• E3419RYdinas (2/5): UNCLEAN, RUDE, NO HEALTH AND SAFETY. - This hotel is DISGUSTING, the staff are RUDE and there is NO HEALTH AND SAFETY!!! I am currently staying here and notified the staff that my room is full of mould which I cannot stay in due to being severely asthmatic, they didn’t care and told me it was tough as they had no rooms left!! My room has ants and insects on my floor and my legs have bites on them from sleeping overnight. My balcony had cigarette ends on when I arrived and the bathroom mirror is cracked along with bathroom tiles missing. The bathroom shower head is also mouldy and I feel dirtier than before I got in the shower. I am aware this can cause legionnaires' disease due to contaminated water droplets. I am now expected to stay 4 more days in this hotel. I have not even had any staff members offer to come and clean my room!! I am very upset and this has ruined my holiday.

• elenagC4144KO (2/5): Worst experience of my whole life - don’t waste your time - Worst experience of my whole life! I’ve been in this Hostal for just a night. The Hostal is very much a scam, super different from the pics they have online where it seems modern and clean. They say there is a reception 34h but once you go there, there are posters saying the reception is on another building which if you are looking for a safe and secure place don’t go! The outdoor is opened 24h and everyone can easily access the building. There is no elevator and I was harassed by man while using the stairs. The rooms have no AC, they provide you with an old fashioned fan, most noises one! The room and the building is fatiscente, the wall is dirty and there is mold everywhere, smells like cigarettes, the bathroom wasn’t been cleaned between stays. I called the reception who came to check the room and I showed them the spiders on the celing, I was told the cleaner would have come to clean the room but no one came, the morning after Vicente told me I should have told him - it’s not my job to ispezione the room neither to inform them if the cleaner after the complaint comes or not. It’s the hotel responsibility to ensure higenic standard are met and make sure someone was coming to clean at the least improve the experience. Altought the place is not very far away from the center, that specific area is not safe, almost abandon with occupas / homeless living next door. I’ve filled a hoja de reclamation before leaving the hotel and most surprising my review on Expedia was cancelled, I’ve reached out to the Police for further information.

• Kemi (4/5): Price is more than the itineraries in the room - I was surprised on my arrival the receptionist lacks of welcome, first no greeting when I worked in, secondly no tv, in the room, no cups no beverages as you worked in, only one face of socket workings in the whole room. The cheapest hotels and hostels in England & others Europe country are full equipped. My hotel in malaga are well presentable. Above all they don't refound my deposit back when I was leaving.

• Stefano (4/5): Uno dei posti più orribili mai visti. - L’hotel è orribile, muffa e funghi (proprio funghi che ogni giorno crescono sul soffitto della doccia), tenda della doccia e lenzuola sporche di nero, muffa presumibilmente, tende delle finestre sporche e rotte, scopino del bagno con manico spezzato…uno schifo totale. Salvo solo la cortesia e disponibilità delle signore delle pulizie, davvero encomiabili.

Plenty of contact before we had arrived. I requested a sunny balcony and Toni arranged this. Our first night there we spent with Toni and the people in the adjoining hostel, Maria and staff. They made us so welcome and were so lovely! I can’t big up this place enough, it’s also very authentic. Toni and staff were fantastic, thank you so much... we would definitely book here again.
• fernando (4/5): No Air conditioning - It was my mistake to not read carefully about the hotel NOT having an air conditioning, which made our stay impossible. Thanks to the manager that WAS KIND and charged me a one night no show fee and refund me the rest, also helped us to find another hotel.

