- Annette (10/5): Schlicht sauber günstig und sehr liebenswert. - Die schlichte und sehr saubere und sehr gut durchdachte unterkunft hat mir unglaublich gut gefallen. Man merkt, dass hier Frauen am Werke sind und alles logisch und sinnvoll eingerichtet ist. Mein Zimmer war vielleicht 7 m² groß, aber es war alles drin, was ich brauchte, dazu muss man wissen, dass ich sehr adipös bin. Es hat trotzdem alles gut geklappt. Das Badezimmer war neu und mit Bidet und die Dusche mit gutem Wasserdruck. Jeden Morgen wurde mein Zimmer gereinigt. Das Frühstück war genau richtig für mich, denn ich brauche morgens nur ein Brötchen und einen Kaffee. Es war kein Schnickschnack, das finde ich gut. Wer braucht denn schon bitte diese ekligen Würstchen zum Frühstück. Oder eine teure Minibar? ch brauche auch keinen Safe. Eine Küche für alle mit Kühlschrankwasserkocher und Mikrowelle war bereitgestellt. Und alles hier ist mit Vertrauen. Auch die Gäste Alles super Es war hier alles wie früher, ich kam mir in Venedig vor wie eine Einheimische in den alten Häusern mit alten Möbeln, es war perfekt. Wenn man möchte, kann man hier auch beten, es gibt eine Kapelle und es gibt einen sehr schönen Garten. Alles ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Auch Restaurans, ich hatte viel Regen leider und musste nicht weit gehen um Essen zu können. Ich habe hier sehr rubhig geschlafen, eine Möwe hat abends ein Lied gesungen, ansonsten war es super. - Raymond (10/5): - As a single traveller, on a budget, this place was an ideal stay! It was quiet, peaceful, with a beautiful garden, quiet canal out front, and a simple but solid breakfast! The staff mostly leaves you be as there is definitely a vibe of peace and contemplation, which is the perfect break for a hectic city like Venice in May when I stayed. I love this place!!!

A reggeliző helyiségben apáca segédkezett (több is), anya nagyon örült volna, ha találkozhatott volna azzal, aki 2026.04.29.-én és 2026.05.01.-jén volt ott. (Anya már nem él, nagyon szerette a vallásos dolgokat és az apácákat.) A recepción tudtam kérni hajszárítót, amit természetesen vissza adtunk. A szobában lehetne pici hűtő, és vagy vízforraló vagy mikró. Az itt tartózkodó vendégek sokkal jobban figyelhetnének a lift ajtók becsukására, mert amikor kiszállás után nem csukják vissza, a lift nem hívható addig.

- Lucy (9/5): - This is phenomenal place to stay based on price, location, and safety. This place is such a gem! It is on a residential street but just a few minutes’ walk from a bustling square with great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Everything I wanted to see was within a 20 minute walk, and it’s also just a few minutes’ walk to the major bus station and water taxi stop. I felt safe walking around in the neighborhood as a solo female traveler even at night. The rooms are nothing fancy but they are very clean and the bedding is comfy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! They only provided one tiny packet of shampoo for my four day stay, so I had to purchase my own at a pharmacy. But that is a minor inconvenience!

Hauptsächlich ist für mich der Preis ausschlaggebend, abgesehen davon gefällt mir aber die Atmosphäre des Hauses. Alles ist reduziert, im Zimmer gibt es nur das Notwendigste, aber das ist eben auch tatsächlich da, alles ist gut gewartet und funktionsfähig. Das Badezimmer scheint vor einigen Jahren neu renoviert worden zu sein. Alles ist blitzsauber. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber es gibt immerhin frische Brötchen, Käse, Butter, Marmelade, Yoghurt und Müsli. Und einen Kaffeeautomaten. Die Nonnen sind sonst nicht viel zu sehen, aber beim Frühstück wachen sie über die Abläufe und helfen mit. Man hat das Gefühl, dass das Haus gut geführt ist, auch die (weltlichen) Mitarbeiter:innen an der Rezeption und das Reinigungspersonal sind sehr freundlich. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass das Frühstück nicht schon um 9:00 Uhr endet, sondern zumindest bis 9:30 geht. Ich möchte nicht auch noch im Urlaub früh aufstehen müssen.

Manque d'informations touristiques, distributeur de café au rdc pas signalé, nous l'avons découvert par hasard, idem pour la cuisine avec frigo, etc... Le café du petit déjeuner n'est pas bon Un groupe de jeunes très bruyants la 1ère nuit, nous avons dû le signaler à la réception le lendemain matin car la personne de la réception n'est pas intervenue.. le problème a été résolu pour la nuit suivante

I had a room with a canal view which was incredible. breakfast was coffee, fruit juices and simple selection of ham, cheese, bread and cakes. there was also a room with a fridge, microwave, hot water kettle and plates and cups. you had to ask for cutlery, and I would recommend if you wanna drink tea, bring a travel mug to take it back to your room. the shared bathrooms are super clean. this hotel has incredible value and is easy to get to. mattress was a little too soft, and it was a single bed which is fine but a double bed would be more comfortable. curfew is at 12am-6am so its just something to keep in mind. Also for breakfast it would be nice if there were eggs and for the milk some kind of dairy alternative like soy milk or oat milk.

My plane was delayed and I risked being locked out for the night with just 15 min. to spare. I also didn't like the unfriendliness in the breakfast room and limitations to filling a water bottle. The rude behaviour was not very "Catholic" or worse, it was and intended to make guests feel guilty.

