das nicht gewusst,habe mich bereits mit booking aufgrund der Unanehmlichkeiten in Verbindung gesetzt,ich hoffe das zur positiv Klärung kommt und wir das Geld wiederbekommen. Die Zimmer waren leider nicht auf den modernen Stand,so wie sie auf der Webseite dargestellt werden,eher wie Mitte Ende der 90iger Jahre.

• Renča (7/5): - Líbila se nám lokalita blízko centra města, výborná snídaně Byli jsme na prodloužený víkend v říjnu, na našem pokoji velmi rušivě hučelo topení - rozvody ve zdi a to nepřetržitě. Objednali jsem si saunu, je velmi malá i pro 2 lidi, v odpočívací části byla pouze dřevěná lavice na sezení, chyběla lehátka. Celkově by se dalo zázemí sauny vylepšit.
• Daniel (5/5): - Lokalita, opravdu blizko centra Snidane, zde byl opravdu vyber Hotel - cele to tam pusobilo stare a omsele Pokoje - pokojem se linul typicky hotelovy zapach, v koupelne popraskane dlazdicky, vodou vyzrane fleky ve vane, nevkusny a silene otravny zaves u vany Personal u snidani - pani vypadaly, ze je nebavi zivot, celou dobu se ani neusmeji, chodi tam jak telo bez duse a navic, kdyz se na neco zeptam, dost arogantne odpovidaji, zrejme cekaji na moment, kdy si mohou rejpnout do hostu. Celkove bych tam uz znovu nejel a urcite se najdou v ML hezci a lepsi hotely. Pomer cena / vykon zde urcite nekoresponduje.
• Heidi (7/5): Für 2 Tage ist es ausreichend! - Ich bin das dritte Mal in diesem Haus. Die Damen vom Spa sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit . Am Haus ist eine riesige Baustelle, die Parkplatz Situation dementsprechend gering. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen der Teppich ist sehr schmutzig, vorallem im Restaurant. Der Herr an der Rezeption ist etwas überfordert und etwas unfreundlich... Das Frühstück war gut, alles vorhanden, das Personal schlecht gelaunt. Bei der Massage war es zu laut wegen der Baustelle, das Personal ist etwas unkoordieniert ,Termine werden nicht eingehalten.

• Me_2019 (8/5): Fifty shades of beige - The location is perfect, although not suitable if there are walking difficulties. Spa options on site. The colour scheme is awful and the pictures shown are not quite what is to be found in reality. The room category apparently was de luxe. However, it was just a standard room. Parts of the building are in need of an upgrade, like the carpets (discoloured, stained). The breakfast room when fully occupied feels crammed. The staff takes your plate away while you're still eating. The food was fresh, although it's the usual bohemian style... Too fat, too sweet. Not healthy at all.

• Anastasia (6/5): Celkově hodnotíme hotel spíše průměrně a příště bychom zvolili jiný. - Mezi plusy hotelu určitě patří dobrá snídaně a výhodná lokalita, zhruba 15 minut pěšky od zpívající fontány. Naopak mínusů bylo více – personál nebyl příliš příjemný, pokoj nebyl úplně uklizený (na nábytku byl prach, na balkoně popelník plný nedopalků) a televize nefungovala. V pokoji byl navíc nepříjemný zápach a chyběla klimatizace, což nás překvapilo. Je to sice naše chyba, že jsme si to nezkontrolovali předem, ale u čtyřhvězdičkového hotelu jsme ji očekávali automaticky.

• Petr (6/5): - Snídaně byla velmi dobrá s velkým výběrem. Bohužel hotel vypadá z fotek mnohem líp, než je realita. Hotel vybíráme podle toho, jestli je u něj možnost parkovat. Fakt mě nebaví řešit po příjezdu, kam dát auto. Tady je to taková loterie, o které jsem věděl z recenzí, ale možná by bylo lepší toto napsat i do potvrzení o rezervaci. Já si u nás nějak poradím, ale cizinci s tím můžou mít problém. Zvlášť, když Vás recepční pošle ke Kauflandu snad kilometr od hotelu... Další věc jsou 4 hvězdičky. Člověk v zemi, která je členem hotelové unie očekává nějaký standard. Náš pokoj tohle úplně neměl. Nejhorší je, že zásuvky u postele nejsou. Musíte je hledat pod stolem a i tam jsou vetšinou obsazené jiným spotřebičem. Rychlovarná konvice je super, ale musíte ji dát na zem, aby se kabel dostal k nejbližší zásuvce. Cele vybavení je takové dost retro, ale to Nejhorší je hluk. I když si dva lidé vedle povídají normálním hlasem, slyšíte každé slovo. O chodbě ani nemluvím. V 7:30 si u nás na patře začaly povídat uklízečky u nich v kumbálu a byly slyšet skoro všude. Ono je to ale jedno, protože Vás stejně probudí slunce i přes zatažené závěsy, které jsou dobré jen na to, aby se Vám lidi z parkoviště nedívali dovnitř. A do teď nerozumím tomu, proč jsme v malém pokoji pro dva měli tři židle a dva stoly. Toto ubytování jsem si vybral jen proto, abych měl v Mariánkách parkování a že se hotel prezentuje jako čtyřhvězdička. Ani jedno jsme nedostali, a tak pokud pojedu příště, budu rozhodně hledat jiný hotel. Vůbec si nedovedu představit tady být týden. A to nejsem nějak náročný. Kdyby se hotel prezentoval jako tříhvězdičkový s wellness bez bazénu a cena odpovídala kvalitě, klidně bych i nějaký ten bod přidal.
