• Melissa (10/5): EXCELLENT STAY, VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE ROOM!! - The location was great. The lady Brenda, who checked us in at night was extremely nice and friendly. The bed was super comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean. I liked everything except I thought the price was a little high compared to some of the other motels in the area.

• Tasha (3/5): Disappointed - The staff was great!! Decent location to a few things. Their handicap accessible room we had was not handicap accessible they way it should be and not sure how they get away with it. Toilet-the person that was handicapped almost fell everytime trying to use the toilet as the wall is right where you sit down. My knees were touching the wall and he’s taller than I. No shower chair to give shower in room-after I said something they did being one that was wrecked. Shower- whatever they used to paint the tub with made it slippery, I almost fell twice. The handicap person did slip and fell, thank goodness the chair was there. There should be some grip strips on bottom of Tub. Towels that were put in the room for guests to use had large holes in them. Was VERY NOISY! Was up late due To customer above us/sounded like a sewing machine was going all hours. Was woke every morning at 530/6 due to something outside sounding like a leaf blower. Mattress were fair- but seemed thin and I had back issues whole time there. Sometimes cheaper isn’t always better.

Shower Curtin was torn and looked unclean. Couch looked dirty. Several bugs were in the room. Damaged wall next to bed was repaired with plywood unpainted and covered over by other painted boards. Walls needed cleaning and repainting. I told the front desk person about some of these issues before we left and she wrote down something in a notebook saying she would pass it on.

My refrigerator hadn't been cleaned at all, and still had a box of food still in there, I am assuming from the previous guest. The shower head in the bathroom was broken, it worked, but the pressure was weak. We didn't even use the showers when we were there. I was with my kids and every time we exit and entered our room upstairs, we had to pass loud guys, smoking on the stairway 24/7. Very bad for my sons asthma. We just ended up leaving at 2am to get on the road home since the beds were sunk in, pillows flat and flimsy, so we weren't getting any sleep anyway. My experience 1/10.

The shower’s water pressure about took my skin off my body; it was extremely hard no matter how low you turned down the water! No cleaning service the complete stay! The last night staying there many young ladies were in the pool and a decked out Ford Excursion drove up next to the pool; the girls grabbed their towels and ran to the Ford and hopped in like the driver was their pimp! I was appalled!

• George (5/5): Much Better In 2024 - Cost & pet policy. Good location. Room 106- had a bed sheet covering the couch to hide, among other things, cigarette burns in the non-smoking room. Floor molding missing (painful on toes during nighttime bathroom trips). On a humorous note the ocean painting in the room is hung up sideways. The place was a hidden gem last year but has fallen off dramatically over 12 months. Sadly we won’t be back until we read that a refurbish has been done.

This is an old property, but the lovely owners are taking care of it and have made an effort to update the rooms with stylish paint schemes and new flooring. It is very clean, and we had room cleaning service every day. An update on the pillows would be good, and maybe put 4 of them on a king size bed. Lots of tv channels was appreciated and we enjoyed the coffee shop across the street. The hotel is not a luxury property, but it's great for a quick stay. We felt safe, and it was quiet. We would stay again. The pool looked inviting, but we did not have swim suits.

• Victoria (10/5): - Very clean and spacious rooms. Nice staff. The only downside is it’s not near a city but that means it is very quiet and the outdoor sitting areas around the Inn are very peaceful

• Nicholas (10/5): Exceptional - The only thing I would recommend is you bring a blanket. The comforters on the beds are very thin, almost as thin as a normal bed sheet.
• Chris (8/5): - The man at the front desk was nice and very helpful. Cleaning staff was very nice and efficient. Location was close to everything we wanted to do. Never felt unsafe hear as it is very well lit at night.
• Martha (10/5): - This is right across from the college and we always stay here on visits. The staff is always very friendly and the rooms are nice and have a log cabin style touch.
• Bloomfield (9/5): Friendly staff and a good value for the price. Clean rooms. Could use softer beds though - Very clean and a good value. Beds were VERY firm
• Erica (10/5): Nice clean facility and friendly staff - The property and room was clean and had no strange odors like some hotel rooms do. The staff and mngmt are friendly and they have long term pricing (I was traveling for work).

• David (6/5): - Older motel going thru refurbishing. My room was new remodel . My room was upstairs and close to road so it go road traffic noise. Probably best motel in town. Limited eating establishments were open during my stay except for fast food.
