• Fanny (9/5): Super découverte de Rome grâce à un super emplacement et un confort très appréciable. - La maison est super bien situé, à 3 min d'une ligne de tram et de plusieurs ligne de bus, tout les endroits de la ville peuvent être desservis très facilement! On a trouvé les lits supers confortables, on a tous très bien dormi! La maison est super fonctionnelle, il ne manque rien, tout a été pensé! Claudio a été hyper discret et en même temps tout a fait disponible pour nous, un super hôte!
• Maksym (10/5): Highly recommended! - We stayed here for three days with my wife, and it was an incredible experience. The location is excellent: the apartment is away from the city noise, in a very quiet and green area, while still being well connected. There is a tram stop and bus stops within a five-minute walk, although we always used taxis — and we had no issues getting one. The area has beautiful views of the mountains and nearby temples. It was especially nice to sit on the terrace in peace and quiet after long walks around Rome and simply enjoy the atmosphere. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. For an additional fee, they picked us up from the airport and also took us back, even though we had an early flight and had to leave the apartment at 6 AM. The room was cozy, with a large comfortable bed. A great bonus was having a bathtub — after long walks, it was exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. The kitchen had everything necessary, although we barely used it. There are also many cafes and shops within walking distance, which was very convenient. We had an extremely positive impression of this place. The apartment perfectly complements that special Roman vibe that can be felt throughout the whole city, and it was wonderful to experience it here as well. Highly recommended!

• Szymański (10/5): Jeśli jeszcze będę w Rzymie, chętnie wrócę do tego miejsca. - Przede wszystkim bardzo sympatyczny, pomocny i uczynny gospodarz. Apartament wyposażony we wszystko, co niezbędne do turystycznego pobytu. Szczególnie zachwyciła nas pościel - biała, szeleszcząca, wykrochmalona, jak u Babci. Blisko sklepy i gastronomia. Godna polecenia Trattoria da Cesare al Casaletto z tradycyjną kuchnią rzymską. Apartament doskonale skomunikowany z centrum Rzymu i Watykanem - tramwaj i autobusy w promieniu kilkuset metrów. Przydałby się telewizor ze SmartAndroid, na którym możliwy byłby odbiór kanałów z dekodera internetowego.
• Tomáš (9/5): Skvele ubytovanie za skvelu cenu. Určite sa sem ešte vrátime. - Miesto je relativne blízko letiska Fiumicino, ale aj centra mesta. Za poplatok 50€ vám majiteľ vie zabezpečiť transfer z/na letisko Fiumicino. Dobré vybavená kuchyňa a pohodlné postele. 2x kúpeľky: jedna spoločna na chodbe, druhá je v rámci jednej zo spálni. Je tam centralne aj podlahove kurenie ale aj klima. Ak si prinesiete kabel, tak si viete TV (HDMi) prepojit s vasim notebookom. Je tam wifi. Kvalitne publikacie o Rime aj v anglickom jazyku. Veľká mapa Ríma na stene. Pre spoje MHD odporúčam apku Moovit. S ňou sme sa do 1h dostali všade, kam sme chceli. V blízkosti je aj nádherný park, potraviny Conad, pekáreň aj Tabachi s lístkami MetroBus. Všetko do 10 min. pešo. Na vyžiadanie vedia poskytnúť aj druhé kľúče, ak by ste potrebovali. Kúpeľka mohla byť čistejšia. Claudio viackrát zabudol na to, čo nám dopredu sľúbil, na čom sme boli dopredu dohodnutí: odvoz z letiska, poslať adresy reštaurácií v okoli.

• Ilaria (8/5): - Gestori molto disponibili, ci hanno permesso di lasciare l'auto all'interno della proprietà già dal mattino. La zona è ben servita dai bus, ma si può raggiungere il centro con una passeggiata di 1 ora attraverso il bellissimo parco di Villa Doria Pamphili. L'appartamento è ben fornito di tutto il necessario. Lo consiglio e tornerei anche per il prossimo soggiorno a Roma.

• Manola (9/5): Halloween a Roma - Appartamento spazioso provvisto di tutto ciò che può servire a rendere confortevole il soggiorno.. Silenzioso e lontano dal traffico ma a 5 minuti a piedi da fermata del bus e dal tram che in meno di mezz'ora ti porta a piazza Venezia. Quartiere tranquillo e sicuro anche di sera e ben illuminato. Che dire dei 2 bagni comodissimi con 2 ragazzi e i letti sono veramente comodi abbiamo dormito come sassi.. Claudio è veramente gentile e disponibile..il parcheggio fuori dall abitazione veramente tattico.. Perfetto per scaricare i bagagli.. E macchina al sicuro dentro la proprietà.. Tutto perfetto.. Peccato avere avuto a disposizione pochi giorni e non avere usato il giardinetto fuori..

The mattress on the bed is very old and warped. It needs to be replaced. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on. The dishes could use some replacement. They're very old and there aren't enough of them.
• OLUWAKEMI (9/5): Nice apartment, you get value for your money. It's in a very reserved location. - No breakfast included, we cooked our food. There were mosquitos, the type of mosquitos I never see in my entire life😄 although, we were given insecticide flit to spray the apartment, also mosquito coils and spray for our body to chase them away, and at the end it was OK, we really enjoyed the place. Thank you.
• Anastasija V (8/5): - Очень радушно встретили и доставили с аэропорта, трансфер за отдельную плату. Все чисто, доступно, красивое место и вид за окном. Большая удобная душевая и комфортная кухня со всем необходимым, хороший интернет, большая спальня и душевая. Рядом трамвай прямо до площади Венеции и рядом автобус прямо до Ватикана 👍 недалеко магазин Conad со всем необходимым, хороший ассортимент. Транспорт ходит каждые 10 минут. Немного мешал лай собак, но это было один вечер.

Possibilité de garer la voiture à intérieur. Le rapport qualité prix est parfait. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et très agréables.

• Magali (9/5): Logement parfait pour partir à la découverte de Rome en famille - Super séjour à Rome! Les propriétaires sont absolument adorables et logement est idéal pour une famille : 2 chambres, 2 salle de bain, 2 toilettes, une cuisine, un coin repas et un salon avec TV sans oublier la terrasse/patio au calme et à l'ombre. Un place de parking nous était réservée juste devant le logement dans une cour sécurisée par un portail. Ce logement est également extrêmement bien situé: hors ZTL et desservi par plusieurs lignes de bus et tram (20min du Vatican et 35min de la célèbre piazza Venezia) . Des commerces sont également à proximité donc la voiture est facultative. Si je devait retourner à Rome je ne choisirais pas un autre logement ! 😊 Si je dois vraiment chercher un petit point négatif ce serait qu'il manquait juste un lave-vaisselle pour que mon bonheur soit total... mais ça c'est parce que je suis un peu flemarde en vacances 😁

• Luis (10/5): Italian hospitality in a great room conveniently connected to Rome’s downtown. - Claudio and his father are EXCEPTIONAL hosts. They treated us like family and helped us when I faced a medical issue. They are a display of true Italian hospitality. The property is a bit far from downtown Rome, but very conveniently located next to the Tram, which takes you directly to Piazza Venezia. Don’t take the buses, use the tram; it’s more reliable, even though Google Maps says otherwise. The room was clean and well equipped. The main photo on Booking (the one that looks like a big resort) is a photo of the view, not the property. That confused us a bit.
