- Jonathon (2/5): - Place had a smell tub literally ran water like a leak and was dirty room was $100 and they charged a $50 deposit that wasn’t mentioned once night time hit the bed bugs came out I had to put all our things up high on something to ensure no bugs got into our things didn’t stay the whole night definitely left around 4am! Only took a chance because something was going on in the area and everywhere else hiked up their prices and this was the cheapest if you have other options take them!!!

- Debra Claire (2/5): Ugh - Had to stay at this hotel because it was the only one under $400 the night we got detained by our flight. It was somewhat clean and frankly serve the purpose for six hours of sleep . There were bars on the windows and minimal exchange with the staff. She was pleasant, but all business.

- Salvador (2/5): - This property should not be sponsor/promoted by Expedia it is the worst hotels to stay at. To start there a railroad right behind it. The train passes thru all night long and it shakes the whole complex we did not sleep all night. They don't offer any complimentary like hair dryer/iron/table or chairs to seat. Found a blade on the bed so it might have been used for illegal activities before us. THE WORST! I can not believe Expedia has this hotel to offer to their clients.
- REGINALD (2/5): Budget Stay Inn Awful. - Transient type hotel. Room only had a bed and a table for two with a microwave. No dresser, iron, ironing board, hangers, internet service, or room service. Replacement towels exchange at office; sometimes towels were not available until next day. The only convenience; it's close to ATT Stadium. I will never chose Budget Stay lnn!

- Hugh (10/5): Wit and convenience - Check in was fast and easy, the operator was witty and quite present. Room was pretty clean for the most part. Road noise outside was significant with the trucks going by but It didn’t bother me. Convenient location

Easy to work with me. Even with the directions on how to get to where my job is at. And how long to get there. Surprised at how big the room was and clean. Little outdated but it was great for what I need. Very quite. Peace for city.

- Elizabeth (2/5): Horrific experience-never booking again - Never staying here again! The suite you book immediately smells like smoke as you enter through the door. The couch is disgusting and old, the coffee table has scratches all over it and old cigarette dust, the bedroom was the worst because I pulled down the covers to find to dead what looked to be like ticks in the bed so I’m sure bed bugs are a given, the bathroom didn’t even have a toilet paper holder so it is just sitting behind the toilet, and overall with the noise from the train going by and someone peeking in our window, I didn’t sleep a wink and checked out early to go back home. Truly horrific.
