Guest Reviews
- Bambi (5/5): The owner or manager need to take more pride in the Facility to be honest. I didn't take pictures - The place needs attention in the room and for the Name Regency Inn I guess I expected better. The House Keep was awesome and I would have left her a tip if I carried cash but I don't. The office gentleman was okay I would give him a B- My son and I had to change rooms after we had already got everything brought in our room because none of the electric out lets worked and the tv would not come on at all. Had to change rooms to the other side of the building which was an inconvenience to say the least. Also the towel issue they only put two towels one wash cloth for two people?????? one cup for coffee in a room for two????? again the place needs to step it up on customer service. I didn't take pictures because the place needs a-lot of work
- Susan (9/5): -
- Laures (1/5): See - Bkfat not offered Proprietor didn't fully disclose rate structure or honor your website price
- Wing (3/5): Run down, electrical issues, toilet paper holder was broke my whole stay. And I was charged more than what my reservatio - One good bed No smoke detector. And burned electrical sockets
- Janet (10/5): - I was Given A upgrade to Double King Bed's
- Forney (1/5): -
- David (10/5): -
- Cynthia (1/5): Worst experience ever at a hotel/motel in my life. - The AC worked Where to start: Very small room, not accommodating for disabled customers with out charging more, soda machine didn't work, ice machine didn't work. Had washing & dryer but not change machine, linens smelled like they was not washed. We almost left within the first 2 hours we was there. If we hadn't already paid , we would of left.
- JOE (9/5): -
- Klaire (4/5): - Staff was very friendly but the room was not clean, lamp didn’t work, and even though it said there was breakfast online, there was no breakfast.
- Glen (8/5): - Overnight stay ok. only there a few hours so didn't look around much.
- James (6/5): - The cable tv wasn’t hooked up.
- Dunn (10/5): - The convenience of the location. It's pretty central to to things we needed to do and people we needed to see. The price is also very fair! Only downside for me is the ice and vending machines were not working when we visited.
- leslie (4/5): - They're always changing the prices as soon as you get there
- leslie (2/5): - I hate hotels when you get there
- Cody (1/5): Bad - Nothing Paying an extra $20 than what I booked the room for. The dirty room, the shower not draining
- Susan (8/5): Very good -
- Kaden (2/5): - Online ad said it was 35 bucks a night. When I got in he charged me $71. He called it taxes and fees. We reserved a non-smoke room and he gave us a smoke room. We went back to change rooms, he told us we had to pay more to upgrade to a king. Wasn’t happy when we demanded a smoke free room for free. If you’re gonna spend 70 bucks get yourself a nicer place.
- Henrique (1/5): Bad - I booked the room over here for a price, when I get there they make me pay another price, without let me know before. And didn’t let me cancel the stay.
The pillows were extra small.
I saw bugs in my bathroom.
The tv doesn’t work.
The room stinks.
- Cynthia (4/5): - For one thing it ended up costing over $20 more than Expedia said it would. Continental breakfast was toast and OJ or Little Debbie snacks. That part was definitely below the normal motel breakfast. Renovation on the rooms are below standard. The outlets need replaced. Otherwise whatever is plugged in will fall out. My list could be longer, but just know I will not stay there again.
- Charles (6/5): Pleasant -
- Loren (3/5): Other than the fact that we got charged a fee for being under 21 years of age it was a place to sleep. - Location and easy to get to. The fact that I was quoted and paid $63.50 on booking.com. And then when my son got to the property he had to pay a $30.00 fee because he wasn’t 21 years of age, even though it was paid for online. If we would have known about the extra charge we would’ve just went to the Super 8 that is $99 a night and age discrimination doesn’t matter.
Our recommendation is to just not stay here.
- Dale (7/5): Good - Staff... Price
- Hines (1/5): HORRIBLE! - Close to jobsite Nasty dirty and smelled horrible. The shower head was broken cigarette burns on the nasty wore out bed. Towels were paper thin and completely worn out. Heater was stuck on and would only shut off when the unit was un plugged. Will never stay here again. Was given a price of $54 on bokking.com they charged me $74 at the motel. I would sleep in the bed of my truck before I would ever stay here again! HORRIBLE!
- Hines (3/5): Poor - Was pretty cheap. Dated stinky rooms. Bad pillows. Dirty room. Booking.com said it was $54 total with fees then when I checked in they told me 74. I showed the desk employee the price on the app and still had to pay the extra. This place is bad. I should have probably just slept in my truck.
