Guest Reviews
- Michael (10/5): Very nice surprise - This place was chill. Spent a couple nights here. No frills. But, considering all things it was clean and spacious. Everyone kept to themselves and I felt perfectly safe. I would without question stay here again.
- Marvin (8/5): - An old property, very basic, with no amenities
- Boguslaw (6/5): - Staff friendly and helpful. Room old and needs repairs. Cockroaches in the room!!!
- James (8/5): - Decent older hotel, clean bed, instant hot water, not too noisy, and didn't have to mortgage my home to stay a night in Tucson.
- Joan (10/5): - Good clean quiet
- Connor (4/5): - Wasn't worth a cent of the $99 I paid. Seems to be a middle aged foreign couple running the show, which isn't an issue, but when comolaints come down the pipe in regard to this property they aren't prepared to deal with it. Decent service but property itself is very run down. Sketchy area overall and my desperation and budget led me hear. More like renting a barracks room than a motel/hotel room. Nonetheless, pool, free wifi, and and a fair checkout time (10:30). Would look more. In the area next time I find myself needing a place to stay on that side of town.
- Michelle (8/5): Economical and clean - Staff helpful and kind
- Brucebambam (6/5): Truly an adventure in the Jungle - I stayed here for one night the last week of February. The hotel is clean and very basic. I had to check in late and it was actually snowing in Tucson that evening so I was happy to get into my room and get unpacked and get into bed. I found the room key, which is a real key, kind of a sign of the age of the place. You just don't see that very much anymore! Anyway, my adventure in the jungle started at about 2 AM when the power went out in the room. I thought maybe it was just something I did, but then I realized that the entire room was without power and there was no one at the front desk to check with, so that was another issue. No matter! The room was a good rate! I figured that the power would be back on shortly. Not so, I found myself at six in the morning using my iPhone flashlight to take a cold shower, I guess the water heater must be electric as well.
I would probably stay there again. It's kind of a funky hotel, but nice and clean.
- Ronald (10/5): - Its a older place and less expensive from others, but quiet and clean. If your their to only lay your head down its totally fine. Staff was nice.
- keith (6/5): Basic accommodations with clean sheets - Room was basic with white brick walls, small desk/chair, TV on bureau, mini fridge, microwave. Sheets were bleach white clean, nice. Road noise from Miracle Mile was negligible. Front sliding widows are a little sketchy security-wise, but I was on the second floor so I wasn't as concerned as being on ground floor. Just your basic room to lay your head during a road trip.
- ricardo (10/5): - I was pleased with my stay. The staff is professional and helpful.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - It was the worst and they weren't very rude at I had to leave they turned me away and said come back tomorrow after I had already paid for the night to stay
- Miguel (6/5): - They did not shared wifi access
- Cameron (4/5): - The room was rundown. The bathroom was old, there was a strange trough area outside of the restroom like there was once a jacuzzi there that had been replaced. Old carpet and air conditioner . The pool was surprisingly nice.
- Jesus (4/5): - Easy access from main Az road
- Sophie (8/5): - Very OK for the price and clean and quiet
- Alison (8/5): - Clean basic room with a fridge and microwave, no coffeemaker. Hot water in the bathtub. Some road noise but no noise from adjoining rooms. Nice sunset views.
- William (4/5): - Clean and well kept up, except the shower was only a dribble.
- Andrew (6/5): - When I first arrived the front desk seemed unable to locate my Expedia reservation. They finally located it and I paid by credit card.
I paid for 3 nights, but was shocked to discover that I was locked out of my room on the third night. When I went to the front desk I was told they locked me out because I only paid for two nights. I corrected them and said that not only had I paid for three nights but also paid a $50 deposit. They rechecked their system and finally confirmed I had paid for three and unlocked my room.
The pool area is padlocked and no access for guests this time of year.
I was told my deposit would be credited back to my card instantly but it has not shown up yet. A phone call to the motel revealed it may take 2-7 days. I will have to keep monitoring that to see if it’s actually returned.
