- LATONYAH604 (4/5): Let down , subpar stay for sure - The hotel was clean, shower had plenty of hot water, valet services were amazing. But the hotel was extremely HOT. I had the air conditioning turned all the way down and it stayed 76 degrees in our room and the hallways were even worse. Then there were no trucks to be found to transport our luggage and we were on the 14 floor, quite a workout. The breakfast was ok but not up to other Hilton breakfast bufffet.we love your hotel but we were really let down this stay.For the advertising you do about above and beyond for our customers, this was a let down. - G2724ENtaylors (10/5): Great Stay, Perfect Location - Great Stay at the Homewood Suites! Located in the middle of downtown Cincinnati. Everything was in walking distance which was so nice. I’d Recommend using valet parking. The elevators in the public garage next door are down. I had to carry my luggage down 3 flights of stairs. Luckily I was greeted by valet at the front. They checked me in to valet and even helped me with my luggage to my room! Definitely a blessing.

- Jenks2020 (7/5): really pleasant - recommend for a good value stay. - great location in downtown (very convenient). lovely old Art Deco building. great size room with kitchen, table, sofa etc. bed was big and comfortable. view from 6th floor, rear facing was ok. lovely helpful staff. building works behind the building could be noisy during the week, although the windows were pretty good on sound proofing. lighting was a bit dark, esp in the bathroom / shower area. breakfast is pretty basic and limited if you have dietary requirements. (and there's something very wrong with disposable plates and cutlery in this day and age!)

- Tammy (4/5): - I loved the area. Felt safe. The hotel needs serious updates. The beds were hard, and the furniture was very out dated. We stayed two nights, then decided to checkout early. We were sitting in our room and heard an automated voice come over a speaker in the room that said, "4th fllor fire. Head to stairwell ". We grab our dog and walked 4 flights of stairs, to only hear that it was pushed accidentally. They could have let us know before we went down stairs. We were just not happy. Hotel needs serious upgrade.

- Marcin (1/5): Nigdy więcej takiego hotelu. - Nie rozumiem dlaczego trzeba zapłacić nieco powyżej 200$ za pokój, którego wystrój robiony był chyba w latach 70-tych XX wieku!!! Stare meble, stare wykładziny, stare zasłony (jedna była urwana). Ma się wrażenie, że pokój jest po prostu brudny. Dla nas (dla mnie i żony) to był DRAMAT !!! Odradzam !!! Zarządzający hotelem wykazują się ponadto wyjątkową bezczelnością przy rozliczaniu i płaceniu należności za nocleg w hotelu, to znaczy: najpierw blokują cenę pokoju na twojej karcie, następnie zupełnie inną operacją (oddzielnym obciążeniem) pobierają tą samą kwotę z twojej karty i nie rozliczają wcześniejszej blokady. W efekcie jest tak, że przez jakiś czas na Twojej karcie pobrane lub zablokowane jest dwa razy tyle, niż być powinno. Oczywiście kwota blokady wraca na Twój rachunek, ale dopiero zgodnie z wewnętrznym regulaminem twojego banku ( np. 8 lub 14 lub 30 dni, itp). A to hotel powinien sam rozliczyć blokadę, którą zrobił na karcie jako pierwszą i zwolnić w ten sposób właściwe pieniądze. Zamiast tego wciska się klientowi bardzo słabe tłumaczenie, że zasady rozliczeń Hiltona są inne i że powinieneś zgłosić się do swojego banku z tym problemem. Taki kit można wciskać, ale nie tym, którzy coś na ten temat wiedzą ! Aha, próby telefonicznej mojej interwencji w tym względzie nie dały żadnego efektu. Tak więc SZCZERZE ODRADZAM korzystanie z usług tego hotelu. Niestety marka HILTON teraz kojarzyć mi się będzie głównie z tym hotelem w Cincinnati. Napisałem powyżej.

They claim they gave our family of 6 a rollaway bed to accommodate two teenage boys when in fact they didn’t have the room we booked, it had chairs instead of a couch and we ended up having to purchase a SECOND room for almost $300 extra and split up the family. I wouldn’t be as grossed out if we’d have been offered a discount or they at least admitted the situation. But no, they flat out lied. Do yourself a favor and go to a Marriott. I won’t be using Hilton again. The service was sub-par, the rooms were mid and the staff had no clue what they are doing. Customer service isn’t a priority here.
- Brian (6/5): Average - The first room we checked into was not actually clean and ready. There were no sheets on the bed. The front desk staff found another room and we checked into that one. When I went to wash my hands in the bathroom, the top of the pump for the hand soap and the hand lotion were so dirty that I had to clean them. They were covered in what was probably make up. The shower was so poorly designed that water just leaks out onto the floor. Even turning on the shower is hard because you have to reach around and pretty much stand in the cold water while you get the water adjusted. The front desk staff was extremely nice and accommodating. But the hotel is definitely in need of renovation and probably a better housekeeping staff.
- Paul (4/5): - The shower was dirty with hair in it upon arrival. The walls are super thin and you can hear everything. The parking garage adjacent is a nightmare and the elevator does not work. So you have to pack luggage and everything up and down stairs depending on what level you have to park on. Would def not stay here again, there much better options at the price of $250 a night which is what we paid.

