• Aloha (10/5): Its nice to stay at Noah's Ark. Has very beautiful view. - The place is really nice. We had a very nice and clean room. The staff were accomodating and always smile. Its just that the breakfast serves too late if you want to start your activity early. Late serving or start of breakfast

• Zsolt (9/5): Superb - Perfect place to start exploring Hong Kong for family with young children up to 12 years. An educational centre with interactive rooms where they can spend time if raining outside. Or play on the sandy beach if the weather is nice. The connection from the airport and to the downtown city centre is well connected from the island with a direct shuttle bus. Explore the island, enjoy the restaurants next to the hotel or some local small restaurants with home cooked food 10-15 min waking distance. Poor breakfast as a choice for children

• stroggo (4/5): HK$ 1400/night- But No staff to help with luggage, No hand soap, Not even one water bottle in room. - Useless resort… Noah ark is not fit to be called a “resort” or “hotel”. Literally stealing HK$1400 /night from customer and not providing even the basic facilities. HK$1400 (1277 + tax 128) per Night for Deluxe Double room is already a significantly high price and you get nothing in return!! If you have any shame then you should offer partial refund otherwise you are absolutely shameless resort!!! 1) upon arrival , NO staff present to help take the luggage from car to lobby and then to the room. The child in the family had to carry the luggage. This is a very basic features of a resort / hotel and Noah’s ark is so SHAMELESS to not provide this!!! What’s the reason?? Are your staff too bloody lazy??? Or are they some arrogant princess and prince who don’t want to help with luggage ? Or did you simply not hire enough staff so that you can save costs ?? 2) No hand soap near the wash basin in the bathroom. When asked reception, they gave a STUPID reply that there is shower gel in the shower area. So if one needs to wash hands in wash basin, then need to go into the shower area??? You people don’t know how to run a resort / hotel!!! 3) for the hand wash soap- the reception also said you can buy it from them!!! So they intentionally don’t provide hand soap so that they can make money by forcing customer to pay for it!!! Hand soap is supposed to be included in the room rate/fee!!! 4) not a single water bottle in the room !!! And when asked the reception they said you can take the kettle in the room and fill it from the water cooler near reception. The large kettle doesn’t fit into the small area near the tap of the cooler. So at best you can fill maybe half of the kettle. What a stupid arrangement ??? Did the staff ever think about it that the kettle cannot fit into the water cooler??? Also reception said if you want bottled water then can buy from reception. This is literally stealing money from customer !!! If you really wanna squeeze the customer for bottled water then at least have the decency to provide couple of bottles for the first time!!! And if customer has used up those bottles then maybe you can ask them to pay for more bottles. Otherwise what exactly are you charging $1400 / night for? When you can’t even provide couple of bottles of water , and no hand soap and none of your lazy staff present to help with luggage. What if it’s a woman with baby…. You will still ask her to carry her own luggage?? Useless resort… Noah ark is not fit to be called a “resort”. Literally stealing $1400 /night from customer and not providing even the basic facilities . If you have any shame then you should offer partial refund otherwise you are shameless !!!

• Christel (1/5): Want to pay double? Never ever come here again. - The room was nice and spacious.The location was pleasant with a nice beach right outside. Only a ferry trip away from the centre. This hotel appears fraudulent. They do not have control of their booking system, if rooms are paid for or not. When I booked this hotel I had to pay in advance some time before the trip. That is not a problem. The problem is arriving late here and being forced to pay Again eventhough it was already paid for. She claimed it wasn't, and pretended like nothing when demanding to charge my card before giving me the key. As she, against my will and me protesting, tried repeatedly to charge my card again, the card was not working there eventhough minutes before at another place it did, and my worries increased how much these two days were gonna cost us, and Why we were forced to pay twice. After some angry emails on my part, to this economically incomentent establishment, and contacting Booking.com who was just about to make a case of it, I got money back, after almost two weeks. And a Lower amount than what I paid!! What a Shitplace from hell. Do Not stay here unless you want to be ripped off.

• Angelharpia (6/5): Average,could be more cleaner.But actually, not bad. - My experience is a bit of bad and a bit of good.I went with my family for a stay.We stayed there for 2 nights.It was well on the first night.But on the second night,something horrible happend!A big ant and crocoach have crawled in our room and we were horrified!We called the workers to remove it and finally, there were no more insects. Overall,I think it is an average hotel.

• loveatjournal (8/5): A good afternoon tea deal - We just visited here for their afternoon tea set. The restaurant 豐盛閣 has a wide sea view and the environment is cozy. The tea set for two cost $468 in total, quite a good deal. The quality is also quite good. Spent a lovely evening here : ) As we are Smartone member, we got 30% off for the tea set and have free upgrade to special drinks !
• Marcus (5/5): Alright but not impressive - The location is not too far from Disneyland which was the main purpose of staying there. Family rooms are spacious. The area not very accessible and Ubers cant go in. When you arrive late the whole area is locked and dark and its quite a walk from the taxi drop off zone - not convenient with kids and luggage. The breakfast buffet is at a minimum but the few dishes they have are ok.

There is Níl as a friendly person .And also the barmen in Sunsun Bar were friendy to me. I'm thinking about definitely to come back to this hotel whenever possible for me.

