- Jake (10/5): Brilliant local Home stay in the mountains of Dalat - The property is very good value and located near the city centre with a short Grab ride or about a 20 minute walk. You should expect a local Home stay with a nice cooked breakfast by the owner every morning and a lovely balcony view over the mountains. This is not a five star hotel but a local Home stay where you will be treated with hospitality get good recommendations for delicious restaurants and be greeted by the lovely owner when you come and go. Nothing was bad. I would highly recommend it.
- Darcy (10/5): - Awesome stay. Great views of the city from the balcony and friendly owners that make you feel at home
- Olivier (10/5): Good stay - Faulty location in listing - Spacious room, very friendly hosts. The location of the hotel is not configured correctly on the listing. A bit frustrating to walk down and back up a hill with luggage for nothing, and can easily be avoided by fixing the listing. The person living at the indicated location told me a lot of guests come looking for the hotel in his dead-end street.
The correct location can be found in google maps by searching for WCPV+5H
- johns (10/5): - The places is great, big beds, good showers, hot water, good utilities, the lady who runs the place is very lovely. She can also organize bus rides for you
- Monika (8/5): - Great value for money. The room with a fan was simple but comfortable, and there is a shared terrace with a beautiful view of the valley.. The location is good – about a 10–15 minute walk to the town center. The host was very kind, spoke good English (especially for Vietnam), and was very helpful, including assisting us with booking a bus. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

- Mark (7/5): - Lady who ran it..location TV didn't work .only one fan for two bedrooms.breakfast not good but what do you expect for the price.

- Sascha (2/5): Acceptable room, but disappointing management, no support in a difficult situation and issues even with breakfast that w - The location is at a good place and the room is acceptable We stayed at the my dream Hotel during our trip through Vietnam. While the room itself was acceptable and the location fairly central, our overall experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing.
During our stay we were involved in a minor accident where a Grab driver drove into the back of our motorbike. When the police arrived, the situation became very stressful for us as tourists who do not speak the local language.
What shocked us the most was the reaction of the hotel manager. Instead of helping or at least trying to understand both sides of the situation, she immediately sided with the Grab driver and the police. We received no support, no attempt to translate, and no effort to help clarify what had actually happened. As guests of the hotel, we expected at least some basic assistance in such a difficult situation.
In the end we were pressured to pay 1,000,000 VND on the spot, even though the other driver had clearly hit us from behind. Being left completely alone in a stressful situation like this, especially by the management of the hotel where we were staying, was extremely disappointing.
There was also another unpleasant situation regarding breakfast. Our booking clearly included breakfast, but the hotel manager later tried to charge us extra for it. Since we had already paid for breakfast as part of our reservation, we refused and eventually left the hotel without having breakfast at all.
Taken together, these experiences left us with a very negative impression of this hotel. While the room itself was acceptable, the way the management handled these situations showed a complete lack of professionalism and guest support.
Future travelers should be aware that in difficult situations they may not receive any support from the hotel management.

- Fabiooone (7/5): -
- Raphael (10/5): - Nice spacious room, you can even sit upright on the bed, very nice owner with good English, nice little breakfast with fruits, egg and coffee. Nice green balcony with valley view and enough space for yoga. Good and rather quiet location. Also bathroom and shower is good! You hear every noise in the house and scooters and the dog of the neighbours. Otherwise pretty quiet though, No street noise.
- Petra (10/5): Thank you, I would definitely come again :) - The host was very helpful, flexible and friendly. There is a beautiful view from the terrase, where you can have your breakfast or just chill. Place situated in the center, pretty close to the lakes and other tourist attractions. Simple but cosy and very comfortalbe room with all the necessary things.

- Wim (7/5): - Vriendelijke behulpzame host
- Hồ (8/5): -
- Laurie (9/5): Superb -
- Vesta (6/5): Overall, clean and decent place to stay, but wouldn't come back. - Lovely hostess and a cute dog The address is different than indicated in Booking.
It was written that breakfast is included, but I never got it.
When you really need the staff it's almost impossible to reach them - not replying in Whatsapp.
The isolation is very bad, so prepare your earplugs.
