We don't take credit card payments. Regarding bookings FOR the full moon and Half Moon periods: - We HIGHLY recommend you book 3 days before the Moon Party to enjoy all the major parties such as Waterfall Party, Jungle Experience and so on. - Once we have received your booking, please contact us for the payment details. ***(Pre-payment is required) *** - it is your responsability to contact us for the pre-payment in advance, your booking may not be confirmed if you do not send us a pre-payment. Please note that if we do not receive your payment (Regarding bookings FOR the full moon or half moon periods), we have the right to cancel the booking at any time. No Prepayment = No Confirmed Booking! No Show = No Refund! Once the payment is done, there will not be any refund! . As this is a Party Hostel, we cannot accept bookings for anyone under the age of 18. Also, due to previous unpleasant experiences, we can no longer accept bookings for people over 36. If you have booked and are outside this age, please contact us and we will help find you alternate accommodations. - Due to our high demand, make sure to book in advance to secure your stay and contact us to pay in advance - During our busiest time, we may be over booked. In this rarely case, the customers would be sleeping to our sister hostel which is just next door. The rooms are as good as ours and everyone can enjoy the best of both hostels!Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. Lily (5/5): - The best part was the pool, sports field was cool, and we met some cool people. The actual hostel is not at all inviting. The room was very dirty, the bathroom included in this. It had mould everywhere. Our mattresses were mouldy and had springs poking through to the top. When we got there, the keys were mixed up and we were left to sort it ourselves. The staff were nice but not helpful, it was the worst hostel we have stayed at during our trip - just felt disorganised and dirty.

Good vibe Definitely not a place where you can rest/sleep( room no.1 at least). The room is actually in the middle of the party, you can hear the music and people chattering until 5am and there was a strong mold smell inside the room.

There was not much invested in security, one of us got stolen a lot of money by someone who was not staying in our room (there were no lockers inside).

Bathrooms needed a really good clean, most of our stay there was no toilet roll and the hand towel in the shared bathroom was sopping wet. Unsure if it had been changed the entire time we stayed.

Tessa (10/5): Dream hostel - I stayed on many different islands in the 5 weeks I stayed in Thailand and this was hands down the best hostel. The owner is an absolute gem and so is all the staff. It’s so easy to make friends here and have a great time as every seemed to be so easy going. Lots of great events and the rooms are fabulous. I never wanted to leave. If you’re in the area you’d be a fool to not check it out. Not a thing