- Huda (9/5): Very good overall - Location is good, place is clean and calm. Good place if you want a break from the Venice crowds. The breakfast could be better - boiled eggs would be great or other savoury options.

- Vanda (7/5): Location location location - Location was great, close to train and bus station. Easy walk to anywhere. Quiet and relatively comfortable beds. Good variety of breakfast options which were constantly refreshed. The kitchen facilities are extremely basic. Just a kettle, fridge and crockery. No kitchen utensils or a microwave even. Had to request cutlery from reception and was given plastic not metal.

TUVE QUE DORMIR VESTIDA , aunque me dieron una frazada. Vieja .Casi sin muebles. Sábanas de hace 50años. Sin un jabón. Baño compartido. Más fría todavía al dar la ventana al río...ADEMAS ME SOMETIERON A UNA DOBLE PERNOTACION. Yo sólo contrate 1 sola habitación. No entiendo cómo me cobraron 2, con un descuento. NO FUE MI ERROR. Favor reembolsar lo cobrado por demás como punitorio. Lejos de la estación. Lejos de San Marcos. Lejos de ca' Oro. No avisaron sobre los miles de puentes SIN RAMPAS donde transitar con valijas uno tras otro. Quitar este alojamiento de la lista. CRINGE
- barbara (7/5): het verblijf zou prima zijn als de prijs kwaliteit verhouding beter klopte - de locatie, vlak bij stration en een heel rustige straat prijs relatief hoog voor het weinige comfort, het ontbijt was behoorlijk karig, de man achter de receptie was niet erg hartelijk (de vrouwen die ons hielpen daarentegen wel)

- Lars (5/5): - Mooie rustige locatie met mooie binnentuin. Toen ik binnenkwam kreeg ik meteen ren afgesnauwde WAT naar me toe terwijl ik al zei dat ik wou inchecken. Kamer zag er prima uit, irritant dat de airco niet kouder kon vanwege keuze van hun. Bed kraakte extreem erg en lag niet super lekker, verder was het echt heel luid je kon nog net niet de mensen naast je horen ademen.
- friedrich (6/5): - Sauberes Zimmer, Frühstücksbuffet ok. Zimmer sehr einfach ausgestattet. WC und Dusche am Gang. Sehr hellhörig, man hört vom Nachbarn jedes Wort.
- Trevor (8/5): - The room was simple but had everything I needed and was kept very clean by the excellent staff. The free breakfast was delicious and was the perfect start to my days while I stayed there. The only problem I had was that the bug screens on the windows didn't seem to be doing there jobs. There were always a handful of mosquitos trying to bite me in the night and in the morning.

- Quinn (9/5): It was lovely! - I loved the location! Easy access to buses and trains! And I loved the people! The nuns are so kind! Only mild complaint was the bed was a little hard but really was not too bad! I’m thankful for somewhere to sleep!
- Margaret (7/5): Great location. - Location is great and a good value. Breakfast is better than the standard Italian breakfast There were mosquitoes in my room. I mentioned when I checked out and they said they had a machine or something I could have picked up in reception but I didn’t know to ask for this.
- Alle Namen Schon Vergeben (10/5): Extravagante Unterkunft - Wow ... eine solche Location ist extravagant. Davon erzählt man gern. Haus, Zimmer, Bad, Umgebung, Frühstück ... alles sehr reduziert. Ich habe es richtig genossen aus einer Sorte Wurst und einer Sorte Käse "auszuwählen". Herrlich! Manch junger Gast musste von mir um 22 Uhr darauf hingewiesen werden, das Ferngespräch am Telefon nicht brüllen bedeutet, soweit ist die Technik heute schon. 😉

- Ruth (10/5): - This was a GREAT hotel to stay in! The location, although it's a little far from the main tourist area in Venice (you can definitely walk there, though), was wonderful! Very peaceful and not crowded at all! The breakfast is extremely convenient, too. A couple of things I would have liked to know beforehand: this looks like a convent (not sure if it still is). Nuns provide you with breakfast, and there's a lot of religious paraphernalia. You also have a midnight curfew. You can pay a fee to have someone let you in after hours, if needed. This did not hinder our experience; if anything, it made it more fun, but maybe keep that in mind if you want to party in Venice (not that Venice is a huge party city, to be honest). Overall, great experience!

- Eduardo (4/5): Decepcionado 🫤🫤🫤 - Las habitaciones aunque incómodas son espaciosas y no ruidosas. No hay nada más que me haya gustado 🫤 No quiero sonar negativo pero es un espacio sobrevalorado. Sali muy decepcionado . Entiendo que es un convento acondicionado para recibir huéspedes pero por el precio que se paga carece de muchas comodidades que incluso un b&b si ofrece. De entrada el ascensor es más viejo que Venecia. Las habitaciones básicas: camas y almohadas incómodas. El wifi no funcionó ningún día . OJO no puedes entrar o salir del hotel entre 12 y 6 am así que olvídate de tardaste más en la cena ( y eso lo avisan una vez que ya reservaste ) así que ya no puedes hacer nada. . El desayuno, es un pan un jamón y un queso. Y las monjas te observan si se te ocurre a servirte más . Si por error dejas una toalla en el piso te cobran 20 €. La calle para llegar al lugar es súper tenebrosa le falta toda la iluminación. En fin Yo sé que rentando las habitaciones se ayudan Pero hay otros alojamientos más baratos y más cómodos.