• Raquel (2/5): El hostal de los horrores - Este sitio es una estafa, en las fotos parece moderno y nuevo y al llegar vimos que era todo lo contrario, viejo, sucio, manchas en las paredes y en las colchas, mal olor, descuidado, situación nefasta... daba miedo. Nos tuvimos que ir al día siguiente de haber entrado y coger otro alojamiento porque nos habían engañado. Además, habíamos cogido tarifa no reembolsable, solo pasamos una noche de las 5 que teníamos reservadas y no nos lo han querido devolver. Decepcionante. En resumen, no vayáis.
• Juan Manuel (4/5): 3 people doing the work of 9 - I really hate to have to give such a bad review but i think that the hostal wasn't ready to be open. First, the wifi only works in reception, which I can deal with in some exceptional cases, but there was no reception, it was closed with the bar, because of covid. The whole place was abandoned to its own luck. The guy at reception was kind and was obvioulsy overworking. Kindness is good, but you dont pay just for it. The room would have been nice in normal conditions, is big enough and also the bathroom, but it wasnt very clean neither like the rest of the place. I know it is a 2 stars, but also the place next door and was way more prepared for receiving people. Again, I am sorry to have to write this, but if someone would have done it before, i would have saved to pay 2 stays, because I just left the plave 5 minutes after arriving and booked other place.
• Z4779PZfedericam (2/5): Bad experience - Even though the location is good, the conditions of the hostal aren't what they seem to be from pics! There's no AC, so you have to sleep with everything open and NO ONE was ever there to check who entered the building at night or even just to ask to put water in the fridge - no fridges in the rooms. My bf and I changed hostal few days after paying it and it was a nightmare talking to the owner and trying to have a refund. I don't recommend it, as there are cheaper solutions with way better conditions!

• davezx900 (10/5): A very relaxing time - Booked because of the reviews and the price but i was not expecting it to be as good as it was, The staff there were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were big enough for two and the beds are the best i have slept in and i have stayed in quite a lot of places in Ibiza. If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay look no further i recommend this place saying that its only a short walk away to all the life that San Antonio is famous for. I will be going back for sure.

• CLARA (10/5): MUY BUENA EXPERIENCIA !! - Fuimos a pasar una semana a la isla y estuvimos alojadas en el Hostal, la verdad es que fue muy buena experiencia nada mas llegar nos facilitaron accesorios de playa y nos dieron muy buenas recomendaciones. En concreto Marta, fue un encanto, nos recomendaba playas, restaurantes, sitios a los que visitar y acertó al 100% en todo lo que nos recomendo. Un encanto de persona, junto a los chicos que estaban con ella en los turnos. Muy buen rollo en el hostal. Sin duda recomendado a todo el mundo! PD: Perdona Marta per no tornar-te la sombrilla, al final ens va ploure i la vam haver de fer servir de paraigües i se'ns va trencar.. Se'ns dubte repetirem! Gracies per un tracte immillorable.

• Janine (10/5): Nettes Hostel in Stadtnähe - Das mit Liebe geführte Hostel befindet sich wenige Autominuten vom Kern von San Antoni entfernt. Auch zu Fuß ist man binnen 10 Min im Mittelpunkt angekommen. Der Hauptstrand ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Für schönere Buchten sollte man ein Auto gemietet haben,. Sehr netter Service vor Ort, sehr zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind minimalistisch aber nett eingerichtet.Auf dem Zimmer befindet sich ein Ventilator, da es leider kein Klima gibt.

• sezella (10/5): Fantastic - I was really worried about this hotel first, i think the word hostal scared me a bit haha. This place is fantastic literally 10 minute walk to the bay 20 min in to san an/westend. The room was really clean and the balcony/terrace was big with amazing views. No air con but a huge fan is provided. The bar downstairs is reasonably priced for ibiza and has a good choice, food is also served which i was told was good. The staff were lovely especially the manager tony who speaks better english than me :D and can tell you everything you need to know about ibiza. This will definetly be my go to place when i stay on the island. Room 309 :D

• AD (6/5): Basic hotel 10 mins to San Antonio main area/shops - Spent 1 week at Can Jurat, located a small walk behind the main road which has a spar, so good for water. Room basic (no fridge) but clean and housekeeping excellent. The staff are friendly & very helpful. Unfortunately the noise from people slamming hotel doors on all floors and sitting outside laughing etc until dawn meant we hardly slept properly all week. We also heard the water pump in our room which kicked in every 10 mins. And once that stopped the land nearby has animals including a rooster that began making a noise once everyone finally went to sleep. This hotel is fine for a short stay but if you wish to sleep for a week Or you are a light sleeper i would book elsewhere. It was a pity as everything else was fine.

