En la página dice que el desayuno empieza a las 7:30, no es así, comienza a las 8, demasiado tarde si tienes excursión organizada.

- YASNIEL RODRIGUEZ MENA (5/5): NO VOLVERIA - Nuestra experiencia al llegar fue algo preocupante, llegamos tarde en la noche y se podia accedr al hotel sn supervision no habia seguridad, luegode pasar casi 2 horas esperando encontramos en la rececpcion la llave de la habitacion con mis datos y lo mas peligroso con todos los datos de mi tarjeta de credito visibles, al final tuvimos que entrar literalmente sin nadie recibirnos caminar el hotel entro para adivinar cual era nuestra habitacion y entrar para dormir. Luego ya nos informaron al otro dia que es practicamente usual Los parqueos son muy escasos tuvimos que parquear en un area de otro hotel que nos cobraron por el parqueo pero agradecido nos resolvieron al menos

No lo recomiendo - La verdad que nada Lamentablemente, la experiencia que vivímos en este hotel fue muy diferente a lo que muestran en sus fotos. La atención del personal, salvo una moza amable, fue distante y poco cordial. Durante nuestra estadía, el dueño tenía un evento privado con un grupo de extranjeros y nos sentimos completamente desatendidas, como si fuéramos invisibles. Incluso pedir un café era un problema. El desayuno dejó mucho que desear, tanto en calidad como en servicio. Solicité tres veces la factura correspondiente al pago y nunca me la entregaron. En resumen: no lo recomiendo. Hay muchos otros lugares donde, por el mismo precio o menos, el trato y la experiencia son muchísimo mejores

The restaurant is nice. We didn't reserve everyday breakfast, but we had a few meals there, all was good. Staff were very friendly and speak good english. The room is small, was only equipped with a fridge, no coffee maker or water broiler.

The wifi password has to be entered everytime you come back to the hotel but then the internet quality is perfect. The beach is quite far away but the area is interesting (restaurants, shops ..).

Natürlich alles relativ günstig, aber trotzdem nicht adäquat. Garten schön gepflegt. Klimaanlage lief bei Anreise nicht, so dass das Zimmer erstmal brütend heiß war.

Large rooms with private bathrooms, a pool and a good reasonable priced restaurant, beautiful plants, trees, flowers-true El Eden, Tainos statues, and a short-15 min walk to Dominicus public beach- everything I wanted and more. Because of the very reasonable price of the lodging it didn’t bother me that they didn’t have a light in front of my door, or that the building was old and squiquing something when walking inside- it had air conditioner and a vent. Overall- I LOVED it!

- Anger (2/5): - It was terrible nothing worked. The shower didn’t work at all, the air conditioning didn’t work it wouldn’t go lower than 23. They didn’t provide anything to do the guest not even water or soap in the rooms and then when I complained about my room especially the shower because I at least needed this more than anything nothing was done. I asked for a different room and I was told I couldn’t get it. So I ended up staying one night and checking out early losing 2 days. I paid for another hotel which ended up being so much better but I did lose the money I spent on this hotel. I want my money back.
- Sarah (6/5): - El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, cerca de todo lo que puedas necesitar. Elizabeth muy simpática en todo y con mucha disposición para que te sientas bien. La habitación tiene lo básico para una noche, la limpieza no tan buena, cama cómoda y neverita con botellas de agua. La piscina algo turbia y difícilmente encuentras parqueo del hotel. El desayuno es bueno....algo como sandwich de jamón y queso, café, jugo y plato de fruta.

Hervorragend geeignet für Gäste,welche den ganzen Tag unterwegs sind.Das Frühstück ist inklusive und gut.Das integrierte, öffentliche Restaurant ist preiswert und die Cocktails sind sehr lecker.Auch hier ist das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

- Betsy (8/5): It’s was what I needed - Located in a developing tourist area. A little over a hour from PUJ Airport. Staff friendly but not multilingual. Not a real Restaurant. Grounds are spacious, kept & being upgraded. You get what you pay for & great place for families & alone time.
