- Scenic44627459742 (4/5): Horrible services. Management has to change the attitude. - Horrible attention from personnel and hotel management. 1. Made 2 bookings and 2nd one needed to be moved to another date due to business needs, but hotel refused to do it and no any cancellation charge even they’ve been informed immediately. 2. During the stay, appeared in the morning there are no water supply to the hotel. No information, or any follow up. The price per night during high occupancy at ~200usd/day for standard room no breakfast included. Which is above the market in Ufa. I have decided to stay in this hotel due to location and view, and heavily regretted the decision.

- abosaad320 (10/5): Ufa, Hilton long amazing stay - The level of hospitality during my stay for more than 22 nights was amazing with no single/ minor complain. The reception staff was very outstanding to fulfill my requirement and inquiry. I was impressed with level of COVID -19 precaution and implementation. Security level was also outstanding. I have never experience long stay at hotel with no single or minor complain. We were surprised of my wife birthday celebration by dinning team with free of cost. I was also impressed with the gift giving to me and my family at the last day of my stay which was never experienced before during my previous stay in back-home (Saudi Arabia), Egypt, Dubai, Bahrain and Germany 5 star hotels.

- Sergey (10/5): не открываются окна - неудобно - Отель прекрасен, но есть два момента: не открываются окна, что неудобно, а также, несмотря на то, что в ванной крупно написано что "мы проводим уборку по вашему запросу" провели её без запроса, в чём не было необходимости.

Немного портит впечатление нерасторопность обслуживающего персонала. Также не продуман процедура въезда на подземную парковку, а также сам въезд. Очень узко. Остальное превосходно.

Хорошая шумоизоляция Единственный минус - не дали номер с видом на реку как просил заранее. Предложили доплатить . Сказали - всего три номера стандартных на нужную сторону и все заняты .
- Liudmila (8/5): 8 марта в Уфе - Мы останавливались в данном отеле на весенние праздники. Поездка в Уфу - была подарком мужа на 8 марта. Бронировали два стандартных номера с завтраками, так как с нами путешествовала дочь 16 лет и племянница 16 лет. И каково же было наше удивление, когда нас попросили доплатить за завтраки за «детей». Хотя в брони каждого номера было написано: завтрак включён на двоих человек. Мы не стали портить себе настроение и оплатили. А в остальном у отеля хорошее расположение и самое главное - это красивый вид на реку Белая и памятник Салавату Юлаеву. В номерах чисто, пастельное белье новое, матрасы удобные, правда наборы для бритья и зуб. щетки с пастой приносят по требованию, об этом сообщают на размещённых в ванной табличках.завтраки очень хорошие и вкусные.

I came to Ufa for a business conference and the hotel was one of the options offered by organizers. They offered a special rate just for conference participants which was very nice. The hotel is great - in a great central location, great view over the Belaya river. Nice bar on the first floor.

Also the restaurant is very good and the service is great. During my next visit I will stay again in this hotel. All benefits as a HH gold member (Room upgrade, breakfast, late check out).

It is within 15 min walk to live Opera, shops, shopping centre, café and restaurants. The room had Air-conditioning, refrigerator, Internet, bathroom with toiletries, I mistakenly booked accessible room, which included excellent faculties for handicap or aged person. . The views were spectacular over looking a beautiful park and white river.

Номер должен быть с видом на реку, именно его я бронировала, был по более высокой цене и меня могли переселить только за доп. плату. На основании чего? Я уже оплатила его по более высокой цене! И последнее, что абсолютно возмущает - я не получила отчетных документов за проживание (мне их должна выписать компания, через которую я бронировала). Т.е.получить кассовый чек и оригинал документов не представляется возможным. Это вообще что?!
- Tunc (10/5): Excellent place to stay in Ufa with good breakfast - Very nice and clean hotel with a good location. Excellent breakfast. They just need to improve restaurant payments by offering charge-to-room. Currently the guests have to open a deposit account during check-in, otherwise restaurant cannot charge to room.
- Paul (10/5): BEAUTIFUL VIEWS - The hotel has a good setting and spacious reception area. The bedroom.bathroom (with amenities) were excellent. The bed was firm and comfortable. Great views overlooking the park and the white river. Good location, near supermarkets and shops. a couple of restaurants. It's only about 15 walks or 5 min bus journey to downtown Lenin street.

The staff is friendly and well trained from the front desk to the servers to the cleaning staff. The buffet breakfast is overwhelming with all it's delicious choices. There is also underground parking.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Fantastic Gem in Ufa, Great Hotel! - I've traveled in Russia and Europe extensively and this was, without a doubt, the best and friendliest service I have received in Russia and possibly the best I've had in Europe in general. The Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure that my family and I were very comfortable after our long journey to Ufa from the US; and they treated us fantastically. All of the front counter staff spoke excellent English and were able to answer all of my questions- even the somewhat stupid ones. The hotel itself is brand new (about a year old) and in excellent condition. We had a room facing the park and even with a major event going on and fireworks going off, the room was still quiet enough for my 2 year old and 4 year old to keep sleeping through it. The bed was a true king size (my experience tells me that's not always the case), and the rates were extremely reasonable for the level of service provided.

Didn't really feel like I was in Russia, and that was the only negative for me, as a guy who likes Russia. And it's also a bit far from the Center -- maybe half an hour walking.