- Misty (2/5): NEVER EVER GO HERE!!!! THEY WILL ROB YOU - WORST MOTEL IVE EVER STAYED AT.. THIS IS THE CHEAPEST MOTEL IN TUCSON.. IN THE WORST PART OF TOWN.. YET THEY CHARHED ME 180$ FOR ONE NIGHT!!!!! THEY CHARGED ME 100 DOLLAR DEPOST WHEN THAT IS NOT EVEN THEIR POLICY.. ALL BECAUSE I HAD SOMEONE HELP ME WITH MY BAGS AND COME UP TO MY ROOM WHILE THEY WAITED FOR THEIR UBER RIDE TO PICK THEM UP.. SO THEY SAID I HAD GUESTS OVER AND CHARGED ME 100 DOLLAR DEPOSIT FOR THAT REASON!!!! I FEEL LIKE I WAS ROBBED AND CHEATED OUT OF ALOT OF MONEY!! I COULD HAVE STAYED AT THE HILTON FOR THAT PRICE INSTEAD OF A NASTY DIRTY MOTEL ON MIRACLE MILE!!!!
- Carlos (2/5): - I made reservation finally arrived at about 3am and the lobbyist tell me that they didn’t have rooms available I told him I had a reservation didn’t want to listen I had to hit the counter to grab his attention and finally he checks his computer and guess what my name was on the bookings and finally gave me the keys to the room I stayed there because of the time but will never do it again I’m a trucker and always staying on the road and this have never happened to me before so my humble advice to people traveling if you can stay at another place do it because if not you’ll remember my review
- Reimi (2/5): - The door had problems every time I wanted to open it. The key got stuck almost all the time
- Peter (10/5): - very good
- Teng (2/5): - Bathroom curtains had stains all over it, first got to the lobby of the hotel no one was there iam guessing the dude in the front was sleeping had to call the hotel few times before phone was picked up, stains all over the bed sheets thank god I always bring my own, bottom line hotel is ghetto will never stay again
- James (4/5): - It was way overpriced for what was offered. The room smelled and was noisy. Only one of the sink water spickets worked, and it was neither hot or cold.
water in the tub was only luke warm, The bed was comfortable but the two pillows were as flat as a pancake.
I asked questions about location of resturants at checkin and was told to google it. I would not recommend to anyone.
- Tracie (2/5): - I got to the hotel and the neighborhood was horrible the pics online do t match the conditions at the hotel. I went up stairs to room and concrete all cracked and dangerous. When i opened the room door the was a order so bad i almost vomited. It was coming from top blankets on bed, curtains and carpet.. i used 2 1/2 bottles scensy fresh to get it tolorable leaving window and door open while i inspected room. Ended up going ro buy flip flops and put a towel in tub before showering. I then left and came back slept for couple hours with lights on, and left. Not with even worth 10 bucks let alone 103 bucks. I could have slept on a air mattress in my van and shower for 10 bucks at a truck stop
- David (6/5): - Room was ok bathroom shower probably flowed 1/2 gph, Shower not possible no plug for drain used washcloth to plug drain for bath. sink loose on the wall. Can’t say on other rooms mine was Room 107.
- Amy (8/5): Nice stopover place - It was just a place to sleep. I was worried when I heard sirens earlier (that we would be hearing them all night), but that was the o it time we heard them. We slept great and were close to the places we wanted to go.
- Susan (2/5): - Don’t ever go to this place the staff there sucks not helpful at all. They didn’t even want to give me a room
- Terry (6/5): - The motel was good. The check in was not. We had to ring a bell to get some attention and then they wanted us to pass our ID and payment through a slot in the window and left us standing outside while they processed our payment then returned and gave us our cards and key to the room.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Basic accommodations - This is a basic roadside one-story motel with parking outside each room. It was clean and mattresses were comfortable.
- Aime Max (2/5): - They are trying to take away your deposit money for nothing
- Celessa (8/5): - Check out is at 10:30 an not 11 am as advertised and management does not come i until 10:30 am. The woman at the front desk will only tell you that you have to wait for the manager to arrive. Was there 2 days and no housekeeping came to the room at all. It was a quiet property a d outside was clean. Only one vending machine and no ice machine. The room was a nice set-up for the cost. Would suggestupdating the microwavesand mini frig though.
- Christopher (4/5): - This sleaz-pit is located in a stretch of skid row motels next to a shady looking strip club. The toilet was clogged, shower was broken, and cockroaches ran here and there. Staff was stomping cockroaches in the bathroom while trying to repair the toilet and shower. They charged $70 for the room- there's waaay better options out there. I'm a tough dude who likes a little adventure and puts up with a lot but this scene is truly repugnant.