- Hannah (1/5): Trash - Hair on all the towels and it smells like cigarettes. Also the water is leaking through the floor. Nothing. Beds were hard.
- Darren (10/5): - The operator owner was very pleasant & personal willing to provide a service would definitely recommend 👌
- Mike (2/5): - The floor was dirty, Nail clippings by the night stand, pee and hair on the toilet, hairs on the bed sheets. By far the nastiest place I've ever had to stay. I see why they were the only place in town with vacancy.
I read other reviews while I was there. If the person writing the review had an "American" name it was bad and was a real review. All the 5 star reviews were fake! Wouldn't stay here again if it was the only place in town
- Kanyon (1/5): Bad -
- Jose (4/5): - Booked a room on Orbitz for a set price. Owner didn’t honor set price and charged more supposedly due to booked room type not available at near empty motel. Most will honor price if room type not available.
- Jonathan (2/5): These crooked AF people - First off when I walked in the door the owner was calling the front desk to tell them how much to charge me, they disregarded my reservation, ignored my price guarantee, told me I still owed them after they took every dime out of my account, refused to refund my money when I realized. What they was doing, was told I was beat I wasn't getting a refund and that I had to take the room, I was robbed, forced to stay there I want my money back, all of it, I didn't want that dump of a room after what they took from me. Was told I would get a partial refund after I checked out and that was hours ago .I want all of my money back, all of it, I will not stay there or use this service again ever.
- Kaycia (1/5): Will never be back to this motel and do not recommend letting them fraudulently advertise on here - They are running a scam at this motel. They advertise on booking to have the cheapest rooms in this area and when you get to the motel they tell you they don’t have your room available and charge you double. They swiped my card without telling me the total and stole a hundred dollars from me and wouldn’t refund it. Very disappointed and sad they are allowed to do this to people. The owners were very rude and the room was not satisfactory. Bedding hadn’t been washed in ages and half the outlets in my room didn’t work. Plus I was overcharged. I booked the room for $108 online and when I got to the motel they charged my card over $250 without my consent and then refused to refund me.
- Sharon (1/5): What a bunch of crooks. Don’t stay at this place if you don’t like to be cheated. - I still have not received the property’s email as promised about my itemized bill from last Friday night. I was charged $98.06 and shown nothing else on my receipt for my debit card. It was supposed to be $63.20 for the room then 8.75% tax plus 6% city tax so that comes to $72.52 total. That is what I booked on Booking.com. I was overcharged $26.08. What a shame. I want a refund for that amount. And I want an itemized explanation on what the $26.08 charge was for. This is unacceptable. Send my refund to my debit card that I used. I didn’t like being frauded. Price not as promised on Booking.com. Lots of extra charges charged out of thin air and no explanation.
- Don (1/5): Rip off - Room was clean I booked a queen room for 2 nights booking said there were 3 rooms left .$114. When I got there they said they didn't have anymore queen rooms and I would have to take a king room with extra charge. Then said they would take care of it , when he charged my card he hit me for $185.
I do not recommend this place .
- Ethan (10/5): great - room size shower space
- Robbie (4/5): Undesirable - The bath tub didn’t have a stopper so we couldn’t use the tub, there was barely any hot water, no coffee cups or water cups. The refrigerator was warm due to not being plugged in.
- Karen (1/5): Never again. Needs shut down - Absolutely nothing! Staff was a very unpolite very rude. The room was disgusting. Nothing worked there was bugs everywhere. Do not recommend this motel for anyone.
- Kelley (3/5): 2 star - employee was nice bugs in the room. tv didn't work, no ice machine or vending machine worked
- Kristine (3/5): Wouldn’t stay again - The bed was comfortable. Room wasn’t clean, tv and refrigerator didn’t work. Was overcharged and hotel staff gave us run around to get a refund. Still haven’t received a refund.
- Kiley (2/5): Not clean, staff not helpful, over charged. - . There was a old gallon of milk in the fridge and the fridge was unplugged, microwave was dirty. No iron. Did not look like anyone had seeped but just mopped over dirt and had a STRONG smell of fabuloso. I was overcharged by 25+, the booking said 126.00 which included taxes and fees and the hotel charged 158.00
- Eisenmann (3/5): Horrible, the Staff live behind the front desk! They charged me $20 more per night than reserved. - Breakfast was honey buns and nutty bars. Not good. There is no restaurant. This motel is a drug-den and the staff lives behind the desk in the office, that is unacceptable.
