Rémi (2/5): - J'ai seulement deux choses positives à partager: la vue de notre chambre et le personnel. Sinon, le lit n'était pas fait à notre arrivée. Arriver tard la nuit après la route pour faire le lit était très désagréable. En plus, les draps avaient des vielles taches. La couette sentait la sueur (pas lavé du tout). Les oreillers étaient très durs et PAS DU TOUT confortables. Le matelas pareil, on dirait un faux matelas. Conclusion: nous avons très mal dormi. La chambre avait de la poussière un peu partout. Le matériel est très vieux, et ne donne pas l'impression d'être propre (table de nuit, armoire, etc). Au point que nous n'avons pas eu envie de tester le restaurant au cas où ce sont les mêmes conditions. Nous avons décidé de dormir seulement deux nuit d'un séjour de quatre nuits, et d'annuler notre séjour car nous n'arrivons pas à nous reposer la nuit. L'accueil Nous a même pas proposé de nous rembourser la taxe de séjour pour le jour non utilisé. Bref, nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel du tout.

alexandre (8/5): Très bien sauf le petit déjeuner! - Appartement très sympathique proche de l’accès piscine. Deux piscine dont une avec une pataugeoire, idéal pour les enfants. Seul bémol, le petit déjeuner que je déconseille fortement, 12€ par adulte et 5,50€ par enfants. Des viennoiseries de la veille extrêmement dure, du jambon dont les bord étaient sec et dure, les pommes pourries. Nous aurions mieux fait de prendre de quoi déjeuner dans l’appartement qui lui est très bien!

Dans cette chambre il n’y a rien qui n’ait de telle valeur même si je partais avec leur petite télévision elle ne vaudrait pas ce prix là. Il n’y a pas de minibar. Je ne comprends pas la raison de cette demande insensée. Soi-disant la direction l’impose, cependant je doute fortement que le siège ait la main sur les check-in. Ce qui m’a particulièrement blessé c’est l’attitude du personnel parce que j’étais stupéfaite de devoir laisser 300 €. Si vous arrivez après 19:00 la réception est fermé donc pas de caution. C’est ridicule. Je suis déjà venue dans cet établissement récemment et on ne m’avait rien demandé. Je n’ai pas le profil de quelqu’un qui va détériorer le mobilier. Je suis profondément vexée spécialement par l’insistance de la responsable qui sait que je suis propriétaire d’un hôtel qui pourtant me suggère d’aller retirer 300 € en espèces au distributeur (alors qu’on est en raze campagne et qu’il n’y a rien au alentours) si je ne veux pas donner ma carte bancaire en préautorisation. C’est une honte, je ne mettrai plus les pieds dans cet établissement, je me suis sentie humiliée. Je choisis cette halte en point de chute sur la route prévu sur un trajet d’une fois par mois. J’ai failli partir mais il n’y a rien à 50 km à la ronde. Sinon pour le prix la chambre est correcte mais le personnel manque fortement de diplomatie.

david (6/5): - Upgraded room to get balcony but when I got there, it was ground level room, no balcony. When I went to front desk to show receipt that I paid for balcony room, they told me that my patio area is the same thing. That’s not the same thing. Patio and balcony are too different things. If I wanted ground floor patio, I would have booked that. Besides, it’s not much of a patio area anyway, just more walk space to gate. Plus the bushes surrounding the area block any view. Pictures didn’t match the room that I uploaded to pay for. The area over all is nice considering how budget friendly it is and I’m sure the other rooms are nicer too but unfortunately I feel like I didn’t get what I thought I paid for. They put me in the worst room out of all of them.

Virginie (6/5): Bel endroit idéal famille mais hygiène à revoir - Endroit très agréable et très bien pour une famille. Les piscines sont grandes et il y a des endroits pour les tous petits. Les logements sont grands et bien équipés cependant le mobilier est très vieillissant. Literie pas confortable avec présence de punaises de lit (signalé à l’accueil)

Laetitia (4/5): - Hôtel de vacances dans son jus ! Ça ressemble à une résidence Time-Share reprise par un Groupe mélangeant des maisons individuelles avec des appartements entre propriétaires y vivant et vacanciers… Les parties commune ressemblent à ceux d’une maison de retraite. La réception nous installé dans une chambre face rue alors qu’il y avait peu de monde et des chambres disponibles à l’opposé côté jardin ! Des familles peu fréquentables même pas clientes squattent la piscine ! Pour le prix ça reste passable dans le cas d’un séjour une nuit pour affaire (juste dormir) !

Pas pu accéder à l’hôtel, pas d’envoi de code… vous avez référencé une mauvaise adresse mail à l’hôtel qui a envoyé les infos … résultat, j’ai trouvé porte close et j’ai dû prendre une nuit dans un autre HOTEL à 21h30 !! Déplorable !!!! Inadmissible !! Toujours la même chose avec vos sites de réservation !! J’attends mon remboursement immédiat !!! Je ne passerai plus par vous et appellerai les hôtels moi même pour réserver !!!!