- Brenda (8/5): -
- Lee (2/5): - I didn't even get a chance to stay I got there they told me online that the room was $54 paid for it with a debit card got my reservation number get to the hotel go to check in the guy goes behind the desk the Arab guy or Indian guy whatever he was tells me now it's going to be $127 to rent a room and I should know I already have a reservation already paid for the room and he said no your reservations canceled so needless to say I had to sleep in my car that's how my stay was at that motel I slept in my car on the street
- Jerome (8/5): Well worth the money - This place was quite good considering that it was only $57 a night.
Little things like the key fitting was rough or the TV set was falling apart were not a big deal as the owners responded very quickly to my requests for help. My wife used the pool which was convenient and clean. The air conditioner had been left on so it was cool upon our checkin. Sure this is an old property but seems like the innkeepers are doing their best to keep a fresh look on the place. Easy acess to highway and Miracle Mile happenings. Well worth my little money, I will stay here again.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The facility is in a dire need for a serious remodeling rooms do not cool down on hot days! Had to rebook another hotel/motel
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The only problem was the tv didnt work and it took a while for the ac to start up. Other than yhat it was a great stay.
- Jeremy (8/5): No visits - Check in is right in the front covid-19 friendly room clean half day would be relaxing no one bothering you but you also cant have any visiters place overall was great gets 3.5 of 5
- Brenda (4/5): Dont stay here! - Tv did not work.. receptionist asked for a $100 deposit that was not disclosed on this site.. after i stated that, she cuanged deposit to $50.. would not stay here again. Before all this i called multiple times to confirm stat and no one answered.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - That I paid twice I paid on offie but I was told it was not reading my card.so I booked online after that I was told my card was being processed... And I was unable to cancel my trip get a refund
- Breeze (2/5): Worse experience ever - Worst experience ever no ice machine rooms were dirty service at the front desk was horrible charged me a deposit and couldn't have no guests over or visitors no ice machine no vending machines no nothing it was horrible I would not recommend this hotel or motel to anybody it's overpriced and unfriendly
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I was charged a deposit for a no guest deposit and was never refunded . I'm taking him to court.
- Jason (4/5): - I always stay here when I go to Tucson. I was disappointed this time. There was dead roaches all throughout my room.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Ok, kind of run down, industrial part of town?..?........
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I liked nothing about this property, upon arrival the said they were closed!
- Christina (8/5): - No complaints it was good this was my third year staying there and its always good
- Verified traveler (6/5): - It was ok,no problems , did hear helicopters overhead
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I did not like anything it smelled like sewage and im having a hars time getting my deposit back. I called 1 time told me call morning I call she says you keep calling calling we open at 8:00 call at 10:00 and hung up on me I called at 7:45.
I feel that I am the customer its my money why keep avoiding my deposit? I even cleaned b4 leaving.
I would reccomend no one stay there.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - It is what it is. Looking for a place to crash, it's fine. No frills, no thrills Motel. Service desk friendly. They did have hot coffee in the morning. Wifi worked. Smelled like smoke for non smoking room.
Decent bed.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Paid two $250 for a motel that should have been $59
- Guest (4/5): - The staff were super-friendly and pleasant. I made a reservation through Expedia which they couldn't find, but I was accommodated.
The room had 1. no toilet seat, 2. no shower curtain, and 3. no wastebasket in the room. It was clean and the bed comfortable.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I booked a two bed room and when I arrived it was only a one bed, the manager refused to change anything. Also it’s a bad area, at 6:30 am two drunks got into a fistfight outside my room, and the police had to come to resolve the incident. After they left, I went to check out as soon as possible and found blood spatter on my car windshield. I will never stay here again.
- Mark (6/5): Overcharged overacted disputed - Owners tried to charge me $5 extra per child for my two kids 6 and 8 I threatened to book some here else and they changed their mind
He owner then charged $25 over the Hotels . Com agreed price I will be disputing the charge with my banking institution
- Efrain (2/5): - The person in the right section was really rude she was tried to charge me for extra money finally I cancel my reservation and she don’t want to do it she say even if you don’t stay in the hotel she’s going to charge me for
- Pat (2/5): Go elsewhere - Trying to charge a deposit would not take credit card only take cash and assistant was really rude
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This is an excellent and inexpensive option for whenever you are traveling, it is clean, well located, and it secured, it is my to og Motel whenever I travel across Tucson.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - They refused to rent a room to me after i had made reservation n also the VIP cab driver abandon us
- SkylarRay22 (2/5): Didn’t get a chance to stay - I’m backpacking the states and I made a reservation through Booking.com and when I showed up with my backpack, they told me they were full. I showed them my reservation and they then said I had to pay a $200 deposit and it’s just not listed on Booking and shooed me away. Unbelievable that they are able to do business.
