La mancanza di cura e attenzione. In camera mancavano l’istruzione per il wi-fi e l’indicazione dei numeri per chiamare i vari servizi. Inoltre la lista delle attività e dei menù disponibili era stampata su carta stropicciata e i fogli erano uniti in modo da non mostrare interamente le scritte. Abbiamo prenotato il servizio di trasferimento in aeroporto per un orario ma poi l’autista è arrivato con più di un’ora di anticipo perchè gli era stato comunicato un orario errato.

Prior to the visit, guests must deal with the reservation department. They are robotic and very difficult to connect with. It's also important to note that buildings are being built all around the property so outside of the property is all Construction.

We booked it as it was slightly out of the way, not in the Denpasar busy area. You end up having a small villa for yourself, no shared walls with your room neighbours, and the living area/shower room are massive!!! We would definitely recommend 👌🏻

- Svetlana (8/5): Great hotel in a remote location - Tranquil location, not crowded. The garden villa with its own swimming pool is amazing. Breakfast has lots of options and definitely recommend the group grill dinner at the Lily restaurant. The road to the hotel, especially the last 500 meters are pothole after pothole. The hotel is doing a lot of maintenance work, which is great for future clients, but annoying for current visitors.

- Karolína (9/5): Nice place to stay - Amarta Beach Retreat is a very nice and calm place. Like time has stopped. Loved the green complex, pools and always smiling staff. Instead of one double bed, there are two single beds pushed together. You are not allowed to swim in the sea, just be prepared for it. The restaurant is quite expensive and does not offer anything special or extremely good.

- RAJIV KUMAR (10/5): It was memorable and will definetly go back. - The location is out of this world. Very green, lush and with private beach. All staff were just so great that we felt like being treated by family. To name a few Mr. Gede (the F&B manager) is a gem. He made sure we were taken care or to the smallest detail. A true professional yet so homely at the same time. Also the General Manager Mr. Made made sure he talked to each guest atleast once every single day - something which is rare these days. Also, Ms. Setia, Ms. Wina, Ms. Tia, Ms. Indra (from spa), Mr. Putu (supervisor), Mr. Dewa(housekeeping) and Mr. Zafan, deserves special mention for their extremely professional and warm hospitality. They truly are assets to Amarta. We had a small discomfort at our Villa and the management was more than happy to listen to us and do the needful at all times to make us feel comforted thereafter. Bed and Pillows are so comfy. The property was so good that we cancelled our next booking at another property and ended up staying in Amarta for seven nights instead of our original plan of three nights. Thank you very much Team Amarta for giving us a lifetime of memories. The only restaurant in the property has a limited menu (though the chef tried to accommodate our special requests as far as he could). But if you are staying for more than 2-3 nights, the limited options for all three meals becomes monotonous. The garden and walkways could use more lights to make it safe during darker hours. The three bedroom villa we stayed could use a bit more of regular maintenance. The staff should check the lights, TV, microwave etc is in working condition before arrival of guests every time (though they were happy to assist when notified). The private pool was of good size, but no fixes cleaning schedule unless requested. It clearly requires daily cleaning due to insects etc. falling into the water throughout the day. The plants, bushes etc in the private garden and the public walkway requires regular maintenance as well to ensure continued safety during darker hours. Garbage bin inside the villa not cleared by the cleaning staff daily, unless notified. As the kitchen being open to the garden area, even a small bit of food particle invited 100s of ants to the garbage bin, which made it unsafe for smaller kids. Less options for entertainment within the property, though the restaurant had some board games etc. These are just honest suggestions to improve and definitely not complaints or show stoppers. Will not affect our decision whether to stay there agin or not !

Die Sonnenuntergänge sind einzigartig und man kann sie vom Pool und Garten aus bewundern. Das Personal ist stets sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man merkt das die älteren Villen etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind und nur wenig gemacht wurde (die defekte Duschbrause vom letzten Jahr war noch dieselbe) Die neueren Villen hingegen sind top.

- AdamS (9/5): Tydzień fajnego wypoczynku - Hotel jest kameralny i cichy, usytuowany w doskonałej lokalizacji – bezpośrednio przy pięknej, czarnej, piaszczystej plaży. Dwa baseny na terenie obiektu tworzą idealne warunki do wypoczynku i relaksu. Otrzymaliśmy przestronny bungalow, który był dużym plusem: znajdowała się w nim bardzo duża łazienka, bardzo wygodne łóżko oraz taras. Cały pobyt oceniam jako wyjątkowo komfortowy. Na terenie obiektu działa świetna restauracja. Choć ceny można określić jako europejskie (nie należą do najniższych), jedzenie jest bardzo smaczne. Hotel na totalnym odludziu, z zerową komunikacją publiczną. Transport prywatny (Uber, Bolt) jest problematyczny — kierowcy odmawiają kursów lub stosują wysokie dopłaty. W okolicy nie ma żadnych sklepów.