• Verified traveler (8/5): 舒適的住宿 - 十年前曾入住八人大房，今次與家人訂了四人房及兩人房，四人房空間很大有兩個洗手間及兩個企缸，有户外空間可以活動一下，舒適整潔，提供必需的個人用品不會做成浪費。

• YUNG-LANG (8/5): - Many of the parks activities were closed and there were very few staff available to answer questions. The room was very clean and comfortable but other than a bottle of water, no tea, coffee or any other food or beverage amenities were offered in the room. The complimentary breakfast was temperature challenged but fine.

• Chung (3/5): the worse one of 2022. the hotel should be closed for upgrade, such a waste in this good location. - the hotel location is nice, with beach, park nearby, just 10 mintes bus off the city, the environment quiet and peaceful, feels like holiday. The old resident area has convenience shops and restaurant, i.e. Coffee on the Sand, the Turkish style taste nice. as a *** hotel, the facilities is so poor. 1. there is a master light switch only, if you go to washroom in mid night you have to switch on all lights. 2. TV does not connect Netflex, youtube not even a portable USB output, you watch CCTVB and those boring Chinese TV channel only. 3.the balcony is useless, view is blocked by the bldg. itself, there is no night light. the balcony connects to your neighbour, you have to close the blind or you do not feel privacy. 4. food is lousy and the glasses is dirty. 5. as a kids thematic hotel, the facilities is also too common, 6. there is no place for luggage inside the room. The hotel should be upgraded, HK$2000 for 1 night even on 30th Dec (FRI) is not worth. i would NOT recommend to anyone.

• Tiana&trevor (7/5): Away from the city staycation. - It was near the beach, some restaurants and uselect for some drinks and a snacks. The guard in the front when doing the QR code. one of the man guard was very aggressive and rude when asking us the do the QR Code! racist maybe!? looks like it but the receptionist ladies were very accommodating and friendly. Hotel curtain looks very old with moulds 😅

I have use the socket which near the TV.

• JoseAN1167 (10/5): Birthday Breakfast @ Harvest Restaurant - This is just a quick one for Harvest Restaurant, where me & fam had my birthday breakfast. We actually usually come for breakfast on alternate weeks, either as fam or me & wife or kids with their mom Foods served are basic, full buffet, a mix of asian/western..theres fresh cut fruits, salad bar..nothing too fancy or extravagant but definitely make you full in the end. You get a nice view, overlooking Tsing Ma bridge. Lots of seats, high ceiling & spacing between tables are comfortable, especially in regards to social distancing...feel free to take a walk down the beach afterwards to burn off calories or just enjoy the waves rolling in... Depending on hotel occupancy &or time you come, the restaurant can be a nice/quiet place to have a meal. Service is efficient. Special mention to Angel (at reception) & Ching (on floor)...both are very nice & friendly each time we are there..”Ladies, thank you for always for your assistance & making us feel welcomed, like family..” Harvest is a nice place to start the morning, when you dont want to cook your own breakfast but still want to feel at home as you enjoy the most important meal of the day!
• Verified traveler (10/5): 放鬆心情的好地方 - 這次是第一次和朋友到這酒店旅遊，環境清幽，房間比我們預期的還要好，雖然不是5星級酒店設施，但勝在整潔舒適，服務方面：整體都算不錯，如果再加點熱誠和笑容就更佳，11月中是天氣最舒服的時候，享受和暖的陽光，和朋友在沙灘旁的 cafe 下午茶閒聊，真是寫意。
• CHAU HAN (8/5): 舒服放鬆 - 我已經訂咗大半年啦，先可以定到一間4人房(係碌架床有個露台，感覺不錯。我有一位小朋友，佢好鍾意這間房，因為好有新鮮感，佢重來未瞓過這種床。早餐是自助餐，食物種類0k呀，不過洗手間沒有更新面紙，清潔員工要留意吓，大致整體來講可以，下次會再去玩。
• MissHK2009 (10/5): A Fantastic Place under the Mesmerising Tsing Yi Bridge - This place is always full in weekend as it's so popular to family guests with kids. I was lucky enough to be able to book 3 nights here during weekday and at an excellent price (HKD560@). I love the hotel and the environment, as well as Ma Wan island where this hotel is located. A beach is just next to the hotel and is peaceful, beautiful, with the Tsing Yi Bridge just above my head! The room is clean, spacious with a podium. Bed very cozy. Everything functional. Some areas require improvement: 1) I hung the "no disturb" plate outside my door when I left. More than once, they called me and asked if I needed cleaning up. I think they don't have to call guests (a kind of disturbance to me) for confirmation when the no-disturb sign already tells 2) I found 3 cockroaches 🪳 🪳 🪳 , 1 alive 2 died, next to my sliding door in the podium. I dare not stay in the podium or open my door 😓 3) TV channels are too limited. There are some more local free channels but not available here. Transport is fine as there are ferry, buses connecting to the Ma Wan island. Restaurants are very few on the island, 4 western cuisine along the beach. There's a restaurant inside the hotel and I had breakfast everyday at a very good price HKD91 and the food is good. Service so so.

• Verified traveler (8/5): 家庭歡聚好去處 - 從荃灣到酒店，坐巴士NR331很快就到，下車站就在酒店旁。四人家庭房，整潔，有陽台，房間光線充足，但浴室只有沐浴露，如果能提供洗頭水會更好，員工服務友善，酒店附近有沙灘，公園，餐廳，適合家庭遊閒渡假。