- Ruby (8/5): Very good -
- Mafel (8/5): A Cool Place to Stay - The host is awesome, very helpful and accommodating. She shared with us some food since we arrived late and didn't have dinner yet. Nice place, the balcony is cool overlooking the town Not enough toiletries and breakfast is so scanty. Access to the proper is not senior citizen and pwd friendly. It has a very steep road going to the property
- Cortney (10/5): Feels like home! - I loved so much about it! It had such a homely feel. The owners were so lovely and easy going. The room was spacious. The breakfast was small but nice - bananas, tea, eggs, bread. They served it out on the balcony which had a pretty view. The location is tucked away, 30 minute walk to main part, but it’s so easy and cheap to get a grab.
- Ilaria (6/5): “Hotel” is a bit too much for what you get - The host is kind and helpful, she will do what is possible to help you. She speaks perfectly English and is welcoming. The place is clean and tidy. Unfortunately there were a few problems with the house.
The curtains don’t close completely in the room that we got, so a lot of light enters the room and there’s no way of keeping the room dark in the morning.
The breakfast was quite simple, only bread and a bit of jam, and a small banana. You have to pay extra for one egg and, since one of us cannot eat gluten, there was no other option provided, but the price stayed the same.
There were many mosquitoes in the room.
Some of the facilities included in the description (towels and toilet paper) were not there, we also had to ask for an extra blanket as we were given one even though we had two beds.
During our stay there was a worker painting the walls of other rooms, there was a strong smell of painting until the next day, maybe it would be better not to accept guests if there are works in the house.
Please don’t say that the place is accessible by wheelchair, as it is quite problematic even walking there.
- Grace (6/5): Pleasant - The property was really clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was really good and the young lady who works there was so lovely We were told by the owner when we arrived that we couldn’t have the room we booked with a private bathroom on the first night. There was no explanation or apology or partial refund. The owner had been in communication with me during the day about my arrival time which was good but not sure why they didn’t tell me earlier that we wouldn’t have a private bathroom.
- Alexandra (9/5): Superb - The owner is very sweet, the room was very cozy and in a good location. You can hear everything that´s happening in the property.
- Mark (7/5): Comfortable for the price - Comfortable bed, host was very friendly and informative, she let me drop my bag off when I didn't want to pay 100k for early check-in, location is fantastic (short walk down to the lake & 15-20 mins walk from most of the cafes), WiFi was speedy enough for me to do a job interview. Mostly had a very pleasant stay! Lots of mosquitoes in the room (and the odd cockroach) with no net, you can hear every voice & movement in the house, breakfast is only available from 8 (not so good for us early risers!). Also if you want coffee or egg with breakfast you have to pay extra - otherwise it's just bread & jam. Calling that 'breakfast included' feels a bit cheeky to me
- Michael (10/5): Really great, friendly place; excellent value - Really great place. Friendly, helpful and welcoming, and very clean and comfortable. I had an excellent stay here.
- Mathilda (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic stay! The host was super helpful in booking a day tour, and answering any questions. Good breakfast each morning with a great view. The room was comfortable and overall a great stay at a great price
- Thomas (10/5): Lovely homestay - Great location about 10 mins to the main town, you can rent a scooter if you're confident on the roads. We loved our room, it was like a mini apartment with a balcony - it was clean and had everything we needed.. towels were provided, hairdryer and fan! The host was so lovely, very helpful gave us lots of recommendations - some really good places to eat a short walk away!! Very cute small dog :) breakfast was tasty and small charge for coffee. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!! The stairs up to the bed were a bit steep but that's all I can think of!
- Sean (6/5): Homestay, not hotel - I booked a double standard room thinking this was a hotel and wanting my own space. It's not a hotel, it's a homestay, and the standard double room was located right in between the families living room and kitchen. With a window in from the kitchen and another moving panel connecting to the living room, this room just felt odd. Not to mention all the mold on the ceiling, too. Honestly, if it was just labeled as a homestay rather than a hotel, I wouldn't have been too disappointed. This was just my experience with the room I booked, but the family were kind and helpful. I wouldn't be put off this place, but I just wouldn't recommend the standard double room.
