• Nicole (8/5): - Die Lage des Hotels ist einerseits zentral genug, um alles fußläufig zu erkunden; andererseits sind die Zimmer ruhig. Das Frühstück ist ab 7:00 Uhr und es gibt eine gute Auswahl von z. B. Toast, Müsli, Obst, Kuchen, Rührei, Saft, etc.. Der Wasserdruck und die Wasserwärme waren sehr gut. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Durch einen Ausflug der um 4 Uhr früh startete, habe ich um ein Lunch Paket anstelle Frühstück gebeten. Das war mit einer Scheibe Toast, einem Apfel und einem Getränk, das an diesem Tag das Ablaufdatum hatte sehr übersichtlich. Hier könnte nachgebessert werden. An einem anderen Tag wurde mir versichert, dass ich bereits um 6:40 Uhr frühstücken könne, das hat leider nicht geklappt und war unschön, da ich eine Abholung um 7 Uhr hatte. Die Kommunikation zwischen Rezeption und Frühstückspersonal hat hier leider nicht geklappt.

Very charming and cozy, with a homely feel—extremely comfortable and warm. The interior is interesting. The breakfast is a bit repetitive, but overall everything is tasty and very good.

The day of check out we weren't leaving town until 6pm and they held our luggage and let us use the tea room as needed during the afternoon. Very helpful on a rainy, windy day. Location was perfect as we could walk everywhere. The safe deposit box was not working and they didn't know how to fix it, nor were we offered a different one.

Hotel antigo, mas reformado, mantém seu estilo inglês. A calefação do quarto só funcionou na última noite de hospedagem. Nas demais, dormimos com o ambiente bem gelado Foi necessário colocar a cabeça embaixo do edredom. De nada adiantou avisarmos na recepção.

Hubo temas que tienen que ver con las instalaciones que no nos satisfizo , señal de wifi malísimo, falta de previsión para guardar el vehículo solo para tres . El desayuno pobre para ser un hotel cuatro estrellas. Y nada que ver la relación precio - calidad.con la cantidad de estrellas .

As camas são super confortáveis, a localização é ótima, perto de supermercado, restaurantes e pontos turísticos. Além de ter televisão smart e café/chá/água na recepção durante 24h. O prédio é histórico, muito charmoso e aconchegante e foi uma mansão no passado de Punta Arenas. A internet poderia ser um pouco melhor.

• Kenneth Peter (7/5): Liked our stay, particularly the staff. A charming place. - Staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. Location was excellent. Near plenty of restaurants, historical sites, the waterfront, etc. Not certain about other rooms, but the one we had was quite small for my wife and I. Because of that alone, if I had kids with me, I’d look for a place with larger rooms.

El edificio del hotel es una casa señorial e histórica de Punta Arenas, muy hermosa. Las habitaciones son cómodas y amplias y el personal sumamente servicial y simpático. Desayuno muy bueno y variado
