Auch eenn das Personan.nichts direkt dazu kann...der Porzier haette sich im eine Alternative...erwas Wasser fuers Noetigste...kuemmern muessen! Am Tag danach entschuldigte sich jedoch der junge Chef...das war ok...undvdas Fruehstueck gab es dann gratis! Und...das war sehr sehr lecker...und freundlich von der netten Dame serviert Siehe oben!

- Robert (9/5): A good hotel with good staff and good facilities and in a good location - Two of the three staff people at the destk were VERY helpful and had a Very good attitude. They were at the job the first several nights. Last day person had a bad attitude so only 9 and not 10 for staff. Room was fine. Hot water ETC fine. Lighting fine. Arranged a private tour to the Roman Ruins at a reasonable price and for a reasonable time. Done by one of the 2 helpful staff. The final day staff person who appeared to have the "I just work here" way of thinking. We originally thought he was cheating us by asking for city tax as we checked out. DID turn out he was correct but not presented well.

- Yasmina (5/5): Bab Mansour - L'emplacement. La réservation a été difficile à retrouver. Malgré le fait que nous ayons clairement indiqué le nom sous lequel elle avait été faite, on nous a présenté un document suggérant que nous étions arrivés plus tôt que prévu. Or, il ne s’agissait pas de notre réservation, et ce malgré nos multiples rappels de notre nom de famille. Les équipements de l’établissement sont vétustes. Une forte odeur de cigarette remontait jusqu’à notre chambre située au 6ᵉ étage. De plus, le bruit provenant de la rue — lié aux chichas ouvertes tard dans la nuit et aux billards — était constant et perturbant. Enfin, au moment de quitter la chambre, on nous a laissé entendre que le ménage était effectué quotidiennement et que, par conséquent, il serait attendu de notre part de laisser un billet sous l’oreiller.

Non é vicino al centro Il mobilio i serramenti e la camera sono un po' logori Abbiamo sbagliato a scegliere quando ci é stato chiesto, una camera all'interno, non c'era rumore della strada, ma ci si affaccia su un cavedio sporco e con il rumore dei condizionatori.

Le personnel de la réception est professionnel et serviable, les chambres sont propres et bien équipées, et l’emplacement est proche de toutes les commodités à Meknès. L’ambiance est calme et l’hôtel est très bien entretenu. Rien d’important à signaler, l’expérience a été excellente et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir.

He tenido un mal entendido a la hora del pago en los cambios de moneda pero el director del hotel me lo explicó con amabilidad y lo hemos solucionado sin ningún problema. Volveré seguramente. - Almoiad (1/5): Avoid - I booked a room with two twin beds but selected only one guest during the reservation process, as there is breakfast or any additional services. I’ve always considered the number of beds a reasonable indicator of occupancy—a practice widely accepted by many hotels. However, this hotel exploited that detail and charged me an additional fee upon arrival, claiming I should have booked for two guests. The frustrating part is that the room rate would have been exactly the same even if I had selected two guests instead of one, which makes the added charge completely unjustified. Instead of showing flexibility or understanding, they insisted on applying the fee, even though no extra services were provided. Some hotels genuinely try to support their guests, while others look for any excuse to add hidden fees. Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience I won’t repeat. Additional note for Arab and Muslim travelers: this hotel does not have a bidet sprayer (shattaf) in the bathroom.

The train station is also just down the street. The location was very convenient and the staff found someone to walk me down to the train with my luggage.