- Collins (1/5): They lie about having rooms and then blame all of their issues on 3rd party companies. - Nothing really to say about liking the place. It is what it is. Its actually not a great place at all. They take advantage and scam people. The customer service was atrocious. They act like they are a huge corporation and you can not get a hold of anyone who works there. They told me the extra charges will go back on my card when we checked in, and within 12 hours they said that they would not honor their word. I paid almost double the amount and they said the best they could do is take off $50. I could go on and on about what was said but I am writing multiple reviews and putting in a complaint to the FTC about the scam they are running.
- Crissy (2/5): Very poor - Dirty dirty! Tin dirty, toilet, mirrors, sink, floor. Lamp didn’t work. Tv couldn’t get turned on, then pipe leaking on floor. Charged is a deposit then we never got it back.
- Darla (1/5): Bad - At least rooms were clean Would not honor what I book on line charge me 30 dollars more a night than what I reserved on line staff were very hateful and refused to give me a receipt . And rooms had no coffee Ice machine was broke and rooms were nothing like described on line.
- Grant (2/5): Stayed 3 nights, no towels or room makeup until 3rd night. - Good parking It said on your website $165, but when I checked in it was$202.
- James AW (2/5): - Not pleasant at all
- James AW (2/5): - The cleaning staff was very u serious and unprofessional. Management can be more concerned about their guests and the ratings of the inn. Not bothered at all!
- Victoria (1/5): no comment - we didn't eat the continental breakfast to start with, you quoted us a price of $108, but when we got there they didn't have any queen beds, they informed us they only had kings,. It cost us an extra 62.50, for something that wasn't worth it. you didn't do your homework!!
- Beth (2/5): Awful - Total negative. Price doubled from what was agreed online — no negotiation. No toilet paper - half plug-ins did not work - tv had PARENTAL controls. Breakfast - HA! Too many awful things — will NEVER stay here or recommend.
- Scott (8/5): - This vintage property is updated, fresh and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.
- Dennis (1/5): Did not stay there - had booked at $114.92 and they wanted $180.00 because they did not have my room - Nothing They did not have the room I booked!
- Lisa (1/5): Bad - I booked this in May. When get there they first wanted to charge us $202.70 . When reserved said $163 and some change. When we told them paying by cash they jumped the price up to almost $240. They finally agreed to let us have it for $207. My card trying be charged $150 when we got receipt. They first try to put us in a room not clean and beds wasn't even made. They said room would be ready in 45 minutes. Then the cleaning lady brought us a key to different room and said they put us in different room. The room we finally got didn't have a phone in it or working lamp. Called the office on my cell complained. They said they would fix it shortly. Hour went by. Called back they told me come get a new light bulb. Fiancée went to get it. He fell because sidewalk was uneven and he's legally blind. The owner walked him back to the room. Owner put new light bulb in and it still didn't work. So he went got us new lamp. They show on their website continental breakfast included. Fiancée went to get some. Owner said it wasn't included in or deal. Come to find out no one get it. We also found out by locals and police Regency Inn is known for doing things that way. We checked reviews even some of them says same thing how they was treated. I WOULDN'T EVEN STAY THERE AGAIN IF IT WAS ONLY MOTEL IN IOLA. I DEFINITELY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.
- DeeDee (6/5): Very sad! Hidden fees not shown in hotels.com app - I reserved three rooms: a king bed ( 2 adults), and 2 double queen beds (2 adults and 1 child in each room). Each room was booked for two nights. When I booked on hotels.com, I was given the following prices, $125, $121, and $121 and some change with each one. My total for all three rooms had I paid through the app and not waited to get to the hotel would have been $368 and some change. When we checked in, we were told those prices were incorrect and that they had to charge us more, because the hotel charges additional fees. The fees ended up being $100 more. When I asked the hours for breakfast, I was told that was an additional $10 per person, including the children. The hotel is advertised as having a free continental breakfast. The person checking is in said that was incorrect and if we wanted breakfast we would have to pay for it. I told them they were crazy, I could go to Walmart or a restaurant cheaper, especially since it wasn't even a hot breakfast. The room was comfortable and clean, but I'm very upset about the additional charges. I should have only had to pay what I was given when i reserved through the app. There were other travelers who were stating the same about the additional fees and their bill being higher then it should have been.
- Nathan (1/5): Worst possible experience - Horrible all together Filthy. Nothing about this hotel was great
- Raymond (2/5): - Booked online showed up and they said they are not accepting online bookings if I wanted stay I would have to pay them 27 more a night than Expedia let me book it for online
- Pablo (4/5): Disappointing - The price.