- Khac (8/5): Great value! - The host was a great lady with a cute doggo. They were very helpful and friendly. The room was big, even though the bathroom was not too spacious. The stay was great overall.
- Elena (10/5): A small hotel with a hospitable hostess - The hotel is located in a good spot. You can walk to the lake and to the large Go store. The description of the hotel matches the reality. Everything necessary is provided, and both the room and the terrace are clean. On the terrace, you can eat and enjoy the views. In the mornings, the hotel owner prepared a delicious breakfast for us. The owner also helped us rent a car with a driver who gave us an interesting tour.
I would like to highlight that the hotel owner is very hospitable and caring. She helped us with advice.
- W (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely place and attentive host...would give a 9, giving a 10 for Bun, the playful fluffy little dog :)
Would stay again -
- Lisa (9/5): Superb - Host was lovely and so helpful. Let me stay one extra night when I asked her. Big room with a big comfortable bed. Beautiful view from the balcony. Close to restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again! The room upstairs right outside the balcony gets chilly at night so be sure to have enough clothing.
- Thi (8/5): Very good -
- Thi (8/5): Very good -
- Amer (10/5): Exceptional - Enjoy with the local. Good for solo travellers
- Nk_orca (9/5): Superb -
- Yudy (10/5): Exceptional - The host of this beautiful house is willing to help you with whatever you need. The place is very comfortable simply to spend time there and rest, I highly recommend it ❤️
- Đạt (8/5): Very good - The room is big, the hotel is in a secluded area so it's quiet and secured. The balcony and view is exceptional. No hot water. Need to go down a steep slope. There's only street parking space in the street next to it.
- Dương (9/5): Superb - All Nothing
- Maxime (10/5): Very warm and welcoming stay. Would book again if back! - The owner was very sweet, she came with the best tips and they also had rental motorbikes for very good prices.
The room was very spacious and we extended our stay here since it was so good. It was a little bit hard to find, and the way down could be slippery when wet. But there is a sign and stars so it all worked out perfectly!
- Marina (4/5): I don't like places where it is all about money and not about guests - · Good value for money.
· The rooms are big and spacious.
· Location is ok but not the best, not much to do around there.
· It was clean.
· The terrace was lovely, with very nice views from up there.
· Due to an error by a bus company, we arrived one day later. We let her know in advance and the owner accepted the change of date. Although the place itself was nice, we didn't have a pleasant stay there.
· At the time of our stay, the weather was pretty rainy and cold throughout the day. The balcony doors upstairs remain open at all times and the room doors have a good gap, as well as big air vents above the door. Therefore it was cold and we didn't feel very cozy.
· When we arrived, we were put in a different room than the one we booked. Although the room was still advertised online. I read another review from another person who booked a room with a booking discount and was put in a cheaper & smaller room. On the second day, we were offered to move, but with all the stuff we had, we decided to stay.
· The bathroom was extremely small. Every time you enter, you get wet feet because nothing is drying. Mouldy ceiling and walls. Very, very low-pressure water. During some hours of the day, there was no hot water, and when there was, the temperature kept changing from boiling to cold, not constant temperature.
· We rented a scooter from the owner at 12 pm (no fuel). We just fueled up and unfortunately, it started raining like hell, so we had to drive quickly to the hotel again. So basically, we didn't use it that day. The rental was 22 hours. We asked kindly if we could use it the next day, but she was not flexible at all. Her comment: 'Not my fault'. She didn't care we left the deposit full and was negotiating the entire time. Like okay, I give it to you a couple of hours in exchange for 65K more plus a full deposit.
· The offered laundry service price turned out to be per kilo and not per machine (our 5kg = 150K very expensive). Our laundry was hung up all over the common areas/balcony - not very nice to have my underwear shown around. Several pieces remained dirty, others got dirty again because she hung them at dirty doors and whatever else she could find. After 48h our clothes were still wet. She waited to use the dryer until 1 hour before check-out time.
- Alexander (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly host with a cute dog. Enjoyed my time there.
- Dadanao (9/5): Superb - The owner and her family are friendly and kind.
She responded to my asking and suggested the best way of my trip. I know it's because of rainy season, but my room was humid.