• DIOTD (8/5): Quiet - 10 min walk to the bay - I booked this place as last minute "wallet friendly" extra day in San Antonio and wasn't dissapointed, although I wouldn't class it as a hostel...? It was a nice stroll along the beach and then a 5 minute walk up a main road and back street to reach. I'm assuming it is familiy run who all seemed very polite and willing to help with any queries. Room was standard, twin beds with our room bathroom. There were other guests there but I didn't see or hear any of them the whole 20 hours or so I was there. From our balcony (Room 109) we could see as far as Es Paradise/Eden etc and infront of us was another place with lots of trees. We didnt spend anytime in the room during the day but it was very warm in the evening/night. There is a fan but air con would be so much better. The bar in the reception also provided cheap alcohol which again was "wallet friendly" with 24hr service. This place would suit light sleepers.

Receptionist was helpful and told us everything we wondered about Ibiza. Location is good, just few minutes walk from good beach near Osiris hotel. It was also pretty quiet, because clubs and main streets with idiots were not around the corner. Only negative thing is that there was no air condition so it was pretty damn hot all the time in july.
• Richard (10/5): Exceeded my expectations - I had read a read a few reviews about this hotel not all great so I wasn't expecting alot. However it goes to to show that you need to experience it for yourself to make your own mind up, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Staff were always friendly and willing to help out where the could. The location was good it's far enough from the main bay that you don't get any of the noise, but not too far for walking. Would definitely stay here again and comes highly recommended.

• Ann (10/5): Such a nice hostel! - First of all: The staff is amazing, hardworking, very kind and always willing to help you. The room was in good condition, well taken care of. You can get clean towels whenever you want to and they make up your bed, clean the floor and take out the trash everyday. The only negative thing that there is, is that it's really noisy, you hear your neighbours and doors slamming in the hallway, but I got used to that in one night and slept perfect all the other nights. I had such a pleasent stay there for such a low price! Really, I can't complain. I definately recommend this hostel to others and will come back myself.

Bathroom a good size. The owner such a friendly guy, nothing problem for him. Asked for extra pillows, they were there when we came back. The prices of the drinks in the bar really reasonable. Charged €5 deposit for the key safe , well worth if. Felt as though we were in the country with the scenery of the hills from the balcony. Very quiet, the communal areas spotlessly clean. No air conditioning, but massive fan in bedroom. No fridge, would of been nice, but not a problem, buy a bag of ice and chill your drinks that way. Would we return, without a doubt. Just what you need a clean, quiet place to sleep. The Scottish couple in room 204.

What is missing is refrigerator in a room. San Antonio: nice and clean beach and sea, beautiful sunset, quite noisy city in the night, if you prefer quit, there is possibility to stay away from the noisy center, but still close to the beach. good and cheap bus connection from the airport to San Antonio (4 euro/1 way). food: suitable prices in restaurants, many supermarkets

• Euller (4/5): Nicht für deutsche Verhältnisse - Bin mit meiner Freundin 7 nächste dort geblieben. Ich bin an einer Bar empfangen worden. Musste 7 Nächte auf dem selben Bettwäsche schlafen. Das Zimmermädchen hat nicht mal das Bett aufgeräumt. Darüberhinaus ging das beide zusammengestellte Betten sehr leich auseinander so dass man sich nicht richtig bewegen konnte. Servicepersonal war nett bis auf den Hotelleiter, der ständig schlechte Laune ausstrahlte bis er mich ein Tag vor Abreise raufgehen sah. Da ist er hinterher gerannt, und bat mich um eine gute Bewertung dafür würde ich 10% Rabatt bekommen beim nächsten Aufenthalt. Ganz ehrlich ich zahle beim nächstes mal viel lieber mehr anstatt dort zu bleiben,

Camere come da foto,semplici,wfi gratuito, gentilezza e disponibilità del personale.Una nota di merito per le pulizie giornaliere.Lo consiglio a tutti.Io ho girato in bus ma se si noleggia un mezzo ancora meglio....e allora....w ibiza!!!