- Keith (1/5): Terrible hotel!!! - I didn't like anything. The price was supposed to be $65.49 including tax and I got there and they raised the price to $145!!!!then was forced to stayed cuz there was nowhere else with vacancies and the room had cockroaches and bedbugs so after paying$145 I still slept in my truck I didn't like everything about it
- Jake (1/5): Bad -
- Caitlin (2/5): Very poor -
- Dwayne (1/5): Bad - Nothing Bedbugs, charged more than confirmed online price, broken toilet, poor service
- Cynthia (10/5): - We were in room 108 the only thing wrong was that the plug ins on the lamp don’t work
- Kyndra (10/5): - Friendly staff and clean
- Jason (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jody (6/5): Basic old style motel in small town. Owners were not really friendly. Went back to get WIFI code because they didn’t off - Location was good. It wasn’t too loud. It was OK.
- Jeffrey (1/5): Bad - The fridge had moldy food in it when we got there, and the non-smoking room we booked smelled of cigarettes, we were there 2 nights, and we checked out 2 hours before the check out time. We left trash in the trash can and a couple of cups on the counter that wouldn't fit. We were charged an extra $130 for "litter" and because they had to clean the room. I'm sorry, but when did cleaning a room after someone's stay become an extra charge? It should be a given that they have to take the trash out and sweep? I would absolutely avoid this place at all costs. The only plus is that it's cheap. The owners know obviously nothing about running a hotel.
- Katie (7/5): Good -
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good stay for the price! - I stayed a night in the hotel. Check in was simple and fast. The room was a good size for my solo travels. Parking directly in front of my room. Clean. Friendly owners! Would definitely stay again.
- Abel (2/5): - First I don't like that they don't respect the Expedia price, they charge us $100 approximately more, the hotel was vacancy, no breakfast as they says in your advertising. I am traveling with a budget and it is not good. The hotel is 1 start.
- James (2/5): Rough time in Iola - The other reviewers here are correct
I had a two-night stay reserved, already paid through hotels.com . They added $30 to my bill, saying it was a "hotel charge" .. no idea what that means, but i went ahead and paid it
The "free breakfast" cost $10 ...
Which i did not get
The room itself seemed comfortable and as advertised
however
The coffee maker was dirty.. dirt caked into where the water goes ..
Something activated my allergies, and my "non smoking" room had a slight odor of tobacco.
I had bug bites on my arms after sleeping the night
Would not recommend
there is another budget type motel in town.
- T (1/5): Worst experience in a hotel EVER!!! - Finally getting to sleep Trting to save a bit of money after an a long trip for my sister's duneral, I booked a room for $65.43 through Booking.com. When I got to the hotel a lady was staying in room 110 stating a bullet hole was in her bathroom mirror and the hotel man said; oh no it's a dent. Since we could not cancel, I told him I had a reservation. I saw a sign on the counter that stated: if you have a pet tell us now or we will charge you $100. dogs allowed no cats! I told him I had a small dog in a carrier and he charged me $20 pet fee ( never have i been charged a pet fee but whatever) which would make my stay $85.43 but when I got my credit card receipt the bill was over $97!!! When I asked why the hotel man's wife came out and told me they charged a hotel fee!!! What a rip off!!! The original price on booking.com was for $47 but the price changed because I requested 2 beds. The hotel stated they had free breakfast but the sign said breakfast hours changed from 8 am to 9:30 am. So basically since most travelers are gone by then, most of their postings on booking regarding prices and amenities are a lie to draw you in and jack-up the prices. Go to any other hotel and save yourself the problems we experienced. Finally after we got to the room the TV had no signal I called and asked why and the guy shows up to our room woth a remote after his wife literally asked me well did you turn it on? Did you turn it on with the remote? Well yeah! Then I tell him it is not a remote issue so he says oh well you have to choose HDI1 not TV because it's cable ma'am... seriously? An hour later at midnight the hotel man again knocked on the door as he had kept my Driver's license and instead of calling brought them to the room, which was nice but it was 2 hours after check-in and midnight. The room was cold and the blankets thin. I turned on the heat and it made a loud whining noise so freeze or no sleep? I chose to freeze 😩
Worst experience in a hotel EVER!!!