- Kane (2/5): - I probably booked a room I went to the place to get my room they told me and it didn't have no room left it was a bunch of bulshit they did not want to take care of me I had money in hand and it still they would not give me a room with two kids and a pregnant wife how f***** up that is this hotel is ain't no good to rent to anybody because I think it's b******* how people are
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Saw a cockroach climb down from the ceiling within 10 minutes of checking in. I saw at least one more during the night and I stepped on a dead cockroach with my bare foot by my bed.
- Craw (6/5): - I was charged on my credit card and then I had to pay cash at the front office. Also, manager was very disturbing to me. He watched everything I did. He had cameras. He questioned everything. Also I am concerned that he placed my private information, driver's licence etc online and to police. If the police needed my ID, it is not the manager's place to provide private information unless the police ask me not the manager. This is very wrong about this manager. Not professional at all.
- Ray (2/5): - I checked in at around 9:45PM on a very warm day. The office was extremely hot so I guess the help didn't mind. The room was upstairs and the AC had not been turned on. It must have been 20 degrees hotter inside than out. The AC was barely cold. I wanted to open a window at the other side of the room but there was no screen. I did not want to let additional bugs in. My daughter was with me and would not let me stay. I dropped the key in the night drop and just took off. $71. down the drain.
- Angeladalsins (2/5): Do not reserve, do not believe you will be lucky - If you’re looking for an extremely rude manager at the front desk with third world customer service, water temperature in the shower that is hard to control, and roaches, don’t wait--you’ll find it at all Amazon Motel.
When I checked in, I questioned the reservation fee, as my booking company told me to do at check in. I wanted to check with the booking co. because the manager was going to charge it. While I called and was trying to listen to the phone menu, the manager said to me that I was very cheap and said he wanted me to cancel my reservation because he would make more money on someone else. As I talked to a live person on the phone, he raised his voice and aggressively repeated a few times he would cancel my reservation, waving hand gestures and all. The booking co. was no help and I had to walk the angry manager back from the ledge so we could keep our room. I was never rude or loud. I simply said I needed to call the company to ask about the issue. His reaction was unbelievable and unnecessary. On the plus side, the housekeeping did well and the room was clean. Just not the blanket covers. If you don’t like body support when you sleep, the super soft mattresses will cradle you like a hammock.
Oh! One tip to make your stay better: bring roach spray or traps so you can fend off the roaches, and of course, don’t leave your food out or they’ll help themselves.
Another tip! If you don’t want to hear noise from upstairs guests, bring the earplugs on. Ceilings aren’t made of brick. If you’re hoping to avoid the historic trend of negative experiences with the front desk/manager reported by your fellow travelers, roll the dice. I was hoping I would avoid it too, but it didn’t take much to trigger the guy into shouts and threats.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Quick and friendly even when I dropped in late. Room was clean and had all the basics covered. Aside from a 1990s check in process, a good value for a short overnight.
- H David (8/5): Great budget motel. - The Amazon staff maintains the rooms in very good and CLEAN condition. For a budget type motel, I'd rate it as one of the best I've stayed in...which has been 3 or 4 times over the past couple of years. The beds are firm and comfortable, the carpets are kept clean, and the linen is basic, but suffices nicely. The wi-fi worked and I never lost signal. And being in a couple of blocks off of the I-10, the noise level is quite acceptable. I feel it's one of the best values in Tucson.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I was very impressed with this property. It’s older but you can tell the owner cares. It was in great shape and very clean!
- Zeeshan (6/5): Smoked odor - Due to second hand smoke odor in the room I felt sick whole day.
- Christopher (8/5): Not bad will book again - The desk woman was stern and not very welcoming. There was a couple of small bugs crawling on the sheets. But once we shook out the sheets it was fine. The water pressure was better than most other hotels in its price range. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The pool area was clean and the ac worked great. Parking was not an issue and we were down the street from the police a ratio. So it felt safe.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Property was clean.....no amenities...... no coffee maker in the room.
