A nice motel if you don't expect a 5 star for value for money, very comfortable beds. Parking out the second entrance cannot safely park at room 33 as it is the entrance way in and out, can compromise by packing back away from room if no one else has parked there in a larger vehicle

- Marilyn (2/5): Room required a thorough clean, I was glad to leave the next morning and will not be staying there ever again! - The room was large, the TV was good, it had a kitchenette in it and also some lounge chairs to sit on. The sheets were not changed from the previous person staying there . When I went to get into bed at around 9 pm, I noticed all the wrinkles in the sheet on the right hand side of the bed where someone else had slept. When I checked the left-hand side of the bed, I could see the sheet was clean there and no wrinkles so obviously no new sheets were put on our bed. Considering I paid $195 for the night this is not acceptable not to mention health reasons. Also I had to wash some of the crockery as it was still wet from the previous person . Also, the room was was dusty and the coffee, and a biscuits look like they had been there for the last 10 years and not been changed as we’re covered in dust!

Room was facing major highway so lots of truck and car noise. Was very concerned about safety of my vehicle and gear as lots of signs and warning saying no responsibility for theft or damage. - Kristen NZ (8/5): Clean and comfortable - Comfortable and clean, good bathroom and shower, cool aircon in 40 degrees. The cusioned headboard on the bed was a bonus as most places dont have that. We were upgraded from a queen to a king size on arrival, which was excellent as it was very spacious. We had breakfast included but couldn't find where it was available in the morning, as no one was around.

- James (1/5): Dirty room with unwashed sheets and bed bugs!Avoid! - Access to the motel was easy with large parking bays in front of rooms. Check-in process was quick and easy. The first thing I noticed upon entering the room (Room 3) was the stale air and smell. There was a layer of greasy dust on the powerpoint and bench surfaces (see photo). The bed appeared slept in and the pillow showed a head shaped impression of the previous occupant (see photo). I then pulled back the sheets to find BED BUGS on the sheets inside the bed (see photo). The bathroom was also very dirty in a 1970's style brown and beige. The sink was chipped, many of the small brown tiles in the shower had black mould growing and the bathroom smelt like a public toilet. (see photo). I packed my bags back in the car and went to reception desk to check out. They tried offering me an alternative room but I refused and asked for a refund. They agreed but said the refund would take a few days to process... 5 days later I have still not recieved a refund. I will be taking up direct with Booking.com. This is the worst motel I have ever experienced!