- Jennifer (1/5): TERRIBLE!! - NOTHING!! I would give no stars if I could! Terrible customer service. We arrived after 5pm and our room was not ready. Once we finally got into our room. We left and went to the baseball game. When we came back, our room keys didn't work. The lady at the desk told us they made a mistake and let other guests into our room. No one ever apologized, not once, for all of their mistakes. The area is ghetto and trashy. There are bums everywhere. Also, you have to pay $40 for parking that only allows up to 12 hours of time. We will never be back! TERRIBLE!!

- Emily (2/5): Stay somewhere else nearby - One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel. Our rooms a/c did not cool. Didn’t budge from 77 degrees while it was 90 degrees outside. Three times we asked for maintenance to come and they never did. They didn’t even accommodate us to another room. We even tried to take cold showers and the water ran hot. Can’t imagine the warm, humid rooms not growing mold. Lots of construction and city noise as well so be aware. The only upside was the proximity to many places we were visiting. Never staying here again.
- Mary (6/5): Needs improvement. - Overall the hotel and lobby are nice but areas definitely need help. Cracked tiles, worn rugs and some places filthy and stained carpet, especially on the stairs. Our room smelled of urine smelling disinfectant immediately and even on the bedding. The floors and carpet was very sticky. The bed was made very poorly and someone used a mattress pad for the spread. The sheets were stained. The coffee maker was missing the coffee basket and one was brought up to us right away when I requested at the front desk but it didn't fit either. Breakfast was very good and all of the staff were pleasant and courteous. We were told the bar was open until 11 pm. We were in town for the ballgame and went there at 10:45 pm and it was closed so we had to go find somewhere else which was fine since there was a nice bar on the corner. The hotel is within walking distance of the ball park and several other bars and restaurants.

- 126jeffg (4/5): Seedy Transient Hotel - This is a seedy old hotel that is nowhere near Hilton standards. If you like worn and spotted carpets, infrequent maid service, waiting to be checked in, holes in the wall of your room, and long strands of black hair that is not yours in the bathroom, then enjoy your stay. If this hotel was an Airbnb, I would have left upon arrival.

- Jennifer (4/5): DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL...THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD IN OUR ENTIRE LIFE!!!!!! - The location and the breakfast was the best part about this stay. First of all, we are well seasoned travelers. We have stayed at many Homewood Suites and have never had a poor experience, this was a 3 family trip with a 3 night stay. The employee working the front desk was rude right away and made check-in very difficult. The AC in our room didn't cool, never got below 73-74 degrees and actually stop working all together 2 nights in a row with no compensation or room relocation offered. There was no ventilation system in the bathroom and the ajacine room was smoking marjijuania 24/7, which was coming through the AC vent, it was so bad we had to put towels at the bottom of the door to keep from getting high all day and night and when reported to the staff no one seemed to care that if you went in the bathroom you were getting contact high! It made bathing very difficult. Housekeeping kept busting in our room even though the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign was on the door. We asked for extra bathroom linens every day and never got them. Asked for extra pillows, bed linens and comforter for the sleeper sofa, never got those either. The staffs excuse as to why we didn't get them was because they didn't have any to spare because the hotel was sold out. Oh, and let's talk about how the sleeper sofa's paper thin "mattress" was so HORRIBLE, that the part of our family sleeping on it preferred to sleep on the floor. Overall this hotel and staff were the worst we have ever encountered. The location is perfect for anything downtown and the complimentary breakfast was great. I would NEVER recommend this hotel, not even to people I dislike. Don't book this hotel, just don't do it!
- JessicaHarkless1 (10/5): Great stay in Cincinnati! - Latoya went above and beyond for us at check-in, and bottles of water available is a wonderful perk! The room was clean and it was great to have 2 spaces, bedroom and living room/kitchen area. The location is easily walkable to the ballpark. The valet guys were nice and efficient. The breakfast was awesome and Trisha made it even better, making sure we had everything we wanted! She was very friendly and knowledgeable! We will be back!

- McComas (1/5): No parking - It was walking distance to the theater I was going to. There was no parking and it did not say we had to pay to park in the description. Their parking garage that you have to pay to park in was extremely dirty and the elevators did not work. There was no easy access to get inside the hotel from the parking garage. In all it was confusing and I paid almost $100 in parking in total. I will never come back for this fact alone. Other than that the hotel was clean and the breakfast was really good.

- Michael (6/5): - We reserved and prepaid for a 1BR suite for 3 adults. At check in we were assigned an en suite room with no separate bedroom and the desk person did not tell us about it. We complained and were told the type of room we booked was oversold. We pressed for right accommodation and were ultimately provided 2 adjacent. It is dishonest for Hilton to attempt a bate and switch and require us as guests to police our booking after a long journey. That’s not good hospitality and is shameful.

- Harris (10/5): It was a great experience during my trip to Cincinnati: clean hotel, friendly staff, & delicious foo - The location was convenient to places I planned to visit. The breakfast was delicious and well prepared. The morning and overnight staff were awesome! They were helpful, friendly, and caring especially the overnight front desk staff including security officer. The extra bonus of traveling security with room cards and elevators was a remarkable addition that I wished more hotels had available. I can think of nothing because the entire experience went wonderfully.
