• Karie (4/5): The room was very disappointing. - The location was good. It's a beautiful area. Spoke with a very friendly lady on the phone about late check in and late check in was very easy. I called prior to booking and asked if the 2 bedroom suite had a door between the 2 bedrooms. I asked twice and specifically said, "in the picture it looks like there is no door between the bedrooms." The lady I spoke with said yes there was a door both times I asked. There was no door, just a double wide door frame so there was no privacy. The beds had a little separation but you could still see and hear eachother from bed. I would not call this room a 2 bedroom suite. It was more like a cheap hotel room with 2 beds. Only 1 of the "bedrooms" had a TV as well. It was very inconvenient because I had a different sleep schedule as my travel partner and we did not want to share a room. We would have booked 2 rooms if I wasn't lied to on the phone. Very disappointing☹️

• Zhanna (1/5): О неприятной ситуации - Ничего Ничего хорошего не могу сказать про этот отель, т.к. не удалось в нем переночевать. Мы с мужем сделали бронирование одной ночи в Booking в текущий день, получили ответ о положительном брорировании. До этого мы пробовали звонить по указанному на сайте номеру телефона, но ответа не получили.  Звонили в 18 часов. Приехали на место в 22 часа. На ресепшене никого не было (Booking сообщил, что персонал принимает посетителей до 17 часов). В окне офиса было объявление с номером телефона, по которому следует позвонить, но на звонок нам не ответили. Также был прикреплен ящик с конвертами ключей, на конвертах написаны фамилии посетителей. Конверта для нас не было. Нам пришлось в ночи искать новое место ночевки.  Сообщение от Booking с порядком действия, чтобы получить ключи от номера пришло в 22:41 уже после того, как мы разместились в новом отеле. Утром мы приехали для выяснения ситуации, но нам отказались вернуть деньги за резерв, даже не предложили компенсацию, например, в виде ваучера, даже не предложили воспользоваться завтраком, который входил в оплату. Ребята, не советуем это место.

She even came and cleared the snow from the door to our car to make a pathway for us.Before we even got ready to leave. We will definitely be back.
• Yesenia (10/5): - It was our first-time staying in packwood and honestly we loved the stay in packwood lodge the front desk girl was amazing friendly and great customer service. Everyone working there was super friendly polite and nice they made us feel welcomed. It's a must stay if u plan on staying around or in packwood you will not regret it!! I will recommend it and planning on returning with my whole family next time!

• Elizabeth (10/5): Large, clean, comfortable, rooms, friendly staff and a great location for mountain activities! - The room was comfortable and clean without the heavy use of chemical fragrances. You can open the windows for fresh air. There is also a mini fridge to store your own food and drinks. The only thing I would recommend would be access to ice after 5:00pm. We're glad we were able to access it in the office before closing and got some for the rest of our party that wouldn't be able to check into their rooms until night skiing closed.

• Andri (7/5): Good place to stay on your way to White Pass. But the broken EV charger needs fixing. - Good place to stay when skiing at White Pass. Spacious hotel room. Friendly staff who called ahead to provide instructions for late check-in. EV charging is a great amenity. It was inconvenient that one of the two EV chargers was out of order and the other one was occupied, thus preventing us from charging overnight (which was one of the main reasons why we stayed at this place). When we highlighted the issue to the staff on site, there didn't seem to be an urgency to get the charger fixed and instead we were told to "just unplug the other car that's charging" - something that may have caused a problem for the other guest... Minor issue was that the breakfast place next door was closed on the day we stayed (Wed), so don't take it for granted.
• Baebler (6/5): Get new beds - Good size kitchen for the size of the entire space. Full size fridge and stove. The beds were very noisy and not comfortable. The squeaking of the twin trundle woke everyone up every single night even if you were just shifting your pillow. We ended up with our 6yo sleeping on it cause he was the smallest and it still kept me up all night. Its also a wild design choice to have a full jetted tub in the entryway. Why not use that space for additional seating in a space where all you have is a bed and bar top? There's a full size shower, that tub is not needed.

• Sheri (7/5): - The location was great and peacefulness of it. The room was huge! Staff were kind and helpful when asked questions. The space was amazing to have in a room and was very clean upon our arrival. For the amount of money per night, the bathroom molding around the floor could be done more professionally. The curtains fell off the rod and do not cover the whole window. When we had the room cleaned, we only got enough towels for one person when we had two and the coffee supplies were not refilled or the shampoo/soap, The bed was also TOO soft and squishy.

• Therese (10/5): Stormy,cozy , fun Weekend at Packwood Lodge and Canins! - Out there but yet only a few miles to town. We were there during a stormy weekend which made the electric fireplace( very realistic) add ambience to the cabin. The cabin was in mint condition and decorated very nicely. Kitchen stocked with everything you need and very cozy for two. We would definitely come back The cabin could definitely use hooks to hang robes, towels… There is very limited storage to stow your things . Maybe a small chest and Hooks (like on inside door in bathroom, and in the cabin would be Very Welcome and used! Other than that, the cabin is perfect!!

• Robert (9/5): - my grandson and I were only in the room for less than 12 hours. We had packed our own dinner. We were able to use the hotel's BBQ grill. In the morning we had our hot breakfast on the tail gate of the pickup as I packed a small propane stove. We used the beds, but did not use the shower. The only suggestion would be to have an extra chair. We used the table and chair, and the end of the bed to sit and play cards for awhile before turning in.

Rainier NP ( Stevens Canyon Entrance ) Cabin: It's basically a suite, bedroom is not a separate room. However enough space for couple. (There are more spacious offerings, if interested.) This place has the best-equipped kitchen along our route. Grill outside.