- Demailly (10/5): Exceptional - Really nice place with nice peoples and the cutest dog ever. We enjoyed our stay here. They proposed us a quick tour of flower and coffee farm at a cheep price. I recommand it !
- Monique (9/5): Superb - The host was fantastic and where able to help us with a tour for the 1 day we stayed. The accommodation itself is very comfortable and breakfast is good.
- Nela (9/5): Superb - The room is clean and comfy. The owner can rent you a motorbike. The breakfast is tasty but everyday you is same. You get bagguete, jam, egg, fruit and coffee/Tea.
- Giuseppe (7/5): Good - Clean room and comfortable bed. Very nice view from the balcony, where you take your breakfast in the morning, or enjoy a beer in the afternoon Wi-Fi worked not very well. After a month traveling around Vietnam it was the first time that they asked me to pay for the early check in.
- Breda (10/5): Exceptional - It has good location and very friendly staff. They help us organise trips around. It was really beautiful.
- Holly (10/5): Homely, hospitable and welcome! - It had a very clean and homely feel. Our hosts were very hospitable, and we were able to rent a scooter for a very good price which made accessing town even easier! They booked our sleeper bus to Hoi An for another good price, which was great. The breakfast was lovely, with a magnificent view from the terrace. It has been the best place we’ve stayed in a long time travelling, and we highly recommend. Nothing
- Breda (10/5): Exceptional - The location, clean rooms, friendly staff, they help us organise all trips around and give us helpful information.
- Hay (8/5): Very good -
- Breda (10/5): Exceptional - We like quiet location, very friendly and helpful staff and not so far from City center. Definitely it is more than value for your money.
- Rajeev (10/5): Exceptional -
- Manar (7/5): Good - The room was cozy and nice with private bathroom which is small but clean It’s actually a house my room was exposed to the balcony which is for everyone so I woke up because of someone was talking, you need to pay 50,000 if you want to use the kitchen.
- Artem (9/5): Overall it was nice, would recommend. - Nice hostess, very friendly and caring.
Safe bike parking inside hotel.
Tasty light breakfast.
Fast Wi-Fi.
Amazing view from balcony.
Warm thick blanket. -
- Giorgia (9/5): Superb - The host was absolutely lovely and very helpful If you sleep downstairs it is a bit noisy when the people go up and down from the stairs, but if they know you are there I'm sure they will be nicer then my neighbors ahahah
- Kathryn (8/5): Good value, good location stay - Nice, clean property and close to a big Go shopping centre. The room was comfortable and the upstairs shared balcony/terrace was a nice place to hang out. They rented us scooters and allowed us to store our bags before and after check-in and check-out. Only 15 minute walk to the lake. The balcony to the bedroom was not really usable and the room has the staircase run through it, with only a very thin cover over it, so it’s very noisy when people go up and down stairs.
- Adalbertoadalberto (3/5): Poor - A hair dryer was installed in the room. When I arrived at the hotel, the stuff said 'the room is full'.and i was directed to a hotel that was more expensive than the room I had booked.
I was tired cause of the long trip, so I reluctantly accepted.but I don't understand why the staff didn't contact me in advance.
The alternative hotel is far from the city center and inconvenient.
The hotel is like a house, and the staff said, ``You'll be the only one staying there,'' so I accepted.
However, after arriving at the alternative hotel, the staff said, ``Someone comes to sleep on the sofa in the living room at night. It's okay because the key is in the room.''
It's mean she was lying. and it was so scary to spend time in the same house with people I didn't know, with no staff present.
from the second day, I was able to stay at the hotel I had originally booked. However, the staff told her to walk between hotels on her own, so I protested to her, saying, ``It's your fault. Please come and pick me up.''
There were a lot of ants in the room.
My room was next to the common area. It was annoying because the staff talked loudly on the phone in the common area. Also, when someone turned on the lights in the common area, the light beamed into my room, disrupting my sleep.
There were a lot of small flies in the kitchen.
- Justin (9/5): Superb - It took a bit of exploring to find it, but the owner was very nice, and helped me find it through video call.
She - name is Ha - was very helpful all throughout, offering trips, tickets and what not.
The room was excellent, clean and spacious. On the 1st floor is a nice terrace overlooking the area where you can unwind after a long day.
