• Philipp (9/5): Immer wieder gerne! - Ich war während des Songkran Festivals da. Das Personal ist unglaublich herzlich. Wir haben auf der Hotelterrasse gefeiert, das gesamte Personal hat mitgemacht und ich habe sogar Freibier bekommen. Ich würde jeder Zeit wiederkommen wollen. Mein Zimmer hatte leider kein Fenster und beim Frühstück gab es leider keinen Cappuccino.

• Estella (9/5): Loved this property, would definitely stay again! - Huge comfortable beds, loved the extra long pillows! One soft and one firm. Breakfast was always lovely, with a choice of 6 or so dishes plus toast/cereal/fruits at the buffet. The room was very clean, and the shower was great pressure. Staff were lovely, always greeting you with a smile. Great location, easy to access the MRT and BTS, plus great restaurants around. The tv wouldn’t work for our trip, it would not connect to the wifi, or allow airplay. We did mention this to staff who tried to fix it, but the issue persisted for the entirety of our trip. It didn’t bother us too much as we weren’t in the room a lot, but would’ve been nice!

• Fareez (10/5): Definitely will come again! - The decor was exactly my style. I also liked that the sink was outside the bathroom. I loved the couch. I also appreciated the location; it was close to the mall and also was located on a quiet street. The blinds of the window did not cover the window 100% so some light was let in in the mornings. I actually don't mind staying in the windowless room.

The room was comfortable, clean, and exactly as described, and the location made everything very convenient. What stood out the most was the service. Even after we had checked out, the staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help us. That level of care really made a difference and left a very positive impression. The only small downside for me was the cash deposit. I received it back without any issues, but it would have been more convenient had it been by card. Having to withdraw an extra 2,000 baht, pay a 250 baht ATM fee, and then exchange it back after checkout meant losing a bit of value. It’s quite a sum that could otherwise go toward things like street food. Just something future guests may want to know in advance.

• Merve (9/5): Amazing location, nice room - The size of the room was great, large enough for a couple wher everyone have their own space. The bed was huge and soft, and the pillows were comfortable! Sounds funny but the fact that they refilled the complimentary (delicious) water was really nice. The location is amazing, you have both BTS and MRT stations nearby (5min walk), which will take you everywhere you need to go. Nothing except breakfast. I didn’t pay extra for breakfast since I had it in my stay included so I don’t care, but I think if it’s not I would actually recommend to skip it. There are so many amazing cafes and restaurants to have amazing breakfast at, I would not spend money on this hotel’s breakfast.

The power outlets are universal as well, there is no need to use a travel adaptor, nice. Wireless mobile charger are available as well. There was a party next door which went on until 5am within a room. We contacted reception twice and they eventually ejected the guests. It's not the hotel's fault but the thin walls and cliente left us with a soured experience.

• Sakalova (1/5): DIRTY! NOISY! READ CAREFULLY NEGATIVE COMMENTS BECAUSE THEY ARE TRUE! - Location is fine. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! NOISY! DIRTY(street noise will not let you sleep)! NOT HONEST MANAGER! We have all trace of chat and emails of our issue if hotel want to claim there is something not true about our review. After we read comments of other clients carefully in google and other platforms we found that we are not first to have this issue. We booked and prepaid a six-night stay at this establishment via Booking.com, based on a listing that described it in particular as “recently renovated.” Upon arrival, the actual condition of the property proved to be substantially different from the description presented on the platform. The common areas and the rooms show clear signs of wear and deterioration (damaged carpets, old and worn furniture, low-quality room doors with insufficient sound insulation). Rooms facing the street are heavily exposed to external noise pollution, while those on the opposite side have no windows. A major failure was identified with regard to hygiene and health safety standards. The room’s air-conditioning system, which is old and noisy, is installed directly above the bed. When the cover was opened, the filters were found to be heavily clogged, with an accumulation of dust and visible mold. This situation represents an objective health risk. This issue was of particular importance, as my wife was staying in Bangkok in connection with a recent ophthalmological procedure requiring a strictly clean and healthy environment. In light of these circumstances, continuing the stay at this establishment could not reasonably be considered. We left the hotel after one night and immediately reported these issues to management, requesting a refund for the five unused nights. The response we received was limited to a refusal based solely on the “non-refundable” clause, without any consideration of the identified deficiencies or their seriousness.