- Mahlon (8/5): Give it a Stay BUT Bring Your Own Towel - Very clean and quiet rooms. No close by eateries, but within 2-3 miles there were plenty of options. Plus, the full-size refrigerator, sink and microwave provide good in room options. I like the dated feel of the place. It has been maintained very well. One update that was made: Rooms have flat-screen TVs with plenty of channel options. For me the only big negatives were the 1960s era bath towels that rival sandpaper for their comfort rating.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Price and clean
Very nice Mgr.
Very comfortable
Will stay again
- Verified traveler (8/5): Amazon is a classic old motel. They keep it clean. - Stayed there for four nights while visiting friends in Tucson. It was perfectly fine.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The staff is extremely rude. On top of that, rather than accepting constructive criticism, they go on the war path and tell you not to come back. Yup, that will fix all the problems causing poor ratings.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - No service lack of supplies in room room only cleaned 2 times in 7 days
- Susan (8/5): - I think this hotel would benefit by providing a coffee machin e in the rooms.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - This is a basic cinder block, roadside oldstyle motel with no amenities. There are no restaurants within walking distance. Electrical outlets are at floor level in the corners of the room except for the one next to the sink making recharging phones and other devices inconvenient. You use an old fashioned key to unlock the door and this is the first time I've ever stayed in a motel/hotel where the front desk has a plexiglass barrier between the customer and staff. On the plus side, the bed is comfortable, free wi-fi, there is a microwave and refrigerator, and there is not much road noise, I like that the shampoo and conditioner are single use packages instead of bottles so there is no waste. On the minus side, there is only one waste basket, the smoke detector was disabled, there was no hot water at 9AM.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - They attendant was rude and asked me for a $50 dollar deposit. When I told him I did not have that money cash he asked for $25 that would be returned to me in the morning. When we left no one was there and my money was not returned.
- Kaleb (2/5): A pathetic person works here - I called the front office to let them know that I would be arriving late. The person answering the phone said it would be "no problem at all". When I arrived the person in the office was probably the rudest person I have ever met. He said we should not be arriving at this time of night and said that I was a lying about my earlier phone call because "they wouldn't have told me that." If you don't want people showing up after hours you probably shouldn't tell people "It's no problem" when they show up late.
- Toni (10/5): basic and affordable - Good basic motel clean and affordable
- Lora (8/5): - This property is VERY basic in the amenities that it includes, but nevertheless is a good place to stay. The property itself feels secure and I noticed they have a number of security cameras around the property. The room itself was clean. Overall, good bang for your buck. If I came to Tucson again, I’d probably look into staying here again!
- Kim (8/5): Low price for good motel - The room is large and clean,no complaint ,i will come back to this motel if i have a chance, good service and very nice owner
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The service itself was fine- it gets an okay rating since there was no continental breakfast. But still fine for the value of the price.
- Benjamin J Salcedo (2/5): Avoid if possible - My initial thought was to leave as soon as I walked into my room. The smell, the look, the amenities, and even the comfort of the bed - all terrible. I regret staying here
- Natanael (8/5): - It was a good choice for the price. I would stay there again
- Pat (10/5): All good - A good place to stay good service.. Clean, comfortable, room was quiet as was neighborhood.
- Connie (4/5): - We wanted to be closer to Cracker Barrel so even room was paid for we went some where else.
- Dave (10/5): - Easy to get in. Lots of parking. Everything worked. Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed my stay.
- Jack (2/5): - Hotel staff is rude and inconsiderate. Hotel pool is dirty. Hotel is like a relic from the cold war.
- John (8/5): - The Amazon is a 'throwback' to the 50's and another day and time. The rooms actually have keys (not keycards, combinations, etc). The hotel clearly is 'of a certain age', but is being kept up well. Fresh paint, very clean, and everything worked. Though I didn't swim, the pool was clean and pristine.
The showerhead was a touch low for me at 6', but that was the sole issue. The parking lot was well-lit and the bed very comfortable. Some other reviews expressed concern about the area being run-down, and I agree that further down the street about a mile or so the hotels did look 'seedy' but I would easily stay at the Amazon again. It's not a resort, but very good basic accomodations.