REGINE (6/5): - Nous sommes arrivés à 12h Accueil mitigé pour certaines personnes Nous demandons si possible d’avoir l’appartement pour quelle heure, on nous rappelle le règlement Accès à la location pas avant 17 heures à moins de payer 75 € et là vous pouvez avoir votre appartement immédiatement Appartement Vieillissant, chaise cassée parasol cassé De plus réglementation plutôt excessive en terme financier si vous ne rendez pas les bracelets qui vous donne accès à la piscine à la fin de votre séjour il vous en coûtera dix euros par bracelet, Donc attention à ne pas les perdre, plus un inventaire dans la location avec des prix exorbitants en cas de casse ou de manque à votre départ Sinon la région est très jolie, La résidence est calme
cucina (2/5): - La responsable de l’établissement, il était méchant my professionnel il nous mal traiter les choses qu’on était prévenu. Il était pas clair. J’ai pas aimé du tout sa façon vers les clients. C’était horrible. mauvaise affaire.
Verified traveler (4/5): Møgbeskidt lejlighed. Vi kommer ikke igen!! - Vi havde en dårlig oplevelse!! Lejligheden var møgbeskidt og gulvet var levende af myrer. Terrassen, som egentlig var der man ville opholde sig, var snavset og tilgroet af ukrudt ligesom at havemøblerne var fyldt med fuglelort. Vi kom igennem de 5 overnatninger ved kun at være på stedet for at sove. Poolen prøvede vi den sidste dag. Egentlig et fint poolområde - dog var poolen til den kølige side. Vi kommer IKKE igen.
Lasse (10/5): Virkelig godt - Det er et skønt, rent, pænt sted. De private pools er for små til at svømme baner, men det kan man så gøre i én af de tre fælles pools. Det er nok ikke et sted, man skal tage hen uden bil, fordi det ligger lidt afsides. Men der er masser af gratis p-pladser og en p-kælder. I bil er der masser af steder at køre til tæt på fx en lækker sø med masser af bademuligheder, natur, hyggelige Callian, Cannes. Og Monaco ligger ca. 70 minutter derfra. Vores lejlighed var ren, fin og A/C'en var god. Og der manglede ikke grej i køkkenet.

Lola (8/5): Très bon séjour au calme - Établissement propre et calme. Les studios sont bien équipés avec terrasse et coin cuisine avec le nécessaire. Il manque toujours des matelas sur les transats à la piscine et les matelas du lit sont très durs. Toujours pas de lit double. Wifi très lent mais présent. A part cela excellent séjour avec personnel très agréable. J'y retournerai avec plaisir.
Geir (8/5): Du må ordne deg selv - Vakrere sted i Provence enn den lille fjellandsbyen Callian skal du lete lenge etter. Men, "hotellet" er egentlig en samling leiligheter der du må ordne det meste selv. De reklamerer med spa, men har det ikke. Ingen romrengjøring under oppholdet. Vil du ha byttet håndklær så koster det 4 euro pr.pers hver gang. Du må kjøpe toalettpapir selv. Ingen dusjsåpe eller sjampo. Usannsynlig harde syntetiske puter som ikke kan byttes. osv.osv … Dette er altså ikke et hotell i vanlig forstand. Du får en leilighet/rom og må ordne deg selvog kjøpe det du trenger under oppholdet. Flott bassengområde. Restauranten er kun åpen noen få timer midt på dagen, og serverer ikke middag. Kun enkle lunsjretter. Men byen er likevel verdt besøket. En tilgir alt i det øyeblikket en kommer inn i den. PS! Wi-fi var så tregt at det med nød og neppe kan kalles wifi. Ingen særlig mobildekning heller.

Verified traveler (4/5): - Die Anlage war Ende Mai immer noch nicht aus dem Winterschlaf geholt worden und man hatte den Eindruck die Außenanlage seien sich etwas selbst überlassen.. Kinderspielplatz (abgebaut, zu gefährlich). Restaurant nur im Juli und August (entgegen anderslautenden Infos auf der englischen Webseite). Heated Pool (etwa 19 Grad)... Wohnung aber absolut okay.
Carin (6/5): Självhushåll med hårda sängarna i vacker miljö - +Vackra vyer, fin växlighet och läckert poolområde. Lugnt och stilla. Personalen i receptionen talade bra engelska. Man kunde beställa färskt bröd till självhushållningens frukost. Vi prövade inte restaurangen. - Sängarna var stenhårda! Påverkade vår sömn. -Det saknades mycket porslin, vilket vi påpekade vid ankomst men det åtgärdades inte under vår vistelse. - Vi utcheckning fungerade inte datasystemet så det blev lite krångligt ang hur mycket vi skulle betala. Det löste sig i efterhand. Skulle verkligen kunna tänka mig att återvända om det inte vore för de hårda sängarna.
Tony (6/5): voor een goedkoop verblijf in cote d'azur - De accommodatie maakt deel uit van een bungalow / appartementen park. Vergeleken met andere accommodaties in de omgeving is het relatief goedkoop. Het appartement is eenvoudig maar schoon, minpunten: kapotte toiletbril, gammele wastafelkraan en vreemde lucht bij binnenkomst. Personeel is niet heel vriendelijk. Zwembad zit vaak vol met spelende kinderen. Het complex zit in de bergen op 45 min rijden van zee, maar ligt pal naast een leuk bergdorpje. Corridor naar het appartement is donker en totaal niet sfeervol.