- Eric (7/5): Das Haus ist immer noch gut, hat aber nachgelassen. - Die sehr gepflegte Anlage direkt am feinen, schwarzen Strand für Leute die Ruhe suchen top. Das Frühstück und die Ausstattung der Zimmer suchen ihresgleichen. In der Vergangenheit war das Frühstück noch umfangreicher. (Säfte werden kleiner, Obstsalat spärlicher). Ich habe das Haus bereits mehrfach besucht und technische Probleme, wie zum Beispiel die Klimaanlage in einigen Zimmern funktioniert über Jahren nicht richtig.
- Beatrix (8/5): Très bel établissement - Le resort est l'endroit idéal pour se reposer, se détendre, profiter du calme et des 2 piscines, se faire gâter par un personnel aux petits soins. L'ensemble est hyper bien entretenu. Piscines à débordement avec vue sur l'océan, très agréable. Par contre, si vous souhaitez dîner ailleurs, il faut prendre 1 taxi local ( pas de Grab autorisé pour la prise en charge, uniquement la dépose ) car l'hôtel est très à l'écart. Seminyak est à presque 1h30 - à titre indicatif. Le prochain grand supermarché à 45 min. Il y a un restaurant, très bon d'ailleurs, et un bar. Cocktails, bières, vin. Les prix ne sont pas forcément très bon marché. Possibilité de massages, Spa, laverie. Très appréciable est également le Service sur sa propre terrasse Chambre deluxe, vue Océan, vraiment top, spacieuse, avec une 2ème pièce en guise de dressing, très grande SdB. Les stores mériterait un petit rafraîchissement par contre. Sinon dans l'ensemble c'est parfait pour 2 jours de totale décompression. Petit-déjeuner copieux L'éloignement

- David (8/5): - Overall, it was a very nice stay. We've had massages all over the world and we both agree, this was the best massage we've ever had. The property was clean and comfortable, but showed a little in terms of age. Would be nice to have a designated smoking area for those who choose to do so. There was no swimming allowed at the beach due to high surf. Also, the spa was located right next to the road instead of the ocean. As such, motorbikes were regularly heard buzzing by. Na miejscu restauracja, bardzo duże porcje i smaczne jedzenie. Okolica hotelu sielankowa, można spacerować wśród pól ryżowych i dżungli. Niedaleko warung, sklepik i wypożyczalnia skuterów.

- Laura (10/5): Struttura insuperabile - Struttura pazzesca,panoramicamente parlando davvero meravigliosa in tutto.Camera stupenda,pulitissima,noi avevamo una villa con giardino,bagno grandissimo con una vasca enorme al centro della stanza..si respira un’aria di pace incredibile rispetto a tante zone incasinate di Bali.Avremmo voluto rimanere di più,davvero tutto bello.Colazione ottima e il ristorante buono anche per la cena

- AYA (5/5): ロケーションは素晴らしいけど中身がもったいない - スパがとても上手だった。 値段も安いのにクオリティーが高く極上なひと時だった。 レストランが１つしかなく、メニューが少なかった。 売店や周りにみせもないのが不便だった。 部屋は清潔感があったが、ベットに蟻がたくさんいて気持ち悪かった即部屋を変えてくれた。 部屋でたくさん虫に刺されてしまってとても残念でした。 ランドリーが休みだったのが信じられなかった。

- Kristof (8/5): Een absolute topper voor een rustig verblijf in Bali - Prachtige ligging, zeer rustig voor Bali en zeer behulpzaam personeel ook als er vragen waren. Zeer vriendelijk personeel maar waren de engelse taal niet zo machtig. Zorgde voor wat miscommunicatie.

- Salah (9/5): ثلاث ليالي في تابانان - إطلالة الجناح على المحيط كانت خلابة . حديقة الفندق خضراء و غناء . وجبة الإفطار لذيذة و شهية. خدمة تنظيف الغرف يومية . السرير مريح. الوسائد مريحة . مساحة الجناح ممتازة و المكان فسيح. إطلالة المسيحين المباشرة على المحيط . المطعم يقع و يطل على البحر مباشرة يحضر أطباقا جيدة و خصوصا البيتزا . الفندق مكان مثالي للاسترخاء و الهدوء و الاستجمام و التشمس و الراحة و السكينة و الروقان و للعيش بين أحضان الطبيعة ، أما زجير المحيط فقد كان يحدث في النفس راحة ، و في القلب طمأنينة ، و في الصدر انشراحا ، و في الذهن صفاء ، و في الروح نقاوة ، و في الأعصاب هدوءا . فندق ممتاز و أتمنى أن أعود إليه في القريب العاجل 😍🥰🥹👍 الموقع بعيد نسبيا لكنه يستحق العناء . منطقة الشور أو الدوش كانت مكشوفة السقف فلم أشعر بخصوصية كبيرة . زجير المحيط كان قويا بعض الشيء في الليل . مطعم الفندق و كذلك خدمة dining 🍽 room ينتهي عملهما بعد الساعة العاشرة و النصف مساء . لم تكن خدمة الفطور العائم متاحة في مسبحي الفندق .