- Beto (8/5): - It's fair for the price. It's comfortable but the room could be improved
- William (8/5): Dated but clean, safe, Great for passing through - Good bang for buck..service great.. room dated... ac not that good.. but not bad place
- OJ (8/5): Friendly staff, Updated furniture, BRICK WALLS! - The neighborhood used to be hooker-heaven so I was a little leery of booking this hotel. However, it was in our price range and the other reviews were mostly positive so we went for it.
The front-desk staff was friendly and helpful (though neither English nor Spanish is the first-language, so I can see where the misunderstandings in other reviews could come from). We went back later for a forgotten item left in the room and they helped us find it.
The room was large and comfortable with BRICK WALLS on both sides. We didn't hear a peep from the adjoining rooms, even though we knew they were occupied (saw people entering). No TV Noise, no bathroom noise, nothing. Very quiet.
The bed was comfortable and clean. The carpet was clean and DID NOT have that itchy chemical feel on bare feet that some other cheap motels have. The carpet was a bit worn, but nothing too bad.
The bathroom had new tile and a new, low-flow shower head that was a little frustrating (The city probably required that super-low-flow head when they did the upgrade), but there was plenty of hot water and pressure.
The wide-screen TV was new-ish and functioned properly with the provided remote. HBO and all cable channels included.
The A/C unit was new-ish as well and very quiet for the type it is. Worked without a problem (very necessary for 100+ temperatures)..
A bit of a sketch neighborhood, but not near as bad as I've heard it used to be. We didn't see anything out-of-sorts and felt completely safe.
- Owen50 (10/5): Older place, recently updated, EXCELLENT for the price - In an older area of town. Used to be quite a sketchy neighborhood, but that has been cleaned up as of late.
The motel is older but looks like it has been updated somewhat recently with new tile in the bathroom, HD-TV (free cable including HBO and ESPN). Free WiFi (which I didn't try) and an outdoor pool that looked very clean (the pool is right next to the highway, so might be a bit noisy -- didn't go swimming as it was raining). The in-wall A/C unit worked and was fairly quiet as these types of units go (seemed newer than others I've seen in similarly priced places). The walls between the rooms (at least on the ground floor) are made of BRICK! We heard nothing from the rooms on either side (I know they were occupied), even in the morning with flushes and showers. The carpet is showing signs of age, but my bare feet felt comfortable on it (some older motels seem to use something that makes my feet itch or feel burned - not here).
I was a bit skeptical after reading the other reviews, but we had a very nice experience. Neither English or Spanish is the proprietor's first language, so a language barrier could have let to other's less-than-optimal experiences. We had no problem. We even went back late morning because we left a phone charger in the room and they accommodated is with no problem (phone charger found!).
SO, FOR-THE-PRICE, this was an excellent experience. We'll go here again if we're in that area of town.
- William (8/5): Great for the price. - our stay was very good. The bed was very comfortable. The local areas doesn't look that great, but we had absolutely no problems. The night clerk/owner was pretty nice. Yes, I would go there again
- Verified traveler (8/5): Comfortable and spacious - I wasn’t planning on booking a room for the night, but it was almost midnight and I was falling asleep while driving. So I pulled over and decided to book a room for the night. I booked through Expedia, but payment is done through the motel not through Expedia. I figured it was fine since I’m booking it with the Expedia rate. When I got to the motel I said I had a reservation and the man proceeded with setting me up with my room. Overall, he seemed friendly, but I don’t know if he could fully hear me or understand me because I had repeated myself a couple times when speaking to him. After paying I noticed I paid the regular rate for the motel, which is roughly $10 more than the rate I booked it for. I was too tired to bother with correcting him about the room charge though. But for those that are looking into booking with the place at the price listed through Expedia and are more adamant about that, let them know in a polite way.
The room he set me up in was huge for just one person. The room was very spacious as well as the restroom. There was no off-putting scent and was clean. There was a lot of shampoo packets provided. Bed was comfortable. Mini fridge was clean. Table with chair provided. Nothing to complain about the room. I was comfortable and glad with choosing the motel. The comfort and cleanliness left me feeling like it was ok for paying the regular rate.
- Moe (6/5): - The two king size beds was nice and they had a microwave and refrigerator
- JIMY (8/5): Good for the money - Large room, large comfy bed, small fridge and microwave but they work fine. WIFI OK. Didn't use pool but saw lady in it and looks OK. I suggest you book direct and save them paying Expedia types 25%.
