• NC28 (1/5): Excellent restaurant experience, but overall a very disappointing stay with poor service. - I truly liked the dinner at this hotel. The food was amazing. It was Creole style cuisine, and it was a warm dinner that I enjoyed very much at this hotel. In fact, I tried a couple of dishes, and I found the taste and the quality of the food to be absolutely excellent. Apart from the dinner service, which was excellent, nothing else at this hotel was satisfactory. From check in, the experience was negative. I was informed that I had to leave the room at 10:30 the next morning, despite explaining that I had a late afternoon flight. The reception staff and manager insisted on the early departure, and their attitude was not customer oriented. The room experience was also disappointing. The WiFi system was complicated and impossible to connect to, there was no fridge despite my request as a diabetic guest, and there was no safe in the room for valuables such as a passport or money. When these concerns were raised, the receptionist simply stated that I should have read the hotel details before booking. The hotel is also far from the city and not easy to access. The following morning, after repeated requests, I was finally allowed to stay until 12 noon. However, at 10:20, housekeeping staff started knocking on my door asking about my departure time, apparently without being informed about the extension. Overall, apart from the restaurant experience, the stay was completely unsatisfactory due to poor service, lack of basic room facilities, and an unprofessional attitude from the female manager and female reception staff.

• Edmund (5/5): - Het hotel ligt dichtbij de haven( lucht-/ zeehaven). Het personeel is meewerkend. Hygiëne valt tegen, bij het douchen wordt de vloer erg nat. Handdoeken met bruine vlekken. Geen plek in de badkamer om je kleding op te hangen.

• Kijok (9/5): Bardzo dobry hotel, ale dobrze mieć samochód - Fajny i czysty pokój z balkonem, łóżka klasyczne, winda, w łazience trochę duszno i dziwny prysznic bez zasłony i kabiny, ale poza tym czysto i przyjemnie, bardzo miła obsługa, można było liczyć codziennie rano na świeży ręcznik, okolice spokojna, blisko sklep i restauracje. praktycznie nie ma atrakcji w pobliżu, jest lekko ukryta plaża za portem z jachtami ale bardzo mała.

• Sorin (9/5): Good 😊 ood budget friendly accommodation in Fort-de-France. - A good budget friendly accommodation in Fort-de-France. The unit was clean, with all basic functionalities matching the booking description. The personnel were friendly and all the time willing to help. The Center has a gated parking space which is convenient. One of the good surprises, was the on-site restaurant where we had the included good buffet breakfast. They also offer lunch and dinner at an affordable price. We had a late lunch, when we arrived, and it was good and fast. We recommend this complex for anybody who is looking for a clean and good budget friendly accommodation in Fort-de-France. We definitely will consider staying here again when we travel next time in Martinique. It would be nice if the hotel would also have rooms with one queen bed, and not only with twin beds.

• Anouk (8/5): Gute Unterkunft für alleinreisende Menschen für eine Nacht - Zweckmäßig als Zwischenunterkunft, völlig in Ordnung mit leckerem Frühstücksbüffet. Es ist ein Konferenzhotel, daher etwas anonym und groß, das muss man wissen. Es ist aber recht komfortabel und für den Preis völlig in Ordnung. Parken in der Tiefgarage ist etwas umständlich und kein Fahrstuhl von dort - eine Treppe mit Koffern ist zu überwinden. Etwas anonymer Empfang, aber korrekt.

Hotel dobrze usytuowany, blisko lotniska i blisko stolicy. W pokojach czysto. Ręczniki jak nowe. Dobre śniadanie. Polecam bo to fajne miejsce. U mnie w pokoju był widok na 2 zatoki.

On avait l'impression de manger chaque jour les restes de la veille jusqu'à épuisement. 2 agents vraiment désagréables... arrivés 45 min avant la fin du service, le serveur s'est permis de nous dire que si nous voulons du bacon avec nos oeufs qu'il fallait se réveiller plus tot. Les autres clients arrives après nous n'ont pas eu d'oeufs du tout. La machine à café et autres n'a jamais pu nous donner du lait. Pas de télé

• Aleksandr (8/5): Дружелюбный персонал - Отель, конечно, немного подустал и антураж из 70-х годов. В ванной не было шампуня. До центра города надо пользоваться транспортом. При отеле есть ресторан, но он строго по часам и еды может не остаться. В пешей доступности есть фудкорт. По соотношению цена качество вариант оптимальный, учитывая, что в Форт де Франсе вообще немного отелей. Персонал дружелюбный, помогал с решением вопросов.

Poprosiłem o dodatkową poduszkę dla żony i jej nie otrzymałem. Awaria w nocy klimatyzacji, musiałem zmienić pokój. Kto wymyślił automatyczne włączanie światła do łazienki, w nocy to tortura.

Dostaliśmy dokładnie to, czego się spodziewaliśmy, skromny ale czysty pokój z bardzo dobrym śniadaniem w dobrej cenie, w spokojnej okolicy. W pobliżu jest fajny, lokalny bar gdzie można zjeść tapas. Personel w recepcji jest pomocny i sympatyczny ( zwłaszcza pan, który był w nocy) choć czasami trzeba było się wspomagać w rozmowie google tłumaczem. Nie odpowiadają na e-maile
