• Fatih Bulut (6/5): A little pricey - Costs 160-170 usd/night. Clean, staff is helpful and debonair but every little extras are chargable. Such as; extra water: 1 usd, late checkout: 10 usd/hour. Breakfast is ok for a 2-3 star hotel. Our room was silent.
• Vitali (8/5): - Sehr saubere Zimmer. Nicht alle haben Fenster und wenn, dann könnten es echt kleine Fenster sein. Betten sind groß, bequem und die Zimmer schön renoviert. Frühstück ist nur das nötigste, aber man wird satt. Insgesamt eine Empfehlung von mir!

• Eshan (4/5): - The property is located just across the street from the beach and looks like newly remodeled , but the WiFi didn’t work, Hair dryer didn’t work. Bathroom was basin water couldn’t go and even after calling the maintenance guy he couldn’t fix it. Not worth staying, I later stayed at BeeHive hotel, such nice service and decent budget hotel .
• mike (2/5): - Honestly is was really bad, people working there didn't care about me. They tried to do as much money as they could like charging for water. Breakfast was supposed to be include but there was nothing to eat except a few piece of bread and cereal which I can't eat because I'm intolerant. I had to pay for the breakfast because I wanted egg and salad. Wifi was dropping all the time on phone and computer and was so bad I couldn't even work.

• Hugh (6/5): Overnight stay only - For the price, I personally expected more. The rooms were tiny compared to most others that I have stayed in, and definitely not suitable for 3 people (the staff had to remove a lounge chair and side table to fit the additional single mattress on the floor), and the sheets were not as white as they should be. That said, this was very much just somewhere to sleep for us, waiting for our resort transfer (seaplanes can only run during daylight hours, so my advice is that if you are going to a resort, try and arrive at Male during daylight hours so you don't need to stay in/near the capital before you can transfer out.

• Thomas (8/5): The best of the bunch - Just a one night stay between locations. On a business trip. I do not like staying on Hulemale because the island is so dirty and full of trash. And there are few good restaurants around. But it is cheap to stay there compared to most of the resorts and if you are on a business budget, it makes sense. Of the 4 or 5 hotels I have stayed at over the last couple of years on Hulemale, the Revethi Beach was the nicest.

• FABRICIO C (10/5): Close to airport - Comfortable room. Free shuttle from and to airport. Good choice for overnight waiting flight to and from the resorts.
• Wooi Boon (8/5): Basic but clean hotel for 1 night transit - A basic hotel that is clean. Staff was friendly and made all the necessary arrangement for transport between hotel and airport on arrival, and the next day when we needed to get back to the airport for our boat transfer to the resort. They took the trouble to book a taxi for us as their regular driver was taken ill. Not much to see around the hotel. There was a beach in front of the hotel. Breakfast was simple but good enough for us. The cost is a little pricey for very basic hotel but I guess most hotel in Hulhumale are similar. Lots of construction around Hulhumale, probably many more hotels to come in the future.
• Benjamin (6/5): Beachside Bargain - We were there less than 12 hours waiting for morning seaplane. The hotel served its purpose well. Staff was very friendly and willing to help.
• Mary (8/5): Good, quiet location. - The room is small, but clean and nice. Very friendly and helpful stuff, good choice of food in restaurant, not expensive. The only reason I did not give 5 stars, because we had to wait a long time to be picked up from airport, despite the representative from our resort called in the morning and gave the exact time when we'll be at airport.