- David (5/5): Passable -
- Verified traveler (2/5): The worst - Worst experience I’ve ever had! They refused to honor the price we reserved. They changed the breakfast to so late in the day we couldn’t use it (we had obligations at 10) and when we showed up in the afternoon it hadn’t been cleaned from the morning. The room smelled of cat pee. Judging from the dirt on the floors it wasn’t swept. The toilet paper dispenser was ripped out of the wall and hangers were missing on our arrival, and they used that as an excuse to enter the room without consent during our stay. The beds were so hard my kids complained. The pillows were less than helpful. They did bring us “extra” towels so there was enough for each of us to have a shower. The privacy curtain doesn’t even block the view Into the bathroom! And this is the first hotel room I’ve ever had that didn’t have a security chain.
I’ve seen others complain about additional charges after, but we haven’t had that yet. I will update if that changes.
- Erik (2/5): Only as a last resort. - First they didn’t have my reservation. Had a room and said they would honor my price through Hotels.com. I went to show my rate and host proceeded to charge me $15 more than quoted. Wasn’t a big deal so I let it go. When I got into the room, the toilet seat was broken, toilet paper fixture was broke. Towels seemed clean. Holes in walls, ironing board was stained. Sheets seemed clean. Nothing was plugged in, microwave and fridge. No thermostat that I could find, so was a touch cold in the room. Woke up and noticed the top sheet was dirty. I would have noticed if my face was that dirty prior to lying down so the pillow cases were dirty as well. Turned on the shower and it started as a heavy rust color…ran it and then smelled it. Seemed better(and I had no other option) so I showered, got dressed and left. Broken glass outside the door. I guess that is what I get when getting a $65 room in a small town in IA. But I would hope the $65 is enough to at least wipe down the shower and counter.
- William (5/5): Convenient location but facility needs more attention to the details. - Location is very good. It was below freezing in the room at check-in as no heat was on and the outside temperature was near zero. Electrical outlets are loose, and devices would not stay plugged in. Breakfast was scheduled at 8:00 am which is too late.
- Jennifer (2/5): - This property tried to add additional sales tax as well as a pet fee even though I didn’t have a pet with me and Expedia already gave me the price they tried to add an additional $15 to the Expedia price. If you want to stay somewhere rude and sketchy, look no further. They should be reported tot the BBB.
- Jeanette (1/5): My stay at the Regency Inn Iola was very disappointing. - I did not like anything about the Regency Inn Iola. I did not like anything about the Regency Inn Iola. I did not eat breakfast at the location because there was a charge of $10 per night. Because of both knees being totally replaced, I had requested a room on the ground floor and a handicap bathroom. I received an email on Sunday before my stay saying they were pleased to let me know that my request was confirmed and they would be able to arrange this for me at no extra charge. The front desk manager said there weren't any queen size beds on the ground floor. If I wanted a ground floor room, I would have to pay an extra $12 or more because it would have a king size bed or 2 double beds. My booking confirmation described a queen room with a hot tub and spa bath (not provided) and a tea and a coffee maker. There was a coffee maker, but nothing to make coffee or tea with. The breaker kicked off 10 minutes after I was there. The front desk person very rudely asked me what I plug in. If I couldn't plug in my hair dryer and use it, how could I take a shower. I tried to use the TV. I could get nothing to work on it. The maintenance staff came and got the lights back on and tried to get the TV to work. The front desk manager came and couldn't get the TV to work either and complained about guests messing with things. Those guests wouldn't have to mess with the TV if there had been instructions how to control the TV. In my case, that was not even an option, because no one could get the TV to work. The front desk manager said he would have someone come and get it working. I had to leave and go enjoy what I was in Iola for. When I returned to my room several hours later, there was not even a TV remote in the room. So I am guessing they never got the TV working. I am requesting a 100% refund for the cost of my room $57.46, which was only basically a bed. The booking was non-refundable, so I would have been out my money if I had decided to go to another hotel with amenities that I could use.
- Steve (8/5): Very good -
- LeeAnn (6/5): - Was nice to stay at
- Dean (5/5): Frustrating to think I had a room at a good price and then be forced to pay more. - .. They did not have a room reserved and had to pay 3 times as much for a different room.
- Crystal (4/5): - I expected to have a queen bed reserved. Got to the property and was told they didn’t have a queen bed but a king or two queens for an extra charge.
