- Daphne (3/5): - The property was I guess doing construction and had no elevators! And they put us on the freaking 4th floor! đĄ The price they charged for 1 night, and the no elevator, and being on the 4th floor, sucked bad!
- Derwin (1/5): Very disappointed - I like that it was close to my event I was at. Elevators wasn't working. Housekeeping was short-handed so a couple of days he just got towels and I had to ask for those. My bed was not comfortable at all, seem like it was noisy all night long because the elevators wasn't working so people was walking going up and down the stairs. Closing opening the door and our room was right next to the stairs.

Pancakes was definitely a plus for my husband.Casey at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. As well as the young Spanish speaking lady who handled the breakfast. We were contacted by text message that the elevator system was down and wouldn't be operational for our stay. We're elderly but managed our trek to and from the third floor. Since we were only staying for one night, we endured this small inconvenience. But it should be noted that the hotel is under construction with several walls with plastic covering??

- Jerry (5/5): Over-priced given noted deficiencies, not typical of other Holiday Inn Express locations. - Breakfast was good. Elevator was out of service. In-room AC/heating unit was loud and rattled.

They had several fans and boxes set up on the first floor which added another obstacle. The pool was closed so my wife couldn't even sunbath while I was away.

I realized its off season, but the pool looks nasty. It hasn't been useable in a while, but I would think it would be drained and cleaned. Breakfast was good!

We were told the only rooms available would be on the third floor. We are an older couple which would make it difficult. The girl at the desk found us a room on the second floor, still inconvenient! - Jacob (10/5): - I showed up after driving 12 hours to book a room for the night with my family the lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful even going as far to book us after she did her daily audit which actually gave me two nights for the price of one and after we unpacked the car and started heading up to our room she met us at the elevator and gave my son a bag of cookies I haven't seen kindness like I did that night in a long time she made our state most enjoyable

- Megan (6/5): Ok- might stay again not sure after the check in - Walked in and the hotel was nice. Then it came to check in⊠that was a nightmare. She searched for me for 45 minutes. I was chatting with hotels.com and they were amazing! The hotel employee wad searching the computer calling for help and was still having issues, I showed her all of the confirmation numbers and she was still struggling then she finally found it. It was absolutely terrible. The too was fine. Bathroom was dirty around the caulking of the tub and the paint on the walls was peeling. Paid $160 for the night and expected the room to be nicer.

The lady at check in said she would give us a discount, but because we got the room through hotels.com, we couldnât get a discount! Kinda disappointed about that. Room was fine.

- Cindy (8/5): - I stayed at the hotel for one night. I enjoyed the stay even though it was brief. The check in process was easy, room was clean, & bathroom was nice. The only complaint I do have is as soon as I was going to get ready for bed I noticed one of the pillows was fairly dirty.
- 773donk (8/5): Room a bit damp, but otherwise good - We stayed here for one night on our way from Enid to Tulsa, an adult and three kids. Check in agent was very kind. Upon entering the room, we realized it was super cold inside, the thermostat was set to 62°. We turned the heat on, but the room never fully felt comfortable. It felt damp in room, perhaps because the bathroom has no fan? Even though beds felt damp, we slept decently on the mattresses. Complementary breakfast was pretty good, although the eggs and potatoes look like theyâve been left out for a while. Noticed that the patio chairs outside were torn up, and there were some missing trim in areas around the breakfast area. Despite all that, probably would stay here again if the need arose.

The room smelled stale, the air did not cool well and the fan would not stay on which I love for white noise. The large blind was off the track and needed repair, one of the drawers would not stay shut, and the room in general just felt shabby.

The young woman in maintenance who was so prompt and gracious completing a request , and then checked with me several times to make sure I was okay. The young lady who ran the buffet attentive and helpful. The all the member of cleaning staff kind quick to respond. Not only we're all of them efficient and kind. I saw them treat other guests the same way. Rare uniformity of service in a hotel. Very early open on Sunday am buffet, tables not cleaned up and garbage not emptied. The person preparing food could have used any other staff members help to bus the dining room before guests arrived. N TVo handheld shower option with super tall fixtures not very comfortable.

The staff was friendly and the complimentary cold juice drink was a nice touch Parking is a little tight and the swimming pool is outside, so it is seasonal. Quite comfortable and hope to do it again.

Hair on the bed, urine stains on mattress cover. A guest on the same floor left because they said they found bed bugs. The manager was hostile and refused to refund my room.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Nice staff, good hot breakfast, rooms so-so - The staff was super nice, the breakfast was very good and the common spaces were clean. Our first room had water dripping in through the ceiling (we were on the top floor) and it was evident that the ceiling had been patched before. I called down to the front desk and they moved us right away to a different room. This room was much better however the bathroom had the faint smell of urine before we even used it. It was late and we were exhausted and only staying for one night so we just went to bed. The mattresses felt kind of old and were spring mattresses. Not what one would expect for a new renovation and ownership. I did appreciate the fact that they had the Dove brand soaps, lotions and shampoo/conditioner and that they were the refillable bottles, not the wasteful little bottles that half gets used and the rest thrown away. It was in a convenient area. Right off the interstate. Not what I would call a destination but definitely provided us shelter that was satisfactory for the night. Cost was fair.

- Monica (10/5): Great stay! - Everything about our stay met and exceeded our expectations. From the staffâs helpful attitude, to the food, to the choice of toiletries, I was more than satisfied. Our dog felt as welcome as we did! I would definitely choose to stay here again!