• Navid (10/5): Tryggeste sted på Hulumale - Hvis man ønsker Maldiverne, udenom dyre Resorts og meget mere bevægelighed, så er Rivethi Beach perfekt. Ligger lige over for stranden (2 meter). Tryggeste personale. Bedste betjening. Hotellet hjælper med alt. Personalet hjælper endda ud over deres evner. De får dig til at føle hjemme.
• Christina (10/5): One Night Stay at Humhumale - We had a great stay at Rivethi Beach Hotel. Incidentally, the owner of the hotel was also there for a vacation when we went there. Since we belong to the same profession, I took the chance to speak with him and I find him very down to earth. He also treats his workers well. The hotel is very clean and is still new. I love the fact that they used comforters, not thin blankets, for their guests... We will surely recommend this hotel to our friends.
• Peter (10/5): Rivethi - relaxing on the beach - We stayed just one night with my girlfriend, full board. Everything was fine, the staff friendly and helpful, the service professional, the food delicious, the room not very big but nice and clean. Free wifi you can use also on the beach and drink a really good Lavazza espresso coffee. Free airport shuttle. The next day free shuttle to the ferry station. Rivethi is a brand new hotel, but around there are some construction works, they are building another hotels. If you sit and relax on the beach, you will see just the ocean, beautiful view. The prices are ok, one coffee 2-3 dollars, 3 course lunch for 2 persons 30-40 dollars. After a one week holiday on another island we came back again for a few hours before our flight home. The staff welcomed us like old friends, we could left our baggage in the hotel and just relax on the beach. They also organized a shuttle for us. Highly recommended. Thanks again!

• Nishan (10/5): good transit hotel made great by the staffs.. - stayed a night on our way to our resort for our honeymoon, the friendliness,helpfulness of the young manager Mr.Ibrahim(i believe)(nephew of the owner) blew us away..felt like an old friend.Their promptness was amazing. Would definitely go back..
• Francisca (6/5): Okay for a one-night stay close to airport - Very arabic atmosphere in an environment of construction (whole new neighbourhood being built). Don't stay longer than 1 night. It should not use the name beach resort and for sure not boutique hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, great airport transfer.

• Premkumar (8/5): Happy Stay @ Hulhumale...... - We reached Hulhumale ferry station and called the hotel for directions. Within 2-3 minutes they organised free pickup. We were welcomed in the reception with soft drinks and the staffs are friendly. Rooms were good and terrace view was excellent. Very close to beach and airy atmosphere.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Gut für eine Nacht, etwas laut - Nur für die eine Nacht vor dem Rückflug gebucht. Dafür gut geeignet. Sehr neu und sauber. Über hotels.com Halbpension gebucht, im Hotel wusste man zunächst nur von Übernachtung mit Frühstück. Dann aber doch ein Abendessen bekommen. Im Zimmer war bis in die Nacht sehr lauter Dauerlärm (Generator?) zu hören, der irgendwann abgeschaltet wurde.

• Sanyog (4/5): CHARGED 10% EXTRA OVER GOVT. TAXES FOR NO REASON - We booked 3 Hotels in Maldives through Expedia during this trip. Rivethi was the only one that charged us 10% extra on top of Expedia charges which already included all taxes. No bill given at the end. It left a bad taste. We only stayed a couple of hours in this hotel, it was fine. Asif, who manages the property was very helpful.
• Ashir (6/5): Needs more fine tuning - Not the kind of hotel you would want to ramble on and on to your friends and folks back home. The staff over at Rivethi need to be more social and friendlier. They were very reluctant to talk to guests or even respond to basic ques. Staff lacked the fluency in English which made explaining how we liked our meals cooked a bit challenging. Breakfast was great, American styled - no complaints on that. We faced a challenge during our arrival as the contact number on every website was the hotel owner's and we couldn't get through to the hotel to inform our arrival details to be picked up because apparently the owner had traveled abroad a week before & not changed the contact numbers to an alternate number or enabled roaming. The Pros were they were close to the airport and provide free shuttle transfers. It was one of the hotels in Hulhumale that served shisha by the road or beach. The sundeck is spacious and has great views The Cons are they had only 1 shisha pot for the hotel, so we had to smoke it when it was available and not when we wanted to. The beach was not swim friendly, plenty of dead corals just waiting to be stepped on and the water though it was turquoise it wasn't very clean, made us get out immediately at a certain point. Overall - The hotel was new and clean, but the staff and level of service have a long way to go.

• Verified traveler (2/5): They ask for double taxes.not worth. - If you are coming to spend time in Maldives then this is not the hotel you should be in. Better take resorts. This is strictly if you are waiting for your next flight. I had booked it for 98$. Including taxes. 88$ + 10$ taxes. I was asked to pay 108$+10$ . The extra 10$ they were asking as the commission which has to be paid to xpedia\ hotels.com I said I am not going to pay that. I even called up hotels.com and they said you have to pay 98$. This hotel is not recommend. The rooms are extremely small. Thanks