• K4700ZJrichardb (10/5): Gem of a hotel near San Antonio and San Antono bay - I have been using the Can Jurat for a few years and it is a little gem. Basic but clean rooms at a very good price. Close enough to everything in San An (10 min walk) but quiet enough for a good nights sleep. Friendly staff and the owner Toni is always helpful. There is parking in the street near by and good wifi connection. Ocean beach is only a few minutes walk away.

• Happy_Holidayer_31 (8/5): Basic but cheap! - In a quiet, mainly residential street so out of all the party chaos. Can walk to seafront / bay in 5-10 mins and to West End in about 15-20. Room was extremely basic (not even a bin) but it was clean and large. Had a bath & superb shower, and a large balcony with table & chairs. No air con but patio doors with a fly screen and curtains. No fridge or kettle. There's a safe but you need to ask for the key. Room cleaned every day although I noticed the beds were just made up, rather than having clean bedding put on. Towels were clean each day though. Whole place was rattly/echoing as with most foreign spots because there's no soft furnishings but nothing out of the ordinary. Staff were pleasant, friendly & spoke very good English. We arrived early but they happily gave us a room which had already been cleaned. There's a small bar/eatery/games area which also classes as reception. We didn't eat there but menu looked decent value. Wifi wasn't available on our phones but there was a computer in the bar with free internet. It wasn't full of noisy idiots which was a relief, considering how cheap it was. I would definitely recommend the place and I would stay there again myself.
• HelenS680 (10/5): September 2012 - This is a great value for money hotel room. Large room with modern decor and on-suite bathroom with a great shower. It also had a huge balcony with table and chairs. The staff and cleaners were helpful and friendly. The hotel is just down the road from Ibiza Rocks Bar and De Tulp Bar. This is a bargain hotel.
• eivissasunset (8/5): Fantastic! - We stayed at the Can Jurat for a week in September 2011. I was initially slightly worried about the hotel as it cost us a mere 200 for the week however I needn't have worried. The hotel is in a perfect location, up a side street just off the main road into San Antonio. It's a very quiet, residential area which is perfect for sleeping during the day however only a 5 minute walk to Ibiza Rocks, Bay Bar etc... The room itself was basic but very clean with modern fixtures, fittings and decor and the bathroom was modern and tidy too with a reasonable shower and good supply of hot water! One minor thing which I struggled with was the lack of air con. It was unseasonably hot when we stayed and although there is a large fan provided it did get pretty hot, particularly when drying/straightening hair and getting ready to go out. A fridge would also have been appreciated however there was a bar downstairs which sold cold drinks at good prices, as well as a Spar just around the corner. I think a lot of people are put off when they see the word 'hostal' however it's important to understand that in Ibiza hostal means a small, family run hotel. In my experience these are always 100% better than the standard chain hotels - particularly some of the ones that you find in Ibiza! All in all I would highly recommend the Can Jurat. It is cheap, clean, well located and with very friendly staff. Will definitely return!
• AmyG931 (8/5): basic, but very good - you get what you pay for with the can jurat. Its basic but a great stay. staff were lovely and its in a great location (just outside of the centre, but easy to walk) theres no hair dryer or air con, but a very big fan so dont really need much else. nicely decorated, very modern. overall, will be returning next year!
• KerryCardiff (6/5): Great on a budget - If your looking for a cheap and clean place to stay in Ibiza this is it. There are no frills with this hostel (no pool) but there is a bar and the food is good if you don't fancy the walk into town. It's about 10-15min walk to the main town centre (the egg!), we walked everyday no problem, which means its quiet when you need it. We'd definatley stay again.