The location is also convenient, just a short walk from the city making it both accessible and more peaceful. Perhaps the shower could have used a bit more pressure, but it was ok. And the roosters around are up quite early :D
- Arseniy (10/5): Exceptional - We really enjoyed living in the Homestay. The owner was so nice and helpful. She suggested us a delicious and nutritious breakfast. The room was clean and had everything we need. The location is close to many attractions of Da Lat.
- Uyên (8/5): Very good -
- Shryggur (7/5): Pretty local house - Quiet picturesque location. Spacious room in good condition. I liked sleeping on a mezzanine. Friendly hosts. I liked crowing roosters outside :) Overall, a pretty genuine experience that fitted the vibe of the city for me. And the wifi was good. It's not a neat hotel, so don't expect anything fancy. The location looks a bit sketchy and you have to walk a bit to reach the nearest avenue – but it's actually safe. The walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbours very clearly. If you're a light sleeper, get your earplugs. No towels or kitchenware – but, honestly, I think I could've asked for it but didn't.
- Emilija (10/5): Exceptional -
- Radoslaw (4/5): Disappointing - -The location was the good and not far from too many places
- Stuff was friendly and helpful with booking of the bus and other activities -The toilet of the property was smelling really bad
- The walls of the room had mould on them which is unacceptable
- Overall the room was not clean, small poos from insects, drapes were really dirty
- also the bedsheets had some kind of white spots on them and just looked unpleasant
- James (10/5): Communication. View. Local information. - Ha and her son T were extremely helpful with local information and booking transfers and scooter. They were quick and effective at communicating on WhatsApp.
I felt welcomed into the home. Simple and local is everything I could ask for from a homestay, great value for money.
The view from the balcony was awesome too! The scooter helmets we were initially given were both broken but we eventually got some safer ones and I'm pretty sure we ended up using Ha's personal one. This is an easy fix to buy a couple of extra ones for rental...
Although more or less clean there were areas of the room that could do with a little extra deep clean like window areas and beside the bed.
Access to refillable water would be a plus but it was okay to boil the kettle and refill our bottles that way.
- Smith (5/5): Passable - Host helpful Facilities not what we were expecting, no air conditioning
Water everywhere in shower, over toilet, floor seeped water 24 hrs after.
- Wanis (8/5): Very good - wonderful people, lovely place , clean with all facilities one might need. close to everything. would recommend a 00%
thank you for the stay
- Vlada (9/5): Very good located homestay with everything you need and warm and helpfull hostess - The homestay is very nice located, near the city center, the bus station and the supermarket. The room wasn't new but was still nice, and there is a big open terrace where it is so nice to have breakfast with a great view. The hostess is very helpful and attentive, she took us from the station, helped us to find everything we need in the city. She was very nice to us and our kids and gave us lemon and honey when one of our sons was ill. The breakfast was also nice and tasty. If we come back, we wouldn't look for any other place.
- Miriana (8/5): Very good - Amazing view on the town
- Danielle (9/5): A real homestay - great value for money - It was a proper homestay - the family are so lovely and welcoming, they help with local information, tours, renting motorbikes etc.
Breakfast on the balcony each morning was lovely.
My room was huge and the bed was super comfortable.
The location was convenient - just a short walk to the center.
Great value for money - would stay again. The room could have been cleaner - sheets and surfaces were clean (the main things).
Just a few cobwebs and things, but no big deal.
- Anonymous (8/5): a warm lovely homestay - Cozy, warm and quiet. Lovely view from balcony. The young landlord was super nice and pretty, she was so soft and friendly soundproofing wasnt good, I kept hearing noise from across my room. Not quite private.
- Shinde (9/5): Superb -
- Hobbityao (10/5): A hidden gem in Dalat - The host is very friendly, keen to answer any questions you have, and even able to book a bus for you.
Nice mountain view with a bit of lake in sight from the window in the room.
The family room is so cheap and probably could fit 4 people.
The style of the room is simple and more like a B&B place, rather than a hotel.
The location is not the most ideal, but still like 10-15min walk to the lake, and 10min walk to some eateries.
Very relaxing atmosphere. I love it.