- David (7/5): I have already responded to this incident in an email and have provided documentation - I liked the staff, but Regency management (faulty computer technology, lack of support) put them in a very difficult position by changing the quoted room rate from $51 to $98 dollars. I did not like the surprise room rate change from $51 to $98. It should have been resolvable by the staff immediately to avoid a very bad impression, but they did not have the authority without risking a personal pay cut. This speaks of poor management and staff should not be held responsible or blamed. I hope upper level management will take responsibility and not penalize motel staff.
- Jelinek (4/5): Disappointing -
- John (7/5): It was an okay room for the price. - Low price when booking ahead. Older motel
- Brandon (2/5): The bathroom bugs were terrible but the rooms were clean. Price was different than advertised but still cheap. - Clean rooms despite bug problem in bathroom, cheap despite price being different than advertised. Major bug problem in the bathroom. Price was different than advertised on booking.com
- Weaver (8/5): Very good - Was clean and bed was really comfortable Breakfast selection wasn't very good
- David (1/5): I will never stay in this motel. - Nothing. I didn’t stay at this motel. The owner refused to honor the Priceline price. She attempted to add several “extra” charges not mentioned when making the booking on Priceline. These extra charges nearly doubled the cost. I refused to pay the extra charges and found another hotel for the night. Regency Inn charged my card anyway. I’ve since learned that they notorious for these types of business practices. It’s theft by deception and Priceline refused to do anything about it. Also, many reviews mention bedbugs and cockroaches. Deceitful business practice. Cockroaches and bedbugs
- Jessica (1/5): Just don't do it. It's not clean or safe - The beds are comfortable and not hard. The place is run down, dirty, drug traffic location that is not safe at all! Room was not cleaned, had food delivered and local confirmed how unsafe the property was. Red chucks of snot looking stuff on walls and in sink, coffee on walls, floor sticky, mini fridge dirty, table had a layer of grease on it, shower was clearly dirty. Broken equipment, run down furniture, floor between bathroom and sink area was messed up. Place was disgusting and I wish I never booked it. Barely slept bc I was worried about my safety and couldn't get out of there fast enough. I have more than 4 photos, but that's all booking let's me upload.
- Beverly (6/5): Twisted - It looked like it was newly renovated. I was charged full rate at checkin. (Not the rate quoted on hotels.com)I was so tired at this time i didnt catch their mistake. The bed was soft! Only problem i had was that morning we saw a couple of roaches on the bathroom vanity.
- Leilani (1/5): Trash hotel trash customer service trash owners ! - It was the worst experience on booking a room. Booked online for $56 then gor to hotel and owners was trying to charge me $96 because they was booked solid supposedly but parking lot was practically empty! Horrible experience will not use booking.com again. I actually went a 1/2 down the road to America best Inn and stayed for $60 that night and they didn't change the price on me once I was in the lobby thinking I would juat pay for it because I was there already and it was late. Would not ever stay at the regency if I was homeless.
- Amber (3/5): Need to double check on cleanliness - Was within my budget. My room smelled like weed, seen a few cockroaches and I have a video of one on the wall. I will spend extra money and go to another hotel. I brought it up to the front desk and they sent a housekeeper up there. She recleaned the room, the night stand drawer had bags and dirt. Asked to change rooms and they refused as no one can smell that weed smell...
- Stacy (4/5): - Most of the power outlets did not work. There was no water pressure in the shower
- DON (8/5): - close to entertanment
- Chris (2/5): - Up charged me on a room I didn’t want then didn’t want to refund me neither did Expedia. I won’t be booking through here or going to that hotel ever again.
- Betty (10/5): Exceptional - Everything
- Baldwin (2/5): - Beware!!!Dishonest & deceitful people. Initially charged us more than we paid and booked online. Then charged my card $50 & $150 days later on 2 different times. When I checked they said they will check with booking personnel. When I checked back they said there were damages, which they cannot even show invoice and photos. Took out money without notification, that’s robbery in broad daylight. Advertised free breakfast and there was none. Another deception.
- Frank (8/5): Very good -
- Baldwin (4/5): - Advertised with free breakfast but there was none, hotel charged more than what Expedia did during booking. These are false advertising they need to fix.
- Ryan (8/5): Very good -
- Barbara (8/5): Clean and just what I needed for my trip - NA I made online reservation but desk tried to charge me more. I showed them my confirmation but new owners not sure how to handle?!?!
- Heather (3/5): Tolerable - Air conditioner and TV worked phone worked bed was comfortable Toilet flushed backwards , light bulbs flickered, only got housekeeping on one day at of the four we were there, tried to charge us extra for a visitor we had over but did not spend the night ice machine didn't work half the time
