• Persephanie (9/5): Would stay again - Location was great! Loved the mini kitchen that was included. Room was clean and comfortable. Biggest issue was our sink was not draining properly, kind of gross! I would say for the price we paid I was surprised there was no maid service, even motel 6 has maid service for half the price. I wish the decor in the room fit the big bear cabin vibes or the lakeside theme maybe. Not a fan of the paintings on the walls.

And when we arrived dust all over the place, so I wonder when was the last time the room was last cleaned. We do have allergic rhinitis, we were sneezing all throughout our stay.

• Cummings (8/5): Sweet little motel - Staff was wonderful. Bed was very comfortable. Conveniently located. Rooms are away from the street so are very quiet. Biggest problem was the smoke detector was right above the bed and it's light shown in your eyes. Other problems were minor such as front door and bathroom doors needed repairs.

• anthonyive (2/5): Terrible experience and post-experience. AVOID AT ALL COST. - THE WORST STAY OF MY LIFE, THEN THE PROPERTY REPLIED "I CAN'T HELP STUPID". PLEASE AVOID AT ALL TIME. I came from booking.com. I wrote a review on them (see attached picture). Quite literally 1 of the worst stays of all time: - Toilet is broken on the first day and we have to plunge ourself. - Lights are HARD to operate (even if you understand how it works). - No microwave/hot water. - Heater/AC are just too weaker to fight the cold weather. - Terrible bed sheets and really soft pillows (no supports) - $1 coffee machine, probably the most expensive item in the hotel. - And most of foremost, they abuse you when you honestly wrote everything in a review. You can use your own judgements, no matter you are smart or "stupid", above are just FACTS. I do not understand anyone who wrote decent reviews for them. You can just read the reviews below, many many many people are saying the property owner is rude and arrogant, not just me. And read how the property owner replied to those people. Property owner if you see my review, please reply to me. Tell me how "stupid" I am. You are running out of business. People buy your hotel simply because your hotel is cheap and close to resort, nothing else. Everything you reply will be the path of your dead business. I will never book this hotel ever again.
